Excellent service. Were very clear about what needed, what would happen, and even told us that deliveries of certain documents were often early on Friday so that we could complete our tasks the same day. True, this one orders out some documents that others print in-house. However, they call you when they arrive - even if they order is early and have some of the nicer touches on customer service that other registries miss.

Best and fastest service I have ever received with a registry. I never write reviews but the service I have received was so amazing so I had the put the time to write how impressed I was. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 30. I was extremely disappointed with the service that I received here and would strongly recommend going to any other registry. When there was an issue with my registration, the manager was extremely rude, condescending, and kept talking over me. I suspect that this attitude was a reaction to my age. If you are under the age of 30, I strongly recommend that you go anywhere else because you will not be treated with respect here.

I've been going here for 7 years, and I am a frequent patron/customer of Accusearch. This place can definitely accumulate high-volumes of people, and the staff who work the front have always been able to provide quality service under any pressure. I have a high level respect for the staff at this place who work with people from all different backgrounds, and walks of life. If they could not provide the solution to myself, or people I work with in the moment they were more than able to help us navigate our issues we may have had. Accusearch Registry in Edmonton is probably the most human place to go to out of all the registries I've been to in the city of Edmonton. The staff at Accusearch do not get enough credit for what they do. It's a PRIVILEGE to go to this place. I can tell you they are miracle workers compared to other registries in the city. This place is the real deal for service, and if you don't like the quality of service you received you always have a choice to go somewhere else!. I will always recommend this place for the services they provide.

Trash customer service. Do not go to this registry if you're new to the province or whatever, I waited 45minutes because I had to make phones to calls to my past insurance company to fax them driving records. They did not go out of their way to complete my needs before closing. Apparently it takes 5 minutes for Eye test and picture. If I'm not worth 5 minutes of your time then I hope damn well, none of you claimed to pride in your customer service. Waste of my time. In the future give better instructions on what to do. I wasn't clarified additional documents to bring, to validate, not enough inquiring, no specific instructions like adding a line on the fax record to prove driving record indications.

Aborigianls can't use status cards here because racist manager says they are not I'd. Last month she updated my DL with same card. And pick up a passport with status cards but not a birth certificate? Pathetic

terrible service, the 2 girls at the counter would not stop shouting, yelling giggling etc while on pc taking the test, made focusing impossible! wasted my time, money, locked me out for 24 hours before retest due to their incompetence!

I've only been once, but it was the best registry experience I've ever had in Edmonton. The clerk I dealt with seemed very competent and worked quickly, and the registry interior was well kept and professional. An employee greeted everyone in line, one at a time, and ensured they had what they needed to move through the process. He congratulated people who had just passed driver's tests or purchased a new car. I'm used to registries performing way below what I would expect from a regular business, but these guys actually exceed my experiences at most businesses. Highly recommend. I went in to renew my registration for my car and had forgotten some documents. The people working were very helpful and helped me gather all the information that I needed since they weren't too busy at that particular time of day. Great service and friendly staff. My office is in Oxford Tower so this location is convenient. Besides that it’s a nice place, clean and tidy well lit. It can be busy at the end of the month due to vehicle registration renewing but otherwise service is fast not to long of a wait. This location will take care of all your documents that require government approval. As long as I work downtown I will come to this location due to wonderful service.

One of my worst experience in Alberta. I went there for health card and their executive entered wrong details on my application to Alberta health services. She didn't even accepted her mistake . Their executives are untrained and also not willing to help the customer. Avoid this registry if you can.

I literally almost go to this registry for all of my license and legal docs, even I don’t live close by. The staff just so nice, and surprisingly I never waited for a long line. Even sometimes I see and wait in a long line, but the staff are so productive and efficient. Keep up the great work!

I've been here a few times now as the location is convenient. During my most recent trip to register a new trailer, they went above and beyond to resolve an issue that was entirely the fault of the seller. What started out as a very frustrating situation was made significantly better by the assistance they offered - I walked out a happy customer, knowing it'd have been far worse had they not been involved.

I have been using this registry since I was 15 years old, from getting my first ID card to drivers license to my marriage certificate and everything in between. Why I had chosen this place was because it was familiar and the staff was always helpful and helped to guide me with the forms and how to process everything. BUT the one issue with this location is a women whom works at this location named Christy and this is my second interaction with her and both times she has been aggressive and rude right from the first hello, she is short and continuously speaks under her breath in a passive aggressive manner all while making you feel dumb, FYI most people don’t come to the registry often to do what needs to be done so that’s YOUR job to be helpful and have some sort of understanding not speak to them in a condescending manner. I had some questions about the license but I wouldn’t dare ask, she would probably just give me the wrong information or make this interaction even more uncomfortable. As soon as I got her, I wanted to turn around and ask for help from someone else but i knew it would just make it worse. RUDE AND PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE from start to finish. I won’t be going out of my way to come here again, in case I get her. In case you decide to go here you can’t miss her attitude compared to the other friendly faces. And yes I had all my documents in order, I came the day before and a very nice lady pointed out that some information was missing and she was very agreeable and told me that when I came back next she would be happy to help, so I was looking forward to dealing with her instead….oh well

Lisa Datzoff is absolutely incredible as a human being as much a professional. Not only did she act upon my need, she did so with such a true soul of care it completely humbled me an set me right back to where I needed to be. She read my frazzled look, joined it to my " I was the the one that called it about the birth certificate" and just got the job done. She somehow manages to be encouraging, uplifting, compassionate and understanding while being totally professional all at the same time. Thank You Lisa. We were at Accu-Search to apply for a driving license on 16th, 17th December. The receptionist was not only hostile, but misguided us by denying service on flimsy excuses, making it difficult for us to apply. The underlying reason for this special treatment might be because we are from visible minority. After visiting another Registry, we were able to apply for driving license and were treated in a courteous manner.
