Stayed for the night after girlfriends work party. Room was nicely clean and accommodating. Hardly any noise outside our room after the door was closed. One of the best hotel beds we have ever stayed in. Also room service deserved an A+

Host at front desk was not very friendly and seemed very hostile based on a review a friend gave after she was asked how her check in experience was. Average hotel with your regular hotel necessaries, it does have a cool waterslide and pool though.

Worst hotel experience I've had in Winnipeg. Looked okay when I first walked in, got to our room and the toilet was stuck filling up. Called the front the desk and they sent a guy who claimed he fixed it, I flushed it to see and still did the same thing, his response was that has to be changed and left never to be seen again. People were yelling in the hallways and were escorted out by police at 3am. To top it all off woke to the building being evacuated from a fire alarm in the kitchen, would never stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious, the restaurant had good food, and fair priced, and my service was friendly. I’d would stay here again and recommend it, though I only gave it four stars because this rooms shower was poor, the shower head leaked and therefor had poor pressure. I’m not assuming that’s the case in every room though. So still 4+ stars.

Location is fine, lobby is really nice but the rooms aren't quite up to the same quality. Washroom was redone though which was nice.

I attended was a vendor at a Holiday Craft Sale at the Viscount Gort. Staff was courteous, food delivery was delicious and prompt. Facility was clean and welcoming. Parking is not the greatest but this was due to location.

Big banquet hall for wedding receptions. Food served was so so. White sauce on top of baked/grilled chicken cordon bleu was pretty much the same as the soup that was served. Mashed potato was starting to dry up on the outside by the time the entree was served. The piece of red velvet cake pretty same as the one you can get from Salsbury House.

Too hot in the room. We cant turn off the heater. We tried turning on the AC but its just a fan. IT BASICALLY FELT LIKE A SAUNA. Also, the phone buttons do not work. You can dial the numbers but the front desk & house keeping buttons dont work. Garbage! A total waste of my money. Not coming back here ever again.

Attended a meeting in one of the conference halls. Don't have much to add about rooms. Catering Staff was excellent. Washrooms are clean. Parking seems to be a bit of an issue.

They were under construction when we went. We got woken up at 6am to doors slamming and construction workers yelling down the hall. Almost switched hotels. That being said I dont think it was the fault of the hotel. The room and pool were very nice.
