I didn't use this guy because his office was so unprofessional. I called hoping to have some documents notarized same day. The line was answered by a woman who said just, "Hi." I asked, "Is this the notary public?" She told me to hold on and after a moment another woman came on and answered just, "Hello." I said, "I'm trying to reach a notary." She said that he was busy and asked if I could call back in 45 minutes. I said no.

Needed to make an appointment to sign a document. As a full-time student that needs to work, I could not arrive prior to 4:30pm which I thought was not a big deal as they state that their offices close at 5:00pm. When I made the call to book, the man was so unprofessional and started arguing with me about how it was impossible to be busy every week day until 4:30. He quizzed me about my schedule, what I was studying and rudely told me that there was no way I was so busy. Please take your business elsewhere as I have never talked to someone so rude and unprofessional.

I would not recommend this notary public if you want to make affidavits done for the court. The notary guy charges per signature regardless. They seem not caring what the affidavit is for so there is no flat rate per package. Be aware.

terrible at communicating with clients. The front desk is unprofessional and does not help to arrange time properly. I called and ask if they could help me to notarize some documents and got it done if I went to their office right away. The answer was yes, but when I got their. They made me wait forever... After wasting 45 mins at their office, I left.
