Rod Neil is arrogant, rude to his customers and has no people skills. He assumes the lay person can understand legal jargon and gets frustrated and rude if you dont understand. I will NEVER use his services again and will NOT reccomend him to anyone. He does an extremely poor job at explaining things assuming I should have known and has left my family in a sticky situation as a result.

This guy was a total snake. I used him when buying my house on the recommendation of my real estate agent. Charged me 300$ for printing fees and gave me a total of 18 sheets of paper. Then after I paid him for all the fees he sends me another bill for 300$ saying he worked extra hours on my case which I didnt really believe because it was just a normal house purchase, nothing out of the ordinary to make it drift from the quote by 15% The worst thing though was he didn't treat me with respect. Literally told me to quit whining when I asked him to explain certain charges. Pretty unprofessional and just all around not a good experience at all

During this time we have purchased several homes, that have been judiciously closed with attention to detail that was exceptional. When one previous owner tried to slip in a fence encroachment without notifying us, Mr Neil not only caught it, but was able to ensure that we were not left with an additional $2500 bill from the city for this previous owners issue.
