We hired Kaelin as our Lawyer in a recent home we purchased in SW Edmonton. In particular we had Kaelin review all of our loan documents before we signed them and draft a Purchase of Home agreement with the bank and the builder. Kaelin was so thorough in reviewing our loan docs and brought many things to our attention that we needed to pay attention to. We also had a lot of question on some of the details in the loan docs and he was able to answer each and every one of them and put our minds to ease. We had spoken to three other attorney's before Kaelin to draft our agreement. None of them could quite understand what we needed. In our first conversation with Kaelin, he understood exactly what we needed, had a few conversations with us along the way as he was drafting the document and was able to deliver it to us in a very timely manner.
