AG Law took care of the sale of my house and the purchase of my condo almost simultaneously .They were professional, and completed all the necessary documents on time! I had so many questions and had to phone the office very frequently. Each time I called, the phone was answered by the pleasant voice of Catherine who was able to give me a satisfactory detailed answer. Of Course I'll use them again if I have legal matters to attend to. Thank you Glenda and Catherine.

Save yourself the stress - don't ever hire Glenda Nguyen for any lawyer service. I bought a home and dealing with her was a headache. Due to her unprofessionalism and lack of communication, we did not receive our keys on possession date. Her rates match exactly that of her quality of service - cheap. If I could turn back time I would just have gone with another lawyer and paid a few extra bucks. When I called her the next day to tell her I did not get my keys, she said I was responsible for that and there was nothing she could do. The setback and loss I've experienced was ten-fold that of the $50 discount she gave me. Hiring Glenda as my lawyer was traumatizing.

They were basically incompetent from start to finish. They missed the deadline that was talked about on day one, failed to ask for the appropriate paperwork updates on multiple occasions, never did any follow up with the other 3 companies or myself, had us do the footwork, they worked with zero sense of urgency, and they have files stacked high in all the offices where anyone could just look/take private information from all the clients. Truly a horrendous, disorganized, and leaderless bunch. Beware!!

Very reasonable price and great service. I shopped around, and the lawyers don't try and overcharge you here.

Stay away! This is the worst lawyer I had. I use them for a house purchase. They release my money before I said it was ok. I wanted to hold back money to clean out the garage and house because the owner didn't clean them. I had to fork out money to clean the house and garage. Also, I didn't get my paper work yet after 4 months. What a terrible service! Oh, not to forget, they charge $1200 for the service! I could get a better service from a different lawyer for half the price! Not to forget, they charge you an additional $200 for any changes made. If you don't make any changes, they will refund you the money back. They better give me this money back because I did not make any changes. All I can tell you is to stay away! I have never had such a terrible lawyer!

Very bad service. They charged me more fees after i had payed everything they asked for when buying my home.l When i went to pick up my papers a month later they said they wanted more because apperantly what they told me to pay was an estimated cost.. How do you not know the price of land title fees and youre a lawyer...Do not go here they are fruads. Also only take cash which is sketchy...Avoiding those taxes

Highly recommended Very professional Realistic Took care of our mortgage name change in less than a day . Austin and Glenda did a very good job .
