I cashed my cheque there an he tells me he gave me 4 50 dollar bills an he only gave me 2 an he tells me i lost 100 dollars somewhere .never again will i cash my cheque there

This place is amaizing, they are open later then the banks, is rather pay them a service charge over a bank That doesn't help you out at all

We are not from Alberta and had a cheque from back home(Still in Canada). We expected issues with cashing it but the man working only asked for required ID and cashed us out extremely fast and friendly. We walked out thinking that was the most painless cheque cashing place we’ ve ever encountered. Definitely will be the only place we go to when in Edmonton and have a cheque to cash. Fee was reasonable as well.

Poor way of conducting business. Was at the West Ed mall past 9:30 on a Thursday morning and the business was closed. No indication on hours of operation! Checked the website - no help from there either. Left a note with my name and number hoping to hear back from them. Guess CNA Financial doesn't care to return back calls either.

Called the office ahead and asked when the commissioner of oath will be in, and i asked if he'll be in at 4pm. The person on the other line said, yes 4pm works. I was at wem at exactly the agreed time, and the personnel told me that he's not coming in till 6. I wasted my time coming here for nothing.

Not a cheque cashing place. Needs to be certified cheque for them to cash. Decision made by employee texting boss an image of cheque as to whether can cash cheque or not. It would help if they would answer phone or email instead of having to waste time going down there to find this info out.
