She was able to get an order for us to evict the tenant once and for all so that I could move in there despite the tenant creating wrongful allegations about our intentions. From the very first time I spoke to Teri, her confidence drew me in to conclude that she would be the best person to represent us. Her confidence was backed up by facts and by the law and that optimism poured into me and gave me hope in a situation where I wasn’t sure what would happen. She not only got us an order for the tenant to move out l but was able to negotiate a time for the tenant to move out sooner than later. She is so professional yet so personable. i have been working with teri for a few years now in the property management field. very competent.!!! Now that she has additionally acquired paralegal services in her resume, its an extra bonus. Teri now has great knowledge in the field of rental income. She is fair to the tenant when needs be, however, when the alternative of having a non paying tenant or tenants, she knows the law and system well and fights for what is legally right. For me, as a landlord, it gives that extra level of comfort in a system that in the Province of Ontario, can be very frustrating, confusing, and sometimes, seemingly unfair. it is great to have teri an email or phone call away.
