After 3 initial consultation attempts by me to speak with Mr. Eric Roy, he did not once return my call (21 Aug 20), email (27 Aug) or the message from his receptionist that I left on 18 Aug 20. This is a professional legal firm? I will not be hiring them in the future.

Erik and his staff were helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. It was our first time buying a home and he was with us every step of the way. When we found issues during the walk through, he negotiated on our behalf and was tough when needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!
