Long wait times and not very convenient hours. They took out the self serve machine so that faster option is now gone. Staff at the welcome booth can be quite rude but the staff at the windows are usually great. It's worth the drive to go to the Trenton location though....much faster!

*I'm disgusted that this service center isn't open on Saturdays. If you work a regular job 8 to 5, you can not go here without taking time off work. Bit of a wait (50 minutes). Clean. Lots of chairs. Staff member was friendly. Parking near by was free (for 1 hour) and that could present a problem for some busy period at this location if you are parked in the 1 hour free spots since the service can take a while. There is a cafe across the hall from the service center.

Super well organized! For sure you will need to wait, however at least you wait indoors, staff are attentive - and with COVID all cautionary steps are well in place.

Usually a long wait. The lady closed her till as soon as I walked up to it and just said I would have to wait. When I was helped the lady that was working was very polite and kind, and she answered all my questions. Glad she helped me, once I waited! Also I had no idea they offered so many services - thought they only offered vehicle and health card things. See photo below!

ServiceOntario charged me for renewing my license, then they never sent it, and when I went into their location to get it sorted out, they demanded that I pay a renewal fee even though they were the ones who lost it. I would give less than 1 star if possible

Went today to transfer title for trailer. Need appt. Super organized. Lady who looked after us (Cara??) was so nice and concerned as our situation gave her a lot of headache. She got it done and we were very pleased with all the staff we saw.

Make the drive to Trenton! Belleville location is horrible. Staff are not friendly, you get a different answer for the same question depending on who you talk to. No one at the Belleville location knows what the hell they are doing.

Service was excellent (8 May 2018). I highly command the lady on the Reception Desk ( whose name I did not get) and Julie the lady who processed my requirements, On being told that I am deaf they treated me with great respect and efficiency. Writing the details to ensure my complete understanding. As to 'waiting time'. Pick your moment if you can : at 9am I waited all of 5 mins..

Went in to register title on a trailer and get a plate. Had all the necessary paperwork. They took 45 mins to not figure it out, sent me on my way blaming the dealer for missing information (all info was there). Called dealer, they explained to me that occasionally happens when there's an incompetent person behind the counter...

ServiceOntario in Belleville Ontario is just disgraceful when you try to call them you get somebody in Toronto it's got a funny accent that does not know anything about the place in Belleville Ontario
