Rude receptionist. Obviously needs a reality check. There are tones of voice that people use especially if you are going to work with people and hers instantly was rude. I suggest you get a new receptionist or risk losing clients

Not a great experience. I would give 0 stars if possible. Receptionists are supposed to be welcoming, if youre trying to attract clients to your business. First voice i heard was a rude lady not willing to hear what i was asking for and when i calmly told her she didnt need to give me that tone of voice she became even more belligerent. Seriously, hire a new receptionist. She is the worst and im betting she will drive any future clients away. I can already see shes gotten bad reviews, sadly that is not going to help your office even if you have the best lawyers in town.

Extremely unprofessional, known in the industry as a very slow working lawyer, did not file paperwork for our will for over 2 years as we discovered this was the delay and then right as we are to sign the last documents of release 3.5 years in he withdrew his services due to 3 follow up calls. These calls only took place because he said each week he would be ready for us to sign the papers the following week. DO NOT RECOMMEND
