Poor customer service and communication skills, they spends more time replying to customer reviews with false statement and lies instead of focusing on their customers.
They claim they rectified their mistake and paid the ticket charges. For starters, their mistake which they say was “due to a similar name” clearly shows lack of professionalism and competence. Lets do the math, I paid $250 for their services (which I never received) that included a copy of the disclosure. After getting me convicted, they paid $100 towards my ticket and kept the rest of what I paid them. Let’s not forget that to this day I have not received a copy of the disclosure which as any good lawyer would know is the first step in fighting a traffic ticket.
Yes, I leave negative reviews for bad businesses like this one because I believe we customers need to speak up and voice our opinion against businesses who take advantage of their customers. If you spent a minute and read the few negative reviews I may have left for other bad businesses (among many more positives ones that I leave for good businesses) you will see that I go into great details to explain the negative reviews or add pictures, which is to expose them and protect other customers.
In summery to other customers, there is nothing this business can do that you cannot do yourself! Save your money and go to a real professional or just represent yourself at the court and speak to the JOP. We customers have a choice!
