Contacted this immigration law office regarding a family members papers as we will be needing assistance in a ARC authorization to return to Canada application . I called them in the afternoon no answer left them a detailed message asking for an appt no call back then sent them an email with again a very detail message . All day no call back no email until late at night at 9pm in the email is says “ Sorry we can not assist you , thank you “ . Very unprofessional rude so called lawyers. Thank god we are not dealing with them now . Take your money and your time else where this firm could careless about your cases pathetic .

This lawyer has been extremely unprofessional and took advantage of my vulnerability at the time of application. I specifically wanted to retain an immigration lawyer regardless of cost thinking that I will be better taken care of given the circumstances and the urgency of my application. Him and his team completely disappeared for close to 10 days really close to my application deadline, risking me being deported from Canada in the beginning of the pandemic. His response was that he didn't get my messages and that I am too 'demanding'. He also gave me false information regarding spousal PR application that I personally verified to be untrue. I wonder how many other, more vulnerable people seeking immigration to Canada that he took advantage of? I see there are all 5/5 star reviews here and I have a sneaking suspicious that they might be fake. If you want my advice, stay away from this firm and find someone more reliable to spend your money on.

Armstronglaw has to be the worst law experience we had ! Graham dragged the application way too long , he’s very careless about his clients application, he leaves everything till last minute ! Even after the refusal of the application and after paying 7000 dollars he applied to even way worse application that had 10% chance of winning where he could actually appeal the old application ! I don’t recommend this law at alll under any consequences! I’m very disappointed in all the money we spent and the time we waisted on an application that we knew it’s going to be refused
