Had to choose a registry as we just moved to Alberta from out East and needed to change our DL over to Alberta and our vehicle registrations. I chose New Urban Registry. Our experience was pleasant, expeditious and the two women assisting us were great. I didn't have a registration with me (The Alberta site is not clear on what you need to get an Out-of- Province inspection form) and was advised I had to come back but when I did, all would be done to expedite the process. It was great to chat with someone who hails from Scotland and a shoutout to the woman training her. She was a multitasking machine!

I went in to renew my driver's license over a month ago at New Urban Registry. I was told I would receive a new card in the mail within two weeks. 4+ weeks have passed since then, so I called Service Alberta Contact Centre (the number listed on the back of my temporary license). They informed me the print of my card was cancelled due to an issue with the picture, and that the registry should have reached out to notify me. This tells me two things: 1) New Urban Registry does not take reliable/acceptable quality pictures for licenses. Disappointing, as this is presumably a primary service. 2) New Urban Registry is not following protocol, as they definitely have not reached out to inform me my picture needed to be retaken; if I hadn't called Service Alberta, I wouldn't have known. TLDR: Skip this place and go to another registry. For the last four weeks I've had to carry around my passport because the photo they took for my license was rejected, and no one bothered to call me about it.

Avoid this place and go to literally any other registry for a better experience in not only customer service but competence too. So far this place is 0-2 for being able to even let me take a driving test. Went in yesterday to take it only to learn there was no examiner there to accompany me, aside from that it took the 3 HOURS for them to be able to figure out what the hell was going on. We were told they called us to let us know but when I got back home there was no message let alone a missed call message waiting for me. Then today we went in again to wait over an hour again for the examiner only for him to tell me one of my brake lights was out (it was) so He told me he would give me 15 minutes (it’s 2:08 at this point) to find a new car to take the test in, 5 minutes go by and my dad shows up with his car (now 2:13/14) only for the examiner to tell us nope we’re too late and proceeds to ignore us as we attempted to protest. He then decides that since the registration of the vehicle was not under my name that I could not take the test because of that. So thank you to you guys for costing me 2 days of work, a tank of gas, and over 6 hours of my life.

Went into this registry recently to renew my vehicles' licenses and found the service to be courteous and efficient. Service staff were pleasant and completed the paperwork quickly. Compared to other registries I've been to this experience was a breeze and way faster, despite the fact there looked to be quite a few customers being served. Definitely will be back.

Quick and efficient service! I went in to renew my license and have it changed to an Alberta one from an NL one. What I was worried would be long, annoying and full of poorly worded forms was fast and painless and with friendly polite service from Garett. Not only all that but when I asked out of curiosity if they do health cards I was handed a very simple form and shown how to fill it out. I left with both health card an license renewal done and all in under an hour. Best experience I've ever had at a DMV. Also an excellent job done enforcing covid regulations, which was well appreciated.

I had my road test on Sunday and my experience was not good at all. During the test, the instructor took twice the steering wheel and yelled me. I was just able to ask to stop this because was making me nervous, but the whole situation made me feel really frightened and powerless. After the test, I felt abused and with my self confidence reduced. Now, that I have processed this situation, I really think this behavior is not acceptable and is more dangerous than any other action that a Road test client could have done. What I expect from an examiner is a respectful and an equable person all the time. I would like that none goes through this ever and hope this was an isolated situation.

I went in to register a new vehicle to this location for the first time and Kate Schumann helped me. She went above and beyond to ensure I obtained everything I needed to register the vehicle. I also watched her deal with other customers while waiting and I have honestly never seen such a patient and helpful person before. She knew how to answer everything and exactly what to do for every situation. I would go back to this registry and wait extra long just for her to help me again.

Update: back for a will signing/notarization a year later. New location but same experience - courteous, quick, professional service. :) Last year: Five minute wait (~10 a.m. on a Tuesday) to renew my car registration for two years. The service provided was quick, professional and courteous and the location is an easy walk from Mission and central/east Downtown.

It's routine after a recent move to go change your address on your driver's licence and vehicle registration papers. I've moved so many times and going to the registry is typically humdrum but today's experience showed me that it can be different. Maybe I was really fortunate to walk in when there was no line up, however the thing that stood out to me was that the counter clerk, Richard, explained what my options were with renewing my registration papers and its respective costs. I was a little surprised, thinking back to all the other registries I've dealt with in the past and only today was the first time I was informed I had options at different costs? This really reflects the level of transparency and customer service of New Urban Registry. If I moved again, I would totally drive across the city to go here. Thanks for making a usually boring task awesome. ????????

I think there was 8-10 people in line and I only waited 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend, but it’s the only registry I’ve been to!

I've been to the New Urban Registry twice. The first time was to create an Alberta ID and that went flawless--nice staff, short wait, fair price, easy. The second time was yesterday where I went in with my partner for notary services. We had an appointment at 3:30 pm and were there a few minutes before. There was a long line streching outside the building and no apparent place to go if you already had an appointment. We didn't join the line and went straight in to be there on time. We had to defend ourselves twice against people in the line who felt cheated, although they didn't have appointments--they had just showed up like most people do. The behaviour of one male was straight up inappropriate and he told my partner several times to get outside and join the end of the line. Things to improve: 1. Some staff should have noticed this and stepped in–they didn't. 2. It should as well be clear for clients with appointments where to go so they avoid unpleasant and unecessary confrontations. The notary service itself was flawless. EDIT: They have now put up signs that clearly tells which line to use. Rating modified accordingly. Well done!

I moved to alberta and had to get my drivers licnece and health card done. The employees messed up both of my documents! I waited for weeks just to get a document in the mail that has my first and last name misspelled and the year of my birth completely off. I am so mad. I have to keep going back there and fixing it because somebody cannot copy/type my details on a freaking computer.

Visited this registry to renew my car registration and driver's license. It was SUPER fast. Wait time was less than 2 minutes and the clerk was efficient and friendly. Super convenient location (right downtown) with free parking. Can't really ask for more out of a registry. They also have banking and paralegal services. After waiting in line for almost an hour; the guy told us that they can’t accept my son for knowledge test because they were closing in 15 minutes and they have to give us an hour. There were no signs or heads up to avoid us waiting. We got it the lineup @ 6:53pm and @ 7:45pm guy on the counter just refused. We were # 10 in the line when we got there but the 2 people there were taking their sweet time and were not efficient at all. I do not recommend this registry if anyone has another option.

Not too sure why everyone has complained about the service here. Staffs are friendly, well-informed, and fast. It took me roughly 5 minutes to finish Alberta Health Care application. I also took my class 5 road test in this registry and passed. The examiner was good, his directions were easy to follow and I felt comfortable with him. Highly recommend this registry!

Awful. The most horrible experience ive ever had at a registry. Besides fealing like I was going to be attacked by all the crackheads and bums loitering in there parking lot. The staff insulted me and are extremely rude. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn't in. then the gentleman came out of his office to see what was going on and said he was the manager. OMG I will never recommend or use them again

I live in the NE section of the city but now I make sure to go to the registry on work days, as I work not too far from this location. There is one female employee here in particular that has me coming back, Joanna, who I always make sure to go to. She is always super friendly and has de-stressed me on a number of occasions. For anyone going here, I would recommend anyone to go to her. She knows what customer service is.

If you can go to another registry, please go there. I regret going there, worst customer experience ever. They made a mistake and charged me twice and now they are saying I'm lucky because I payed less than i was supposed to. For almost 3 months, they made me waste my time going there and calling to finally telling me that. Wish I can put 0 star.

Shania "helped" my mother try and fix a error another registry. Only for her to have failed to look at and copy my mother's birth certificate... Now apparently I have to take my mother back down there, for her mistake. No thanks. I'll take to a different company that knows what they are doing. Don't go here. I have been going to this location for all my needs since l came to Canada. Really, everyone there is competent, efficient, well-informed, courteous and have had a flawless impression on me of "Nice like a Canadian" (been dealing with DMV for past 10 years, 'nuf said). Yesterday, I was working with Garrett who went above an beyond to accommodate my request. He was so efficient in dealing with government over the phone and email while I was standing there, that I had to say "you are a magician, I have not seen bureaucracy work this fast". Do not do you'r driving test here , and highly avoid RICK ( scammer) ... That guy only cares to take away you'r money , he would put some nonsense points on you'r test just to fail you... I made mistake and went there for driving test and guess what Rick failed me with 135 points... 2 days later I went to other registry and I passed with only 20 points.. Yea RICK my driving improved a lot in 48h (sarcasm)....

Not too sure why everyone has complained about the service here. I've been here twice in the last couple of months to renew my license and get it reclassified and both times the service has been great. The ladies at the front were friendly and answered any questions I had. This location is close to where I live and it's very convenient that they're open on weekends and late on Thursdays.

This registry needs more profesional and prepared people, all of them, even the manager who wanted to help but at the end the system was down, there was no way to get the form printed, it was so unprofessional and unhelpful. My partner wanted to change their name there because it was convenient for us, but we definitely will go to a different registry (even if it's far away) because this one cannot take seriously their job. Hopefully in another registry won't be so uncomfortable to change a name for a person that requires it. Very poor service.

Stopped by at 2 PM on a Wednesday afternoon to replace my lost/stolen IDs. Only one person was ahead of me in line (though many people came in afterwards), and even with having to retake a photograph, I was in and out of the registry within 20 minutes. New Urban has been excellent to deal with. When I was out of the province for school my driver's licence expired. I was able to speak to someone on the phone right away, they directed me to the online form to fill out and took my payment over the phone. They were able to process my application and send me a temporary license in less than 10 minutes! I should also mention this all happened on a Friday afternoon within minutes of them closing for the weekend. The gal I talked to on the phone was so pleasant and I felt like she was really in my corner, ready to help me solve my problems even with the clock ticking to close. New Urban went over and above my expectations!

Do not be misled by this message of the office has a new manager. These guys will win THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER AWARD OF THE CENTURY IN NORTH AMERICA soon. The only reason I went there is I was on the way home and a colleague told me to stop by and do my business there instead of driving all the way to the south. He wanted me to get it done in the day. I admit that I made a mistake. These are miserable guys that you do not want to be in their company even for 5 minutes. Inconsiderate and rude, careless and lazy are the best adjectives to describe these people. Stay away from this place and do your business somewhere else even if you have to drive for 20 min. That's what I'm goin' to do for everything I need from a registry and prevent every single person I know in this city to go there until these guys change their attitudes and become humans from what they are, which might never happen.

AVOID. Wasted my lunch hour there trying to get a plate for my new trailer. Lowe's gave me a "Certificate of Origin for a Vehicle" On the back, it clearly states "transfer of the vehicle described" but they were too stupid to recognize this as a bill of sale. I guess they are too used to seeing ones on napkins and scrawled with crayon to recognize a real one.

City Centre registry advised me into non-compliance with new corp, and quoted me the most ridiculous overpriced remedy to the situation. These guys here advised me not how wrong my circumstances were but also presented a cost effective solution in a pleasant manner.

I have read some reviews about how awful and horrible service in this registry. It was quite scary to visit this registry. But apparently it wasn’t in my experience. I went for my road test on Sunday, it was quiet, l got helped really fast and so friendly. As well as my sister in law's experience was as great as mine. I like the place, tidy, a lot of space and open. The employee are friendly and helpful. Try to go on Sunday, you might get better service like us. The road test was fun, challenging, and easy. it was around 20 minutes on the road. If you feel confident with your driving skill and have a lot of practice, you won’t need to worry to go to any registry.

If you are an immigrant or a temporary resident DO NOT use this office for anything related to your documents, all their photos are rejected guaranteed by gov. Do not trust any of their staff no matter what they tell you or assure you. They do not know what they are doing and can get your applications delayed for months by gov because of something you got from this office. Get your ID's health cards business registration and photos taken elsewhere do not be fooled by the friendly staff they are simply incompetent. They will SCAM you for your money I will file a complaint on BBB about their incompetence too

This is my favourite registry! As far as I know, it opened up a year ago, but they have a lot of registers for customer service. There wasn't a line when I went and I was in and out in 15 minutes. My partner and I went in to get him an ID card. He presented a number of identification including a birth certificate, utility bill and Alberta health card and we were turned away because he did not have “photo ID”. According to the Alberta website, an Alberta resident can get an ID with only a birth certificate and a piece of mail (which I have done before). The registry employee then searched around for a small piece of paper and told us to call the “Alberta Health Services ID Program”. This program is for homeless and at-risk residence of Alberta. While this program is great, we are not in need of this program and feel that the employee was discriminatory because we had bags as I just came from school and my partner had just come from work. When I asked why it didn’t say on the website that you NEEDED photo ID to get an Alberta ID card, she did not give us an answer and turned us away. (We both have obtained ID’s in the past without photo identification in the past.) We are incredibly disappointed with the close-mindedness of the employee, the inconsistency present online vs. In person, and the fact she didn’t ask any questions or seem interested in trying to help us.

The service at this Registry received was absolutely unacceptable. We came in with a complete bill of sale, including a completed and signed registration from the previous owner and up to date insurance pink slips. The lady we dealt with was incredibly rude, spoke down to us, and seemed to find every excuse not to help us. We left and went to the registry in our home town instead (we were just trying to get this errand off our list on our way home from work) and guess what? We had no issues AT ALL. The registry in our home town looked over our paper work carefully and she said there was no issue with any of it and it was up to par with original signatures, dates, and insurance paperwork etc. Needless to say, I will never use New Urban Registry again, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

I was there today at 3:05 . First of all I waited a lot since they assist me at 3:50. And there were two ladies one of them was assisting me about my query but she was extremely rude while she was unable to understand what exactly I want . Second thing she called her college and talked with her in her language that supposed to be an extremely rude gesture while I was feeling she is talking about me because she was so rude at the first sentence. Then she told me to wait until her college will assist me. She came she had the same gesture no one from them was able to make me understand what I was looking for. I hate this place from now . The officer can’t read the amendment of our lease agreement and forced us to contact lease agent to issue a new one over Saturday morning. And marriage is not a certificate that I and my wife are living together.

Went in for my class 5b road test; got 30 points overall but was failed for turning into the wrong lane on a left turn (which could have easily been 10 points like it said on the sheet.) The instructor told me to come in for another test in a day or two.....if I wasn't qualified to drive on the road now, I sure will be 24 hours later. Went in the next morning (less than 24 hours from my last test) and took it again, and I passed. Yes, my driving improved so much in less than 24 hours.

I've had now two separate and poor interactions with this organization. They have failed to communicate all of the necessary components for pick up of different registrations and as a result I have had to make multiple trips and leave work to accomplish very basic tasks. I was advised over the phone that I would be able to pick up a marriage certificate and I left work to do this as I had time sensitive forms to complete and after leaving work and waiting to be seen I was told that only the ordering person could do that despite what I've been told on the phone 30 minutes earlier . There is inconsistent communication about requirements that vary from visit to visit and it is very frustrating. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere if there's another reasonable alternative to avoid this.

Horrible service and even worse staff. I waited for an hour while they called numbers. apparently if you don't answer them within 3 seconds they move on to the next person. I took 3 different numbers and waited for them to call me. Each time I was skipped or they didn't call out the number loud enough. They told me they called them out but I didn't hear them from 10 feet away. When I talked to the staff they told me to take another number. I walked out of there without even getting my Company registration and went elsewhere

My husband went to re-register our car. We had registered it for 6 months so it should have needed to be registered again. The woman told him it was fine until 2022, but then took the registration certificate from him and refused to give it back, without an explanation as to why. My husband is not originally from Canada so he didn’t realize that we legally need that paper. He had to wait in line again and practically force her to give it back. If the car is fine until 2022 then why would you take the legally required registration certificate away?

Horrible Service. I had my vehicle registration address changed on December 15 to get residential parking permit. They changed the address on the piece of paper but not on the system. hence, I have been getting tickets from CPA and being directed to my old address. If they changed the address to the new one, I would have corrected my error and would have paid my tickets. The Management does not even want to cover the charges and they just gave me a letter.Irresponsible people.

The examiner was very calm and professional, gave clear directives ahead of time and focused on my driving. The car provided for the test was nice and I enjoyed driving it. I was really happy with my experience at this registry. Instead of standing in line you take a number and a seat. I noticed as well as more people started filling those seats more attendants showed up to help assist individuals that were seated. The lady that helped me sign in for my road test was kind and cheerful (I am so sorry I didn't catch her name but she was great). And did I mention this was all on a Sunday? Mohammed was the gentleman that delt with me for my drivers test. He was kind, patient, fair marker and gave some great advice. Called to ask about replacement license from out of province as I had my wallet stolen. Kate was arrogant and refused that there was any way to issue a replacement license or even an interim, unless I was physically present to sign at a registry in Alberta. Called another registry to learn that there is a form that can be signed and sent into the registry, which is then forwarded to the government for approval to issue a new license. In a few days I'll be receiving an interim license through email. This lady was not only rude, but also ignorant. Highly recommend you go elsewhere

He was flustered and behind, then refused to do her test, was rude, condescending and raised his voice to her. He said she was lucky he wasn't charging her money to reschedule (!?!?!) Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. More unbelievable, we can't get a refund and have to reschedule at this location. WOW. I cannot say enough about how poor this mans attitude was, the rest of the staff were apologising repeatedly for his behaviour, so apologies to the business for this review, but that particular employee needs to be let go.

I had an amazing experience, I needed my daughters' birth certificate, I arrived at 7:30pm and there were about 3 employees and no line up. I was served quickly and promptly. I was given a call two days later when my documents arrived for pick up, I was happy to find out that they were open on Saturdays. Once again I found it well staffed and did not have to wait in line. DO NOT USE THIS REGISTRY!!! I was here taking my class 6 test the other day, when the registry was slow. The clerks at the counter must have forgotten I was there, because I heard some things that I definitely wasnt supposed to. Two of the girls started out by complaining about how much they hate their jobs and the people they have to deal with. Then one clerk went on to describe how she gets back at people who are rude to her. She said that when people pay with cash she short changes them, or when someone comes in to pay a lot of fines with cash SHE TELLS THEM THEY HAVE MORE FINES THAN THEY ACTUALLY DO, THEN POCKETS THE DIFFERENCE. I have been in contact with the authorities to see what can be done about this, because it is illegal. We are supposed to be able to trust these people with our very sensitive information, not expect to be stolen from. Absolutely infuriating. I will never ever be back

Due to the virus situation me and my wife have been laid off and also I just underwent a major surgery due to which I am bed ridden. My wife called this registry and asked them if she could have my address change done on my ID to apply for financial aid during this tough time , we need the aid badly but there is no way I can make it to registry, even after making the request they completely ignored our request and said that I have to be there. This is the most uncompassionate behaviour I have faced and also it being during the time when almost everyone needs financial aid. I know your employees are working and they are not going through what majority of us are, show some passion towards people since you are there to help out citizens instead of tormenting them. Don't just do your job to make money instead utilize it as a tool to make people lives easier

Worst Registry I have ever been to, First, When i was about to get my Alberta ID, the staff made me bring me several documents after several time of going there as a proof for my Alberta Address, Second, I applied for my class 7 driving License and didn’t get my ID card after 2 month and when I came back from vacation, I had pay a charge of 22$, because no one told me that i had to come back if my ID had not been recievd within 21 days after applying, and NOW I just realized that they have miss spelled my FIRST name on my ID which means i have to re-apply and spend extra money for new ID, as a student, had the worst experience with them, my pther friend who also got his Alberta ID and took his knowledge test, has the same issues with them, THEY JUST MAKE YOU SPEND EXTRA MONEY because of the mistakes they make themselves like my FIRST NAME miss spelling on my ID. Instead of Mohadaseh, they put MohadaseSH, like putinga an extra S, God knows if they have made the same mistake on my Alberta ID before taking my driver’s knowledge test, like they literally just had to look at my passport and study permit, I seriously don’t know who could make such a mistake Also, I went to renew my Alberta Health ID there and the staff gave me the wrong form. After two week they called me and told me to go there and fill the right form, Just couldn’t get any medical services because again, FOR STAFF MISTAKES

I was there to get my Health card and Drivers license and had the intention of being attended to by Garrett after reading his positive reviews online. But he wasn't as welcoming as was painted online and wanted me to go back to the queue after I had already stayed patiently on the queue for more than 25mins and it had gotten to my turn. This almost dampened my spirit and would have negatively affected my knowledge test if another colleague of his had not stepped in. Guess he didn't like my face. I was finally attended to by Pablo. One word: Garrett. I've been dealing with an issue that has brought me in a few times now with no results and dealing with this gentleman was such a pleasent surprise after the first time I was in. The man before me couldn't figure something out so he literally got up from behind the desk and walked out to help him. His positive attitude, and willingness to go out of his way to help doesn't go unnoticed. He has such an entrepreneurial spirit and really owns what he is doing. Took my Class 5 road test here with a gentleman named Mohammed and passed after a horrible experience at another registry . Good location for the test .Nice car provided. It is also cheaper than the other registrys all over . Checked prices around 4 - 5 other registrys and found it the cheapest.

Staff were not friendly or very polite. I completely understand they are accustomed to dealing with people who are upset about complex documentation requirements, outstanding fees and penalties that need to be paid by customers to complete their transactions, etc. A little friendly interaction would go a long way for making it a happier environment. They also charge a 3% fee for credit card payment - everywhere else in the private business in Canada this is prohibited by VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. This registry is privately owned, though it does process government payments. When I asked the employee about this practice, she said they're allowed to charge but couldn't provide any evidence or direct me to information about why they're exempt from this limitation that every other business has.

DO NOT take any road test with Rick. First of all he was 20 minutes late while I was 15 min early and lied about the start time on my exam sheet. He takes off 10 points for going 5 under the speed limit, fails you if you go 1 over. Avoid at all costs. Very rude and unprofessional. Did not explain anything after the test. Just wants to take your money for your first attempt at advanced road test - which is why he asked me is its my first time. Acts very demeaning and as if he has all the power in your car. At the end of the test he told me to switch lanes to the right to turn into the parking lot last second while their was 2 other cars there. I didn't go as it wasn't safe. Took off 10 marks for judgement... Maybe give a heads up 1 or 2 blocks before? Just terrible do not take with him.

Best registry office I have ever been in Calgary downtown. Free Car Parking, less waiting(as they have many stuff member) and specially the behavior for all the stuff there is amazing. I been to this place 6-7 time in last 2 month for various reason, every time I got Hugh help from them to fill the form and they explain each and everything properly. It was so busy today! They did not have enough staff what so ever which was disgusting on the owners fault. But 3 out of the 4 people were so fast and efficient. Garret in particular! We waited 40 minutes before we got to the counter and he apologized as soon as we got up to him; he explained they were short staffed and that they were doing their best! We renewed our drivers licenses and he did both so fast and made us laugh. Not even lying he renewed both mine and my girlfriends license in less than 5 minutes. We stayed an extra 10 minutes just watching and he was impressively fast and nice helping others and answering the phones! Go here and hopefully you get him. Thanks Garret

I took my class 5 advanced road test in this registry and passed. The examiner was good and I felt comfortable with him. His directions were easy to follow and he didn't make me nervous. I would definitely recommend this registry. Few tips: Keep the same lane in dual lane left turn. Keep an keen eye on uncontrolled intersections as it is easy to see it if you are being careful. No rolling stops. Practise parallel parking while also looking behind , hill parking and angle parking. Don't be agressive in driving. Check for pedestrian crosswalks. After stopping for crosswalk, slowly creep forward to see if it's safe to enter the intersection. No lane change inside intersection. Be consistent with shoulder checks.

Going to the registry is equivalent to going to the dentist, do you want to go go? No. Do you have to go? Yes. Often times, one goes to the registry to find themselves waiting in line for what feels like an eternity, only to come to the counter and realize you don't have the correct documents. It is a proper headache. So why am I writing a five star review today? Because of Garrett. He is the epitome of an incredible employee working in a customer service environment. Fast, energetic and all the while pleasant.

Very slow service. Only 2 people serving customers, very slowly, meandering around chatting and laughing with each other while there is a long lineup waiting. Another 4 people "working" there but not opening up another till for all of us waiting. Also the most expensive fees in town.

This registry is located close to where I live, and open on Saturdays, making it very convenient...however, the staff are incredibly rude (particularly the Caucasian woman with the head wrap). I normally have a lot of patience for people working in the service industry, but this woman spoke down to clients that were ahead of me in the queue, and when I finally had the incredible honour of approaching her counter, I was spoken to like a child. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had the displeasure of observing and taking part in. I ended up driving down to Shawnessy (they are also open on Saturday) to get done what I needed to do (much better service there, and well worth the drive). tl;dr, 0/10 would not recommend.

The middle east young dude (early 20) at the first counter was super rude. I just walk out of your store today Sunday Nov 7 for your record. I came here to do my mom ID as she just landed for her PR. Gave him her Confirmation of PR with custom officer signature on it, but he rejected to help us and stated we need to prove the bill with address on it. But the ADDRESS was stated on the PR landing document but he didn't even CHECK. This is ridiculous. Don't waste your time here. Owner of this place should have fired him.

I would highly recommend this registry to any individual/business seeking registry services due to the short wait times and the efficiency of the staff. I attended here one morning for a Driver's License renewal. I found the staff polite, helpful and pleasant - and most importantly - very efficient!!! They had me in and out quickly despite the large volume of customers that were ahead of me in line.The staff moved all the customers through very quickly and my wait time here was cut in half compared to other registry lineups I've waited in around the City. I have since returned to do my corporate work with them and found them to again be efficient and timely in their work. They get you in and out quickly!!! The wait times here are much shorter than other registries throughout the City that I've attended, due to the efficiency of this staff.

Garret helped me and went through all the prices. He was also proactive and saw that my registration was expiring in November and asked if I wanted to update it. Renewed my licence here the other day and it was a seamless experience. Staff were professional. They accept credit card as payment but they have a proportional fee depending on how much you are paying. For example: if your payment is $50 or less then the fee is $2 but its $3 if you are between $50-$100 and then it increases after that.
