I highly recommend Suzanne who recently helped our family by transferring a property title from my elderly mom to me. Suzanne prepared all the necessary documents in a couple days and then we just drove to her place and signed all the paperwork in the car. This was especially important to us since my mom has serious mobility issues and it would have been difficult if we had to go into an office to sign everything. Also, we were trying to be as cautious as possible to minimize COVID-19 exposure risk. Not all notaries offer this kind “above and beyond” service. We were lucky to find her.
