Called for appointment, but had to call back the next day to let them know I will not be able to show. I had rebooked, but because of where I was working I could not reach them to move the appointment as I was rescheduled to work extra days. I called them to let them know I was unable to reach them at the time, they told me that they could no longer book appointments for me or help me regardless of the situation, that that it is their policy. I have been seeing them for years. At the end of the call the receptionist told me to call other lawyers in town to see if they would help me.
update: called today asking if I could get paperwork, since I know that I could not get another appointment. I was told by receptionist that that was no problem, and then decided to make mention about my google review that I misunderstood that it was their policy, and that they forgot to mention that payment was needed prior to appointment (which I was aware of) but I made mention again that where I was, and the complication of not being able to communicate due to no internet, made that not possible. They said they understood but that it was still their policy, and literally compared it to a hair solon appointment. Even though I have had several appointments with them, a Law firm, to help me with my divorce. I asked if then, me needing their help and dealing with divorce/bankruptcy/foreclosure was comparable to a hair solon appointment and was told yes. I then stated that it must just be about the money, they said yes.
