If I could give a negative rating I would . Massive mistake has cost me hundreds, come to find out the government owes me thousands but because of the errors in my taxes I have yet to see it . I have asked countless times for the owner to contact me to come to some sort of resolution without having to take them to court with no reply ..... take your money and run they dont follow their own policies..

Awful. Run away. If I could give zero stars, I would! The employee messed up our taxes TWICE. The started yelling at us and told us to leave. I complained to the head office in Canada and the U.S. neither one did anything. Spend your money at a reputable establishment.

Unbelievably bad. Run far away from this firm. If I could give them a negative review I would. We submitted our US taxes to them in March/19 for 2018 return ... in plenty of time. We also asked them to file an extension request. Then we chased them for 10 months for our return. We finally went elsewhere and filed late and got fined $509 US by the IRS.
