I would actually rate at 0 stars. Jeffrey Woodruff will never return a phone call. I call him every hour on the hour for two or three days before I get a hold of him. I don't do email but it shouldn't be up to the client to communicate how Jeffrey wants. I've fired him now and am looking for another lawyer but I can't even get a hold of Jeff or his assistant to prepare my file for pickup. I leave countless messages with Jeffrey, his assistant and the front desk. No one returns my calls ever. The front desk gives a fresh excuse every hour why Jeffrey isn't available. Severely disappointed, this has been going on for over a year. I trusted Jeffrey to help me in a time of need and he has done nothing. Never have any business to do with Jeffrey Woodruff or Glenn and Card law.
