Had a horrible experience with this law firm first had phone conversations for two hours to establish wills and was quoted a price ,a week later attended the office to sign the papers without any instructions to bring identification and to be received by a snarky person. Not to mention the inflated the price another $320 and then chased me out the parking lot because they left critical documents inside their scanner this is not a professional association as far as I’m concerned I would not use their services again.

Jim not only makes it easy to arrange or update a will, but as a mortgage agent with Dominion Lending for the past 5 years I can attest that if you have a refinance or a purchase closing with their team, they will not disappoint! Deals get done and files close on time! Clients walk away happy and as an agent with a team, we send as many of our files to them as possible because they get the job done and are so wonderful to deal with. Used this office for our real estate transaction a few years ago and had a terrible experience. Firstly, when we wanted to clarify all the charges that’s involved because it wasn’t adding up to us and the lawyer just kept saying “it’s right. It all adds up” and would not explain what we were concerned about. Felt very rushed. My name was also spelt wrong on all my documents even after telling them 3 times it wasn’t spelt right. They had it changed but spelt it wrong AGAIN. Would not recommend them.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! They made mistake and want me to pay extra to correct it saying that we did. They don't have time to spend with clients and instead of taking correct information at the beginning they do that at the end when you are in the office to sign final document.Bad,bad.bad. .
