Such a horrible service from this public health. Waiting for my RTPCR test result for long time. Usually most of all parts of the world the result will be available in 8 to 12 hours and its more than 24 hrs now and no call from the public health yet. Called the assesment center and informed me to wait for the call from public health and it might take 1 to 3 days ???? Really?? ?? Dont know what kind of health service I am getting in canada even in this pandemic season. So pathetic... This type of health care system need to look around the other health care systems around the world and should understand how they are giving health care services during this pandemic promptly and timely manner.

I have had many less than favourable experiences with medical services in the past so it was an amazingly unexpected surprise to visit the Hastings and Prince Edwards Counties Health Unit in Belleville. The facility is brand new, very clean and comfortable, the wait times were no longer than ten minutes either time I went (which I will add is excellent for a city like Belleville considering the lack of health services available) and the nurse I had was kind, sweet, comforting and more understanding than I could ever ask for. In a time when it is important to take charge of your own health and advocate for yourself in the medical office, this Health Unit is a place in which you can feel safe and comfortable and that you truly have health care professionals looking out for your best interest. Thank you for an amazing experience, I plan to take advantage of this service as much as I can.

Absolutely pathetic service...called in regards to a public health issue..recieved a reply at 4:25 the same day 5 mins before closing that definitely suggests no interest in the case ...then they call me back 3 days later ...and not only can I not hear the message machine ..but I wait on hold as the "1st caller" in sequence for over 40 mins ...n then of course its lunchtime...what an absolute joke

Staff is there to help. Wait times are fairly good between 5 to 30 minutes for an appointment. The building is beautiful well lit and has a charm of its own. The services and people are top. Well done

The Covid 19 form repeatedly said that the form had “been tampered with” at the end of input and hence it was impossible to reserve an appointment. As far as the phone method went, I waited at least 45 minutes while listening to the SAME music over and over again until I accidentally disconnected.
