Very Unprofessional!!! Address is wrong. I wasted my time and gas to be there but address is not correct as there is no unit number to find apartment/building. I tried almost 15 times and they picked phone and then hangup. Not recommended at all!!! P.S: I tried asking neighbors and they are also not known of that place.

Wrong advertisement! Called over 3 times before 5pm to confirm that it was open and no one respond. Got to the location at 5:30 after traffic another couple was there waiting and no one open the door. Called 5 times more and no one respond, knocked the door and not respond. I waited outside looking for another open notary and two girl come out the door and when I complained to be there for over 20 minutes waiting and calling multiple times without respond they just said the information is wrong. We are close at 5pm SERIOUSLY!!! It’s 6pm already and I just waisted my time. I will give 0 if I could. Fix your website and google to don’t scam more people!!

This woman should not be allowed to deal with public! Our family and friends had used her services in the past and everything had been ok until yesterday. Obviously age and maybe her personal life must be affecting her judgment. We needed to notarize copies of birth and marriage certificates from our parents who live abroad. We did not have the originals because our parents had just got the documents, so they scanned them and email them to us. We asked her if she could notarize the copies based on the electronic files we had and this woman just flipped like if we had put drugs on her table instead of papers and asked to leave her house without notarizing the other papers we had. We felt humiliated and discriminated against. We are both teachers and we would never think of breaking the law, let alone persuade someone to do it for us. I don't wish her bad, but Linda should retire completely and stay away from humanity. She doesn't have the right to be rude to people for no reason. Are her services affordable? Yes, they are. However I prefer to pay more and be treated as a person. To latest response: Linda, you are being dishonest in your response and I don’t think that is an attribute of a Notary. You did not tell me anything over the phone because I never asked you. In addition, we did not try to convince you, let alone persuade you to break the law. We just asked you if you could certify the document for us based on a scanned copy of the original, knowing that the original document was offshore and it would take us days to get it by mail. You could have just said No and moved on. You treated us disrespectfully for no reason. I just wish one day you received some of your own medicine. Remember, we are just trying to reunite our family...we are NOT smuggling people into the country.u

My family and I have been using Linda for over 15 years. She has always been our go to notary not only because she has found last minute appointments for us but also took the time on the phone to explain exactly what I needed to bring her to make sure all was legit. That saved me tonnes of time. I understand she now transitioning from being mobile to working from an office but I would drive across town to go use her over any others. I did today in fact. She’s honest, fair and has always taken an interest in our family and how we are doing. Once I had used guy at a mall and felt like I was cheating on her! He couldn’t help me So I went of course back to her. She I affordable And if I must say anything about the negative reviews I have read, people need to do their research before they show up with docs to be notarized. That’s her career on the line and in no way would I take a review that said “she needs to retire stay away from humanity” as anything but she probably said no to some thing she couldn’t do because it was not the RIGHT thing to do. Let alone why talk to anyone in that manner. There’s always one guy on google that has to try to wreck it for the small business owners making a living. My best advice is be ready for her and if you have questions, she will talk to you on the phone and give free advice to a point but the customer is NOT always right and sometimes business owners need to stand up for themselves and say NO. Linda, thank you for your almost 2 decades of work with my family and keep on just the way you are. See ya this time next year!

The notary public who's name is Linda is very disrespectful. We need some of our papers notarized and she advised me that my husband has to be present as well when she do the signing. Since my husband's schedule is changing all the time, our first appointment has to be moved for the following week. I called prior to let her know about it. Then the second appointment, I called her a day before our appointment coz my husband was sent out of town for work the night before i called her, then guess what, first sentence she said is "That is very rude of you to cancel twice!" And hAng up!-HANG UP! O.M.G! I just laughed! Gees.... Mother nature! Atleast I've called ahead of time to inform her rather than wasting her time driving to my place for nothing. Life doesn't revolve on you Maam! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Doesn't even deserve one star!

I called ahead and left a message. I was called back within 30 minutes. Discussed my requirement re documents and what I needed to take with me and fees. Fees were the best I found in Calgary after searching on the internet. Leave an extra five minutes to find as the address is on the far side of the building. Linda had advised that I should call her when we arrived at the building and would let me know where parking was. I managed to get one digit of the number wrong and ended up calling a fax machine. Still managed to get there although a couple of minutes late. Linda was very proffessional efficient and pleasant. If I have any need of the services offered by Affordable Notary Public Services I will return there without a doubt even though I don't live close to Linda's office.

My Permanent Resident Card is expiring this spring so we started making photo copies of all documents required by Government of Canada for renewal of the PR card for another 5 years. We found that we needed to get six photopied pages certified for the application. We searched for affordable public notary services first on KIJIJI and continued our quest on Google. There we found Affordable Notary Public Service. The price structure was "tailor made" for our needs. We made an appointment and we were very glad that we had found The Best and Most Affordable Notary Public in Calgary. I wish I could give her 0 stars. When I initially called she told me she was by the South Centre mall!! She was WAY further than that . On a very cold day (-20) I made it to our appointment on time .She was pleasant until I commented I didn't realize she was way further than I thought. She immediately changed and offered me to leave if I didn't like the service ! She also said she expect people to know Calgary better. I asked her to finish the job since I already came . She did and after I said to her "good buy , thanks and have a nice day ", she said nothing. What an unpleasant experience.
