I was referred to Tyler by my Mom's boss to handle my Grandmother's estate. From the first appointment he was very sympathetic and immediately was able to explain the process and provide additional documents I needed to start notifying her bank, utilities, etc. Living in Vancouver, I was only able to handle from a distance but my emails were always returned promptly.
