Terrible service, rude lawyers and they didn't do anything but delay everything and ended up making everything even worse and more expensive. I can say with full confidence they are awful and useless. They were unwilling to represent but willing to take the amount agreed upon and then send another bill that was not addressed properly despite the fact it was already cleared up. These guys are useless and anyone else is better.

Wow. I was not at all surprised when I read the previous review. Almost everything they said was what I have to say but mine is worse. We were referred to firm by a friend. We were given one lawyer for family court etc. He was FAR from dealing with family issues. He was quick to get the retainer but did nothing but charge us for nothing. To make matters worse. Our case got losses somewhere and although they sent us a paper copy bill for EXTRA owing money. We never heard back. THEN one year later. ( we were very new and didn’t know we could change lawyers. We go back and have to pay a NEW retainer ( which was fine ) BUT then they also gave us a bill for 4x what the final bill was. No details were given expect the amount. So when we asked they told us they send bills via email now and that they had started emailing us. We had no idea as they used an invalid email. This created a GREAT deal of issues that spiraled because of their negligence!!! So they send us paper and suddenly switch to email without notifying us. Very not cool We then are told to pay up and that our old lawyer is retiring and passed us to a new one. No only was the new one abrasive and rude. But he clearly didn’t want anything to do with us. But TOOK the retainer anyhow. Since this recent event we have fired the lawyer and went to a new one with entirely a positive outcome. 1000% better. No matter what happens with our case now at least we won’t feel ripped off. In short. The receptionist is nasty and rude. Not inviting you in and clearly never learned customer service. She was just ignorant and yelled at me for asking for my file back !! Pretty sure I paid for my file and then some. We got the remaining of our deposit back but of course it was WAY less than expected. Shocker. I suggest you do NOT use this firm in any way if you want to feel anything less than angry. USELESS
