Closed for lunch apparently, very inconvienient. Also zero outdoor signage except for a little nameplate on the office listing directory

Been trying to apply for a birth certificate but the website is a complete joke. The pdf files are unnecessarily confusing and once you finally get the file into adobe it does not want too let you sign where it tells you too see. The website is messy and confusing and the overall process is a joke.
