Not a great location. Unnecessary screening process at entry. Most staff members are terse. Avoid tickets so you can avoid this building.

paid the same ticket twice and they still wanted to tell me they where different tickets. Also have simple questions about other courthouses ant simply told to Google it. The women at the front seem to already dislike you from three second you walk in

Crown prosecutor don’t even know the laws and was rude.

Came to talk to a prosecutor in this location, the employees were all very rude. I stood in line and when it was my turn I said to the lady in the desk how are you her response was what did u want done today. When I seen the prosecutor she didn’t even give me a chance to speak what had happened the day I got my ticket she just gave me an option to be given more time to pay or go plead not guilty. My experience here was very unpleasant. I hope in the future they put employees and prosecutors more sincere and friendly and at least smile

If you don't know or don't want to know what clarical error is then be very careful they get everything wrong and mess up information big time!!! I know a person that was fighting a traffic ticket, they asked when there up coming court date was and they said they did not have one and that any tickets they had where paid... confused the person thought they had paid the traffic ticket and therefore did not go to court and was served a conviction notice and is now facing a suspension of there drivers license.... one would almost think this could be considered tampering with a case in my personal opinion.

I have a simple questions regarding a ticket, but they cannot provide an answer until it is in their system. Apparently that takes 11 weeks... When I called the reson I was given is "we're so far behind and understaffed".. Hire some people!

The lady who answered the phone was a bi!!h! She was NOT friendly or polite at all! I called to get a copy of my red light camera tix because I misplaced it. She asked me 6 times “why” I wanted it and kept saying i don’t need it. I asked is there someone who can send me a copy. She reluctantly gave me the phone number that may be able to give it to me, after telling me I can’t have it. She was unprofessional and mono tone. I was polite the whole 6 min conversation, using my p and q’s. She obviously does NOT like her job. There’s plenty of people who would take the job if given the chance. She needs to be in a position in a back room that doesn’t speak with the public. As a front line person to the public, she doesn’t give a good 1st impression. Not impressed

Sam Alzaman is an EXTREMELY unprofessional court appointed legal aid and i would highly recommend you do not use him for ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING.... he is a complete PLUG.

Need to review hours of operation. Being in the building and having the doors locked is not open. At least they make it easy for people to work to be able to get there in time....... Be advised 4:00 is the actual close time. They need "administration half hour" Apparently need more time without disruption to do their job properly.

Is a very small courtroom Crowder all the time and if you want to talk to the prosecutor to ask for reduction,is only available the day that states on your ticket or summons unlike others locations like Edmonton's court which is everyday,you waste your time if you don't know this.
