We met Carter at a Chambers of Commerce lunch and learn and are so pleased we met! Carter takes the time to go through everything with you, he doesn't rush appointments and makes sure that you are fully aware of everything in regards to the discussion. He truly has your best interest and has great intentions. So far we have only had our complimentary consultation with him and have signed up for him to represent us going forward. Keep in mind, no money has been exchanged at this point. Carter gave me a call yesterday to check in on us. COVID-19 has shut our business down since mid March. Carter didn't call to drum up business, didn't call to ask if we were proceeding, he called to ask how we are doing through all of this. He spent 45 minutes on the phone with me discussing our business and giving tips on what to watch for, how to talk to our landlord, briefly looked at our lease (will do more when we get past all this), spoke about money and how to recover when we open again. Carter truly cares about all of his clients and it shows! We also have had the pleasure of dealing with Erik, he's very polite and friendly. Erik follows up and makes sure all tasks are completed. He wasn't pushy but gave us friendly reminders of what we needed to do to proceed. I highly recommend Carter and his team!
