David Watts assisted my husband and me to make our Wills, Power of Attorney and Representation Agreements. After my initial meeting with David, the documents were drafted and emailed to us. We made a couple of changes and then met with David and his staff to sign the documents. The process took two weeks. Each meeting lasted less than an hour. We found David to be highly skilled, hard-working, experienced, efficient, punctual and friendly. He listened to us with undivided attention, asked pointed questions, took detailed notes and gave us expert advice. We were pleased to find out that, in contrast to our previous notaries, David did not indulge in irrelevant comments, inappropriate self-disclosure and unsolicited lecturing. It was a truly delightful experience.

Don't feel like they paid much attention to detail. I'm still dealing with stuff 2 weeks later that I shouldn't be dealing with. Not 100 percent their fault but they didn't catch the error like you hoped they would. Good service but end result could have been better.

I chose David Notary while I purchased my first condo in early 2020, and it was all fine in the beginning. However, in the end when I needed some document to apply for the first time home buyer GST rebate, and the person who helped me (I will not write name on here) scanned the copy with a sticky note on it and send it to me, and he told me I just need to send these documents to CRA. After I forward the document to CRA my claim was then denied, because there were other documents that were still missing and of course the sticky note on the document were blocking some important information so was also rejected. I reached out again and he just apologized and sent me the other documents which I should've gotten the first time. Now I have sent over and it is been over a year since I moved in and IAM STILL WAITING for the rebate. I reached out to see if they offer loyalty discount since I did purchase another place and will be built in couple years, he mentioned their firm always offer the excellent service that's why they do not offer loyalty discount. Yes the service is so excellent that a sticky note was left on an important scanned document for the client to send to the CRA.... I then decided to go with another Notary since my was screwed up the first time and I wasn't going to pay full price and take the chance that they might screw it up again. Unfortunately I cannot recommend due to my experience.
