Waste of my time. I called to book an appointment to get 1 document notarized, and they gave me one at 12. I arrived at 12 and was told to take a seat. I waited for 30 minutes, asking every 6ish minutes what was happening because I had to leave for work. Reception told me 5 minutes at 12:20, and when 10 had passed, I had to go to the back to get my document and ID back to leave. The notary gave the most apathetic apology and told me I wasn't booked in her schedule - why not tell me that instead of wasting 35 mins of my time? They don't value your time and are unlikely to value your business. If you can't trust them for a small transaction, I definitely wouldn't trust them with anything bigger or more important. Avoid this place.

I called in to make an appointment to have a signature witnessed by a notary for a document and I was disappointed at the poor attitude & rude tone of the front desk/receptionist who answered the phone. Disappointed in how I was treated from the start what should have been a helpful, easy interaction over the phone with a potential client. I've dealt with notaries before with great experiences so was prepared to answer any questions to clarify but throughout the call the attitude over the phone was consistent and made me not want to move forward. Unfortunately I've booked in elsewhere now. Thank you though.

Flavia is really communicative, and extroverted. I liked her as a person - she even gave us a mint in the end of the day we sign. Very personal and nice. I have purchase a house and used their services. My e-mail was always misspelled, I have sent 3 e-mails asking to please correct that because I was not getting any communication, even with that, they have sent my e-mail to Strata misspelled again, it took me a month to understand why I was not getting the e-mails from Strata - I'm Brazilian and my last name is pretty straightforward. Even if it was a difficult last name, after 3 e-mails, I though it would be correct. The day we were there to sign the papers, we were advised in the moment that we had to pay ~ $1,000 extra and when we got home, it was charged a different amount - around ~$2,000. We sent an e-mail about this, and they said it was spoken in the day - which wasn't. My husband is Canadian and he understood the same as I did. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. I understand she did what she had to do, but I wish they were clear and communicate better with us. It was a very confusing experience.

Overall felt rushed with a huge lack of transparency surrounding added in fees. In response to comments left - the added in fees had nothing to do with strata fees. I can understand those. The additional fees were related to additional charges for appointments that we weren’t told about. The owner claims we signed off on it but she in fact switched out the original order to pay for a new one and lied when asked about why we still owed money at the end of the appointment.

Paperwork looks to be ok in the end, but my experience left me with little confidence in their services. Really not a good feeling for working with such important documents. They could not deliver my mortgage payment to the bank on the completion day. I had to pay accrued interest between the completion day and the day the payment was received by the bank. I have never had such arrangement with other conveyance services.

Absolute horrible experience. The notary told me they would direct deposit my funds from the sale of my house. They were too cheap to purchase a bank draft or have the courtesy to give me a option to purchase one myself and instead deposited a cheque with a 4 day hold over the holidays which I was told was now a 7 day hold. They didn’t even request no hold. When I confronted the notary they said it has nothing to do with them now. They wouldn’t even bother to contact the branch to help. Completely unprofessional and extremely stressful. So if your looking to take the chance of ruining a deal with a sale or purchase of your home then use this notary.
