Must call in advance to book an appointment. On the 3rd floor. Depending on the person you get they will say NO witnesses but if you ask the ladies at the reception (not part of notary company) usually they are very amazing and able to be your witness.

Love the experience at Calgary Notary Public! Here are what I like about: The appointment process - love it. click online, in 5 minutes you are done. An email will be followed to confirm the appointment. At the date of the appointment, I read the email and got everything I needed for my appointment. simple and easy. The mindset - 10 minutes getting things done. Love that. I actually checked my time. From beginning to the end, it took me about 10-12 minutes. Friendly - Love the laid back environment at the office Location - Great! Easy for me to go with public transportation. Office hour - You can make an appointment till 6pm. Expensive for the service and the lady working was quite judegemental instead of helpful. I don't think it's appropriate to ask personal questions that have nothing to do with the service you are asking for. Would definitely try somewhere else next time.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Very unprofessional team, had me drive all the way to their location and when I called to ask for directions the secretary said "we cannot serve you. As we don't notarize these types of documents as per policy." I stated I've spoken with them 3 times to get this document sorted and they did not identify what documents they "will not notarize" nor do they have anything on their website about such. I asked for the policy and she says "we can't serve you, and I'll take it under consideration if we will make a policy regarding that." Do not waste your time going to an organization who is intolerant against individuals trying to get their documents to support their Indigenous status (I.e. any native country)!

The lady was very inexperienced, she didn't seem to know what she was doing. She lied to me regarding the multi document policy, wasting my time and money. I would never do business here again.
