Very professional and seamless experience. Juris Notary was referred to us by our realtor and we chose them without any further research hoping for the best service and we were not disappointed. From the day they contacted us to the day we signed our docs in their office with all Covid-19 safety processes followed was flawless and amazing. We just spent 20 mins in their office to sign all papers. They had everything ready before hand and there was no confusion or errors in the documentations. Also we had a situation where we opted to pre-pone our possession date and had only 10 days for Juris Notary to complete the paperwork but they gladly committed to the short timeline and made it happen. Most of our communications were thru email. Will certainly recommend this notary. No feedback on the price they charge as I thought it was fair pricing but some of my friends got better pricing from their notaries elsewhere. Overall 5 stars.

I honestly do not understand how this place has so many 5 star reviews. My wife recently contacted them with regards to drafting an affidavit to settle her mother's financial affairs since her mother passed away. The response by email, although prompt, was not very friendly and not helpful. Even though their website does mention that they do estate planning, their response to my wife was that they could not help and to get in touch with someone practices in estate planning! EDIT: Paul Choi followed up with me by phone after I posted my initial review and explained the reasoning for why they are not able to help. They indicated that a LAWYER would be more suited for what I was looking for and that they, as notaries, are not experts in dealing with affidavits for overseas use. While I do appreciate that they would rather not waste my time by taking on work that they would not be best suited for, as they put it, the email communication needs to be improved. I would not even be writing a review here if this explanation was given in their reply email (as other notaries did when we contacted others), rather than by phone after receiving a negative review. And for that reason, I cannot in good conscience give more than a 3-star review.
