At a good friend’s suggestion, I hired Mary Nichol, Notary Public, to help me with the sale of my home on Vancouver Island and found her to be extremely helpful; then I realized that she could help me purchase a condo on the Mainland of B. C. I am so pleased I had her to help me with this purchase, as it turned out to be far more legally complex than I expected; but Mary patiently and very knowledgeably walked me through the entire complicated process, and I am so happy to now be established in the condo of my dreams.
