The instructor to get rid of GDL is a crook and will fail you so you pay again. I'm accident free for 10 years of driving and everyone compliments my driving. I yielded and slowed down the proper speed for a free pass intersection and he didn't notice it and failed me for it. Everything else was perfect. I'm reporting him, another use here posted his ID and info for reporting.

I was going to have my registration renewed and I called ahead and brought all necessary papers. But when I got to the place the lady at the counter said that they had nobody that could do it for me I ended up wasting 15 to 20 dollars on ubers getting here and back home

The receptionist was pretty rude this morning. Not sure if she's just having a bad morning but it wasn't even busy. I will renew online next time cause it is not worth being treated so poorly.

Did my class 5 road test early this morning, my examiner barely spoke English, he added up my points wrong, was way overlly critical about tiny tiny things. He gave me 105 point when what was on the paper added up to 85, and gave me 20 points for having my steering wheel not even half a degree to the left when making a left turn from a busy road. He only gave me one chance to parellel park when most other examiners give you 3. He was also very un-clear with instructions and gave me point for "straddling multiple lanes" while we were on a single lane 1 way road.

Dont do your road test here. Badge number 14621 is a lady examiner .she will fail you..She dont look very pleasant either .My son went there to do his road test He has been driving for almost a year with us and he also went to driving school but she gave him a automatic fail . I will give her zero stars .she just made her income. .

First of all this doesn't even deserve a one star. If your planning on doing your driving test at this location....DONT DO IT HERE. the bald guy is a complete DOUCHEBAG! you'll fail it if you even walk the wrong way!! He's contracted out by the Alberta govt. and there's no point in calling and complaining she just brushes you off!! Basically They want to make money!! so you have to do it again. Try to Go somewhere else!!!! Hopefully you get lucky and find a better instructor that's fair. What a Waste of $140!!!

I read the reviews on this place and I was worried about being "failed for no reason" - this is definitely not true. It seems that most of the people reviewing are the ones who were failed. I had an awesome examiner and actually learned a lot at the end of my test. I am glad there is a strict education system to keep our roads safe. Do everything right, and you will pass.

Horrible Registry. Hubby went there today to try to renew his place and was treated with horrible customer service. Lady at the counter basically threw all his papers at him and said “NEXT” very loudly and rudely.

Terrible policy. I went in today to get my Identification renewed as it’s been expired for several months, but since I am currently unemployed I haven’t had disposable income to pay the $50. I can’t even get my taxes done until I get a new ID. Luckily I got a Prepaid Mastercard for my birthday, but when I went to the registry today, after she did the work and cane time to pay, she tells me that they do not accept prepaid mastercards! Because they’ve had problems with them before, they’re not even allowed to TRY it to see if it would work! What kind of establishment is this? So I had to leave empty handed after travelling there by transit. No where did I see any signs posted or read anywhere online that they don’t accept this form of payment. Now I gotta try and sell my card for cash, which is proving to be another complete waste of time.

Have come here for years and would definitely say the staff here are friendly and down to earth. Great customer service and long ups aren't too long for the most part. Taken my driver's here, and my family has done it here too. Examiners are professional and don't deduct random points or say anything unnecessary unlike other registries I've gone to before.

I had my first class 5 road test here, and was really nervous leading up to it - but I am so glad I picked In & Out Registry! The staff were very friendly, the covid protocols in place were great and my driving examiner (Randy) was THE nicest, most chill examiner I could have had. He was very thorough, spoke clearly, and would also use hand gestures to indicate where he wanted you to go. I felt very at ease (despite the pressure of the exam) and I passed! He also took the time to give me some tips for how I can improve as a driver. Thanks Randy and thanks In & Out!

Renewed auto registry. Walked in, tiny line. Decent parking access. Staff were super friendly and jokey. Little old and run down, but it's a registry, not the Hotel MacDonald. $2.50 surcharge if you use a card which sucks so bring cash. All in all about as good as an experience as I could expect. Kudos.

The name of the business was justified in my experience! I was literally “in & out” to renew my registration. The only reason why I took a star away is because the lady who serviced me, who was really fast and efficient, was talking chit chat with her co-worker beside her helping another customer. Personally I would have liked her chit chatting with me instead... let me feel welcomed to the point I would come back here to do business.

My husband went in the In and Out Registry drop the my son secondary school Alberta Health Care form to let the Alberta Health know that he still in the U.OF A School. My husband came out In and Out Registry he was so mad. Because the got to counter, the clerk not able to to process, clerk was so unhappy, and pass on to someone else. My husband had wait again. My husband told me that clerk work there is so so angry, not happy and unpleasant to deal.

I had a road rest this morning with Tony for class 5 advance , test start at 11 am and end 11:54 am . During test everything was all right but at the end of the test he start to fill point(suppose to be have to filled during the test) and asking me tons of question about driving rules and finally make me fail. This was second test with him. In first test I realized my mistake but in second test i did good but still I can't make him happy so I don't recommend to go and west time and money. Reply Everybody on road have to follow high standard transportation rules, my complain is about what he did, Ask him he fill extra point for me at the end of the test not during test, during test I was pass , and keep in your mind most of the people don't want to complain , just give up bad experience.

My examiner was very nice and understanding I don't remember her name but her number is 14902. I'm glad I pass my test there all the ladies there are really warm and nice I recommended that registry is the BEST.

I'm a little surprised by the number of negative reviews here. I was there yesterday upon realizing, after a two hour drive to the city, that I had left my plate and registration behind on my way to pick up my new car. The place was lined up almost out the door and it still only took about 5-10 minutes to get served. The young lady I dealt with was friendly, courteous, professional and had a good sense of humour about my predicament. In less than 5 minutes I was done and left the city with my new car. My experience was very positive.

Just had my roadtest here today and I passed!! To my luck, I got Randy as my instructor and just as how I've read the feedbacks online before coming there, he was a really good one. He helped me calm down before starting the roadtest and his instructions throughout were really clear. His explanations for some of my faults during the test at the end were also very clear and helpful. Would definitely recommend taking a roadtest here!

I would not recommend this place!! Told me they could not complete registration for one of my customers because our Bill of Sale didn't have the method of payment. Since when! I called another place and they never heard anything like that!! The girl was very rude! Needless to say the customer left with out registration and had to drive to another office to complete the registration! What a waist of time!

Hi guys, I wouldn't judge this registry by its star rating since it's serving a wide variety of people. They probably have to give bad news more often then some other locations. From my experience this place is fast and accurate also employees were knowledgeable and prepared. Do not fear the line-up going outside, they'll have you serve and on your way quickly. I would just recommend to bring ear plugs if you do a written test on the computers because it's not the most quiet place to concentrate.

This registry is really bad for every thing.i booked my road test 2 weeks ahead they told me I will get text message 3 days before my exam.i didn't get any thing. When I checked the receipt the cashier put wrong number. When she was serving me she was rude she doesn't even smile or eye contact. This wouldn't happen if she was doing her job.

This is my 3rd time going . The first time one of the ladies at the counter were extremely rude and Impatient. The second time I went lady at the front door was really kind and helpful:). After I was greeted I was called to a counter and the lady was being a bit stand off ish. She couldn’t hear a word i was saying but then I said it’s fine bcz I was unable to get the service she then had an attitude.

I was met with a smile, complete professionalism, asked for the appropriate paperwork and had three commercial vehicles re-registered and processed in minutes. Well done and thank you Debbie. They charge you extra 3% if you use credit card payment. This is such a scam. They are lucky to be in business because the government is behind them. If this is truly privatized, they wouldnt rip off people like this. A monopoly industry to scam people using authority to create a sense that they are the government to rip people off when they are not. This is a serious issues and need to be looked at and audited by the government. There should be restrictions and regulations to what they can do to operate a business once was owned by the government. It doesn't translate right. This is the reason why you get workers here who behaved entitled and being extremely rude because they think they have the authority to do it. I will take further action by contacting the Ministry of Transportation and get more information on how to limit what Restrigies do and can do. They are not above the law and they are not law enforcement. To the business owner of this location, if you dont change your business tactics, I can organize a class action against your company and your employees who causes more financial harms than good. The negative reviews here and the amount of witnesses are enough to prove your business beyond a reasonable doubt that your business is operating over the civil rights. Hence, i will further investigate into this and you will hear from me in the future.

Out of province drivers licence. I came this location to switch my licence to an AB licence. I have enough time holding a full licence in Ontario to get a class 5 licence in AB without a GDL, which the employee who processed me explained, so I would not have a GDL licence. She handed me my temporary licence and explained I would get the plastic drivers licence in the mail in a week or two. I thought nothing of it and folded the temp paper one and put it in my wallet. When I went to work to show them my licence they pointed out I had a 5 GDL. So I went back to this location to explain they had made a mistake and asked them to print me out a new one without 5GDL on it. The employee said since I came in two days ago and my licence was still being processed and she had to check with her supervisor. So she walked back to her supervisor and came back 2mins later saying that she could print me a class 5 temp licence but I had to pay $22 for it. That being said I had been explain by a friend at work before I went back in to get it fixed that registry places commonly print out 5GDL for out of province folks so that you will go back to them and charge you as a cash grab. Anyways the employee explained the temporary licences come out as GDL because the government needs to check if you are GDL... which is what the registry does in the first place when you switch your licence to AB. The “government” does not need to also check, that is why these registries exist. This employee and her supervisor both lied to me. They refuse to wave the $22 fee to print me a new piece of paper. I have coworkers who also recently move to AB and had their licences switch over at other registries in the city and where given full class 5 (no GDL). This location is close to Edmonton Garrison so they likely take advance of soldiers who are getting posted to Edmonton and need to switch their licence. There is a reason most people rate this place with one star. I would recommend not giving this location your business at they are dishonest at best. In response to reply from owner: the employee who processed me when I came in to exchange my Ontario licence could see my driving record from as far back as 2004 I the system. She was showing a trainee as she processed me and speaking out loud. I do not believe that “Ontario needs to transfer” my driving record to Alberta. Especially since I surrender my licence from Ontario, which has its own GDL, and my licence showed that I was no longer under GDL in Ontario. Also what about provinces who do not reciprocity with other provinces for driving records? And again, what about my coworker who went to a different registry and was printed a full class five when she exchanged her licence? I believe that In & out registry is conducting unethical business practice by printing out class 5 GDL temporary licences for those who qualify for a full class five. If you need to has a full class 5 AB licence for your job and cannot wait for the plastic one to come in the mail then your forced to pay $22.45 for a piece of paper that in and out should give you in the first place if you qualify. Again I don’t believe the response from the owner of true about “your file being transferred “ your driving record is already in a system they have access to. Lastly I again do not recommend this company for anyone’s business.

My experience today was nothing short of excellent. This registry office is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Shout out and compliments to the driver examiner who was taking a young lad for a road test. I happened to overhear a very clear and comprehensive overview by a very kind and patient examiner. Above and beyond what I experienced as a teen many years ago.

Great place for any registry related bussines. I had to go there twice in less than one month and the staff there is fast, knowledgeable and pleasant. First time,about 3 weeks ago i witnessed (unfortunately ) this young man trying to get to bottom of his driver license issue. It was complicated. However the lady dealing with this was calm, she answerd all questions. She was a supervisor. This supervisor was also training that day and they had a line up outsite the door. Bottom line well done.

They messed up my registration. I ordered a two year registration with email notification for my renewal. They gave me a 1 year registration and I was not notified when it expired resulting in a $310 ticket. It's unfortunate that they feel the need to pass the blame onto their clients.

I attended the registry today to complete the renewal of my driver's license and, although there was some initial friction with the "greeter", the lady that helped me complete the renewal was very nice and helpful. There were some complexities with my renewal due to my recent driving history, but the woman that assisted me listened to me patiently and was very kind. We were able to complete the task rather quickly in spite of these issues. I highly recommend this registry to anyone in need of their services. Thanks for making this easy for me.

Went there to get a birth certificate for my friend’s daughter. A staff member named Kathryn was asking people to line up outside (for covid) and asked us what brought us in today. My friend, whom has a disability, tried to explain we needed a birth certificate but her ID is expired, and that she called ahead to inquire the steps on how to get a birth certificate for her daughter without her own ID. On the phone she was told that bringing a friend, whom she’s known for over a year, with a valid ID was enough to help fill out the application with her. Kathryn, who is clearly impatient with my friend’s explanation, rushes back inside to grab forms and hands it to us. As my friend continues to try to explain, Kathryn grows more annoyed and tells us my friend needs to get a new ID first in order to get the birth certificate and instructs us to come back and bring a document with the friend’s proof of address. So we leave and while my friend checks for papers I call another registry confirming that my ID is enough to co-sign and my friend in fact does NOT need her to renew her ID first. Then we drive all the way back, wait in line (Which is twice as long now) for a second time. Eventually we got in, and successfully applied for the birth certificate without having to do all the unnecessary hassle as Kathryn instructed. My friend even asked her a simple question, “how much it would cost to renew her personal ID?” and Kathryn responds “I don't know look it up online”. Well apparently Kathryn doesn’t know anything, she should stick to telling people where to wait in line and not misinform customers. Reading more reviews below, I guess were not the first customers she was rude to and misinformed...

This place is a great place to go too.. Been there plenty of times... The girls are always nice.. And always get fast service... I want to just say for everyone that works there.. We are all human we all have bad days.. So for the people that go in there a deal with people all day I can understand if they have a bad day we all have bad days.. Give the staff a break.. Going to take road tests there is POINTLESS. unless your goal is to waste your time and loose out on money you paid for an appointment. i went to get GDL road test done and right off the bat the instructor said he was anxious because his appointments are running later than usual and he has a full hectic day (HOW is that my problem???) he said he will try to relax but the whole time he was tense, shaking his leg, paying with his pen. He ticked marks off for the most STUPID reasons that shouldnt of happened. Im sorry but when im near a playground area I SLOW DOWN. kids can come running out from behind parked cars at any point. I got docked marks for being too cautious and going too slow. I got docked marks for slowing down at some yield signs.. last time i checked that was a god damn LAW. am i wrong? even if i dont see anyone coming im going to slow down. but nope. i got marks taken off because of that. theres a few more that are just as ridiculous but the point is.. even if i were to fail normally, i shouldnt have gotten docked marks for those things. Now im out $160 and i wasted an hour of my life for nothing. DONT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING. i sure as hell wont, and i'll be telling everyone i know about this.

I went in for my driving test (GDL 5) today and they're the sweetest people! Everyone was so helpful, and they were congratulating me on my pass! I had a guy named Tyler and he was super calm and helpful!! If you have a problem with your road test that's on you. MAKE SURE TO PRACTICE. These people are reasonable.

Rudest clerk I have ever met. she has no customer service skills. Never seen so much make up on a woman before. I have been coming to this location since you guys opened, and moved to the other end of the strip mall. I will go somewhere else and suggest to everyone to go else where for better service without the attitude. UPDATE: What a stupid reply from the owner! Do you see anywhere, where I spoke of any government policy or requirement? No. So why make that your reply? Do you have a comprehension problem? I complained about your RUDE clerk who has no customer service skills what so ever. Clowns wear less make up than her. Maybe both of you should eat some makeup so you can be (Fake) pretty on the inside. It is very apparent where the attitude comes from top down. Your reply should have been about her unprofessional conduct. Why wasn't your reply about her rude behavior and unprofessional conduct? From your reply it appears that you are trying to say that I am the reason for her being rude and unprofessional. Are you blaming your customers for your staff's conduct? UPDATE: Where the Hell is my license? It has been over 30 days and you still have not sent me my license? Incompetent much over there. UPDATE: It took me going to another registry and 46 days to get my license. I had to get an extension on my paper license at the other registry. Avoid In & Out registries at all costs. Drive to the south side or west end to use another one and save yourself being treated so badly.

I took my very first road test at in & out registry. I'm really glad to pick this one because all the team was friendly, and all Covid-19 precautions were in place. I was very nervous at the beginning, but my examiner (I believe his name is Samson) was very very professional and kind which helped alot in reducing my stress. He was thorough and spoke clearly. Study for your test! I failed my first drivers test but the examiner was very friendly and I chose just not to use her the next time for nerve reasons and I also watched her fail every person but 1 during my visit there because I had to stay the entire day due to system issues. But from my stay there I seen the hard working staff do their best to keep you all flowing through! Very friendly and sanitary. I recommend from my experience to ask for Randy! He just seems to calm your heartrate down just with his vibe and that goes a long way. Remember its on you to take the examiners right to fail you! Study and practice! Just because Randy is nice and calming you still will fail if you do something wrong.

Before I did my driving test from basic to advance, i was warned by my co-member in JoinEPS and who is also a private driving instructor in Edmonton that the driving examiners in this registry were fraudsters. Of course, i wanted to be optimistic and objective that the examiners will do their job professionally and fair, so i decided to proceed with my test in this registry. After my test, i was surprise that I accumulated 145 points which made me failed the test. I have been driving for more than 20 years and I got my basic Canadian license for 6 years with no traffic accident and violations. I am surprise that one of his major comments in my driving were i am not that confident in driving and I am too slow considering that I just only comply with the posted speeding limit. If you don't want to throw your money and you want a fair examiner, i suggest to book your test somewhere else. After a day, I booked my road test with KVP registry and the output was favourable! KVP is one of the best service registry that I have experienced here in Edmonton. Verna is amazing person in doing her piece. Professional, fair and accommodating examiner! If you want to take your driver's license, KVP is number 1! Thank you so much!!! In and out registry sucks!!!!!!

Awesome experience here this morning. I forgot the agent who helped me with registering my 4 trucks from Quebec in Alberta. It took a good 1 hour for her to get done with all the documents for 4 of them, but she was too patient enough to handle them. When I was ignored at the In & Out Registry on 50th Street, I had lost all the hopes in them, but this branch at 82nd street got my back and did everything possible to help me. Line up is quick, staff are very kind. Registration and renewals are always simple and easy. Although I had a poor experience getting a refund for a custom license plate. If they followed the govt website and double checked with the govt office, it would be understood custom license plates can be cancelled or refunded within 90 days of processing. They told me it was not possible. It makes no sense to have a custom plate be delivered in 6-8 weeks but only have 2 business days for you to backout. Because of this misinformation I had to come back a second time before someone took the time to actually fax through my cancellation request. It was not an exceptional case, you can cancel and recieve a refund.

This place is in North Edmonton. Needless to say, It's a pretty heavy population density area, so the folks who work here are slammed with lines all day long. Even though it is a busy registry, they actually move people through pretty quickly and efficiently. I have never spent more than 5 minutes in line here. The clerks arent the most friendly I've met, but not rude either. There does seem to be a lot of grumpy and/or unprepared customers that they deal with all day long, so I can definitely understand the staff being a bit more reserved and sometimes stand-offish. If you need a registry to get things completed, this is an acceptable place, even if the fees seem to be a bit much.

Nothing but problems with this registry did my learners test on the 14th of december 2013 they told me I could pay for the card anytime and it would start from the day I did the test so finally paid for it in june they told me it would be from the day the card was issued thanks I just lost 6 months.. So after I paid for it oin the 4th of june and turned in my id they said it would be ten bussiness days I just got a call this morning saying it was returned to service alberta and I would have to request it again back at this registry and may or may not have to repay they do not listen when you tell them info I would not recomend this registry ever!

Part 3 review Just based on this experience I truly don't recommend taking a road test at this location in fear of you may have a unfair evaluation as well, not put this on all elevators at location. I rented there vehicle for the road test which has me feeling like a profit gain with every failure. I well not rent or come here again for a road test again, it would be ludicrous if I did feeling the way I do. To approve their services, I recommend that their vehicles has dash and driver cams to prevent miss communication and miss treatment from all parties involved, also she refused to speak in the vehicle made it odd, so I recommend the narration I thoughts and decisions as you're driving and taking the road test that way assumptions from the elevator can be reduced I'm going another registry to have another driver test elevator, I feel it well be a 180 difference of experience and results. I well follow with the review of comparison of experience. In conclusion did feel that she expected me to object her decision? Yes 100 percent who wouldn't base on the facts, I choose to speak my objection with my peers not to the one made the rule first place. Did I feel that she judge me by my appearance? I don't want to say I did but my stomach says otherwise so yes. Do I feel I am fit and safe driver? Yes 100 percent

Went to take my class 5a today, i got there 15 minutes early as i was told to. My road test was at 1:30 and the instructor wasn't available until 1:35. We went outside and turns out one of my brake lights wasn't working (my fault, i'm aware of this) and he waited about a minute for me to try and straighten it out, he wasn't frustrated by any means. He then left inside and told me to re-book. Within 2 minutes I fixed the light, went back in and asked for him and he passed on the message to the front desk "that it was too late". $150 gone. All I was hoping for was a little flexibility, if the instructor managed his time better and was on time then maybe there would've been more time to fix this issue. Overall, I didn't have the worst experience from the employees, but I was quite frustrated with the lack of customer service. Not everyone can just throw $150 out at their disposal, this feeling is definitely worse then taking the test and failing it, atleast you got to try.

Not recommending this registry for a road test, I did my road test at 10:36 this morning and was failed because my instructor (did not get her name,Indian lady) said i was going “too slow” and because i did not turn left on a yellow light. She was creating excitement and being very dramatic because a vehicle was coming behind at the yellow light - that was about to turn red. I was not given my assessment paper afterwards to review and she ended the test before my time was over and proceeded to say i would get my license “next time”. Customer service was great but instructor was terrible. I will NOT be returning.

I went to this Registry to add my wife in my Alberta health card . After they received all the documents that they need they told me that the temporary health card number will be ready in two days. I went back after three days but the agent from the counter told me that i need to come back after few more days because the said health card number is not yet in the system. The following week i went back in this registry with my wife to check the health card number once again. After waiting for almost an hour to get inside because of the long line, the agent told me to wait because she's going to check it from the system. After few minutes she told me that i need to start from the very beginning and need to re submit all the documents and fill up a new form because they lost all the documents that i submitted the previous week and they cannot find it anymore. Never ever come in this registry anymore it's just a waste of time.

Do not take the road test here!!! Went for the road test, 3 times already. They probably have 10 different instructors, and each of them have their rules. First one - Fidel - gave me 70 points for some stupid reasons (blind spot as usual) and failed me because of parallel parking, saying that I am too close to the curb, when I did not touch or go over the curb and had like 3" distance. (not too far, but too close - never heard of this one). Second one - Neil - gave me 95 points. This was the worst one. He was making comments about my driving during the test (even if they are not allowed). He told me that I don't hold my hands properly, do not turn properly, do not check properly, too soon, too slow, too close, too far. He made my test so stressful, never felt this way. Ironically, he told me I am too far from the curb - on parallel parking (was not further than 8" of the curb). Did the parallel parking 2 times - I say it was perfect, but he told me it is not good, too far, and in the end he did not fail me because of parallel parking, and did not gave me any points for that. So I did not understand him. Third one - Forgot his name - Steve I guess. Gave me 65 points, again for stupid reasons, again for shoulder checks. Failed because of Speeding. He told me I have exceeded in one point the speed limit with 10km/h in a 60km/h and this is a fail. I had a fight with him on this one, I did not go more than 55km/h and the speedometer is in front of my eyes not in his, how can he be sure I have exceeded?! It was impossible to go 70km/h on that road. Felt so bad, I almost passed, but he fails me for something I did not do. This was it for this registry. I'm not going back anymore. Just a bunch of old jeeringly persons. My advice - go somewhere else for road test.

Don’t do any road exam at this location it is in my opinion the worse because the examiners are all corrupt. Basically there is no consistency on the expectation of the examiners and all the examiners have conflicting information. The examiners work for a independent contractors and they rely on test takers income to make a living. So therefore the examiners work together to fail people for any reason so that they can make money. In fact they have quota per month of test takers they must fail. This needs to stop. The system is so corrupt that if one would summit a complaint there will be no justice. The Government needs to take over the system. This review is meant for the registry not to hire money hungry instructors and to warn people not to do a drive test at this location because of the corruption.

Went there on Saturday April 6 @ 2:30 When I walked in I realized that there were 16 people in line with two clerks . If each person takes a minimum of 10 minutes to conduct their business that is 80 minutes until my turn. So I left and will do business at a place that will properly accommodate their customers. It should be recognized that Saturday’s at a registration office will be busy and they should have several clerks to accommodate the crowd. I have a number of errands to take care of on Saturdays and don’t have the time ,desire or inclination to wait in line anywhere near that long. Talking about rude, I observed it's not all the ladies working at this location on 128ave that are rude. But the very young lady with the eye glasses (black outer frame with yellow handle) she mostly seats on the second to last boot from the door,she has a selective way of attending to customers. She's loud to the extent that even her Co workers stared at her (depends on who she's dealing with). I was there sometime ago looking all roughed up and she felt bothered when I asked her several questions. My 2nd visit months later was on my way to the office and of course I looked really good like a million dollars and her response was a bit better. Yesterday, I noticed her response to some lady on hijab was rude and unnecessarily loud. Although the lady on hijab kept on asking questions in a very low tune that I couldn't tell what she was saying from where I was standing but the attendant felt irritated. I commend the lady sitting on the second booth yesterday (beautifully plumpy lady just like me),her service was superb and she agreed to let me choose the plate number I wanted and answered all my questions

GARBAGE SERVICE. let me tell you what happen. i went in to book my road test and paid $75 for basic. Scheduled day i went in 15 minutes before she taken all documents e.g. license, registration, insurance. I wait for 40 minutes in registry and later they told me you are not in schedule. i was surprised i showed them recipte of payment but instead of appologise they start threatning me and ask me to get out of their office. i called police then they gave me money back. i request to every one please do not go there. stay away from these trouble making people. this driving test is realy awful they have women examiner definitely rude always behave tiff and arguing I advice new people to not going to this registry especially newcomers. It will give you feeling of alienation. when she talked with you during the exam and make advice and she told you wrong word to make error when you make exam I made road test at 4/3/2019 at 10.15 am

I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. Went to do a change of address as well change my address on my AHC card and also to get a new AHC card. The woman who helped me had my Insurance card and AHS form with the correct address. But still she wrote the wrong address. Because of corvid, spending over a half hour in the hot sun and standing inside and you are in alot of pain.You expect the information would be correct and you don't need to look at the papers closely. When I noticed the mistake I wet back and had another woman who dealt with the problem. She told me it was all my fault. When you have 2 pieces of paper with the correct address and still can't get it right maybe the person who is helping you should go back to school and if you are dealing with the public don't blame the customer. Very disappointed with this company. Recieved a call from the owner who listened to my concerns and apologized for what happened. I appreciated that he took the time to listen to my concerns.

I have been here before for convenience and regretted it if it wasn’t for desperation I should have drive to another registry on top of the lack lustre customer care, they now charge a service fee for using their debit or credit machines so on top of all the money they already make off of you they can charge you for their cost of doing business

I went for my drivers exam twice and both times I had Tony. After my first exam, he thoroughly explained my mistakes and areas I needed to pay more attention to and work on for the next time. While I was taking both of my exams, he made me feel comfortable and at ease.

I passed my road test today, Lady Ramandeep was very fair and thorough with the tips and evaluation of My test, she is very calm during my exam which helped me focus on it. The staff too are very friendly and accommodating. I will recommend this place to my friends.

So before I came in to this location I called ahead I was told to bring 2 pieces of mail to prove I was resident here.to get photo I'd. I brought my t5 with my name on it and WCB pay stubs and mail. The blonde lady at the door quickly shoots me down and said none of her staff would do that it was around ten am this morning's. I wasted 20 dollars there. So I got to the next registry and happens to be another in and out and they had no problem with it they pulled me up on the computer asked me questions looked at my mail and gave me an I'd. I had to waste another 25 dollars to get there and home. She wouldn't even give me a chance to get to a teller. I'm glad you guys have other stores that are decent The money was spent on cabs p.s

Took 3 weeks to get a confirmation letter Xpresspost shipped to BC. Documents were NOT processed on same day, as iterated on their website. Ensure your comments are correct on your paperwork because i guess 'BC license transfer' isn't accurate enough to get total license history, heaven forbid you call to confirm. Thanks for setting me back a month and flushing $100 down the toilet. Response: I never received a phone call or voicemail as stated below (even though i left 2 voicemails on your machine). My request sat at your office for 7 days, verified by Canada Post tracking numbers. The individual I spoke with was quite belittling and unhelpful, which prompted me ending the phone call. Which seems inline with other negative reviews below.

I came here to get my license switched over to Alberta and had a really great experience. The clerk was patient with me as a fumbled through paperwork and forms she needed to do the various things I was inquiring about. The line was pretty long but someone came out to provide information and ensure you had the proper requirements to complete your business. (I was missing stuff because I realized once I was in that I had more than one item to switch over)

I had my road test there and the lady who examined my test failed my without any relevant reason to fail. She just failed me to make right turn slow and she wanted to make me right turn at the same speed. So, I will recommend you not to take your road test here because she is very rude.

I went in to get a extra provincial business registered, a nuance search and a vehicle registered to a company. I stood there for almost an hour an a half, dealing with a so called "supervisor" that had not " done an extra provincial registration in a long time". She was o rude I could not even believe it. She entered in wrong information, socialized with her colleagues and even dealt with other customer problems right in front of me. The attitude and service I received at this registry was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They were snappy and answered any of my questions begrudgingly as if it was chore and not their job. I work in business myself and can understand bad days but this was the ultimate slap in the face.
