First of all would not even rate them 1 star. Used to be my main to Santa Lucia to order from but will never order from these people again. Terrible service did not bring entire order, potatoes cold. Called them back and Jasmine very rude on the phone laughing. Terrible customer service. Terrible manager as I asked him when delivery would be and get a response can’t tell u exact time. Literally was told no time frame on when the rest of the food would be delivered and delivered 25 min how does someone enjoy their supper half delivered and wait another 25 minutes. Gave me an option of delivery or a credit for next order. Of course I went with delivery of my food as how do you even know this credit would even be added next time. A refund or even a gift card is what should of been done.

***UPDATE 11/2018*** We had just about the best keto pizza I've had in a restaurant to date. The crust is only cheese and it cost us $17.50 for a 10" 2 topping. It was very filling. We will definitely be back. It's too bad the wings aren't keto friendly, but we have riblets instead. Those were also delicious. ----------- I just love the upstairs patio. It's a great place to go and have drinks and the food is always consistent and delicious. It's very underhanded of the owners to have specials like wing nite but no mention that I could see that it is only available in the downstairs lounge. It sounds like we aren't the only patrons to make this mistake. Better to make it evident than to be shocked by the bill or better still not include it in the full menu - post it only in the lounge.

We stopped in for an afternoon drink and their famous nachos. They’ve never disappointed us before but on this occasion we found them a bit wanting. Amount of cheese was less than needed. Diced tomatoes were hard - just not ripe enough. The drinks were good and the staff excellent. Very comfortable lounge.

The food is always good. Is always excellent. But the salsa that I received for my nacho order was not fresh salsa like I had had in the summer time at this location which was excellent. So the jarred salsa that I received with my order was a real disappointment. So next time I order nachos I will have to inquire about the status of their salsa... Because they're fresh prepared salsa is excellent. Beyond excellent.... But that is not what I received with my order this time around.

Absolutely big no to this location. We used to go this location on time to time bases since 2017. Last time when we went to this location we ordered pineapple and jalapeno pizza. Which cook made it very nice spicy and tasty. SERVER was very nice smiley and know about customer service . But this time server was realized us that we were not welcome there any more and cook realized us that they can not mentain consistency. We placed order for pineapple jalaleno pizza and I mentioned twice that we need it spicy. When I mentioned that twice about spicy. SERVER replied me that I noted down in your order so don't worry. And it was sarcastic manner. When pizza came it was absolutely not the one we expected. It was not spicy at all. And also souce was not enough on the pizza as a result it was bit dry. AFTER finishing pizza we were waiting for server to come and ask us that if we need anything else to eat or drink . But insted of that when we called her She came and strsight asked us do we need box? This showed that she want us to get out of the restaurant as soo as possible . I was there with my wife and daughters as it was my wife's birthday. I felt so bad. I requested server that can you please bring carrot caramel chees cake. She bring it. And this was bother surprise for us. Size of the slice was too small. And very much dry. And it was absolutely not what we were expecting. After finishing our dinner we waited about 14 minutes for our bill. Ultimately I got up and try to find out out serve. So that I van ask for our bill. I found her and she said computer is broken and that's why it's taking time in reality she was talking to her male coliegue. HORRIBLE EXPERINCE ABOUT THE SERVICE QUALITY OF FOOD WAS VERY BAD QUANTITY OF DESSERT WAS REDUAED DRASTICALLY AND WAS NOT FRESH ATALL I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NITHER I WILL VISIT IT AGAIN

When I need Italian this is where I go. We wanted to catch the Wpg Blue Bombers and enjoyed our pizza, lasagna and Pasta Alfredo while seeing them win!!! Service was efficient even adding the vaccine checking at the beginning.

Service was very good. All items were served piping hot. It was very nice that the manager comes out to check on the tables. Fried chicken was the stand out dish. Would return for that item. Everyone was in agreement for that. Caesar salad is safe. The rice pilaf was ok. The pizza was good but not my style. My companions enjoyed it and the toppings are nicely layered. We also tried the manicotti. It's fair but not one of my favorites in the city. We weren't a huge fan of the Texas toast garlic bread. It looks like it should have been better than what we felt it was... I think as cheese toast it might have been better. The space seems good for groups. We sat in the main dining room. It can get decently loud. They have a beautiful patio in the summer time

They missed my salad but had the rest of the beautiful food, so I called all the locations I thought it might be coming from (I ordered off of the website and wasn’t sure which location) and I was given numbers to different locations. My god these gals working the line were lovely and helpful. Props out to hiring the best most courteous staff who did there job with compassion and heart. Made my night after a long week and couldn’t be more greatful. Also hats off to the delivery driver as well. Well done!

CHOOSE ANOTHER RESTAURANT IF YOU HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. Food was decent, but they've got a lot to work on execution wise. Ordered from the vegan menu which was awesome to see! Then the app (salad) came out with cheese, and both the entrees - flatbread we ordered came out with cheese and the gyro with tzatziki. Obviously nothing was modified properly. We felt horrible sending the food back but i've been vegan for 20 years and called ahead to make sure they had options for a family members anniversary celebration. 1. By the time the food came out the rest of the party had basically finished eating. 2. No manager spoke to us to apologize and nothing was changed on the bill. Ive worked in restaurants for over 20 years so i still tipped 18%, i know people live off those and the team didnt deserve to suffer for one persons mistakes. I was glad to see vegan options on the menu so big points there, but i need to trust that the food will actually come out like that, so i dont think ill be heading back here anytime soon.

After hearing and seeing Santa Lucia's positive reviews, I went there on a Friday to try it. So, I ordered a classic layered lasagna (+Brown and wild rice medley) and calamari rings. The calamari rings were decent, not bad or spectacular, and came in around 10min. However, after finishing all the calamari rings, I had to wait 50 MIN to get my lasagna. I watched all other tables that came waaay after me getting their orders first. I guess they only started preparing the lasagna after I asked the waitress if it was coming. The lasagna was also decent. However, the garlic breads that came with it were great! Fluffy and tasty. And that's it. The rest of my experience was VERY disappointing. A long wait time not only to eat but also to the pay the bill.

Prices are steep for a restaurant chain that doesn't fit the "fine dining" mold. Service is adequate. Wings are top notch, pizza is pretty good if you like a heavily loaded pie but that's not my preference.

The pizza was not the usual outstanding pizza they usually prepare. It was lacking in something. It definitely was not worth what they charge for their pizza. Service was ok, nothing to get excited about. I will not be going back anytime soon as the cost is far to high.

We ordered takeout. A 15" veggie pizza. It was ready on time and very good....it just didn't look very good (see picture). However taste is more important than looks. A bit pricy at $33.11 but I would add it to my list of good pizza restaurants.

Everything was great but the pizza was subpar. Service was amazing, the girl who served me was making drinks, serving, bussing tables and greeting everyone at the same time! However the quality of their pizza has definitely gone down (either due to high volume orders or pandemic)

Do not order from here if you like thin crust. Second time ordering "thin crust" from Santa Lucia, both times the pizza had thick crust. We ordered two pizzas totaling $42.17, they offered a refund of $12.55. Seeing how pizza doesn't cost that much to make.....cheap. Will not be ordering from here again.

Normally a good place to order from, good food, delivery usually on time. Except today, ordered 2 meals and a pizza. -Came late (25 mins, not the end of the world -Had the wrong pizza -Can't refund because I ordered online -Said they could deliver the correct one quickly, then changed their minds and said it would take over an hour (what good is that if all the other food get's cold waiting?!) -Only choice was a credit for next time Hopefully the get it right if I decide to use that credit. 3 stars as this was a bad experience but it usually is good.

I ordered delivery from the Santa Lucia Pizza on St. Mary's Rd., on Saturday evening Sept. 04, 2021 at 7:31 pm. My order was a Chicken Finger dinner at the cost of $14.95 which is not worth this price as you only get 5 pieces. The chicken fingers were overly battered with flour, tough/hard and cold. The 10" pizza was also cold and was cut with large and small pieces; as far as we were concerned it wasn't fresh. I called to complain to the manager and he wanted me to take a picture of the chicken fingers; what good would that do as I don't have a mobile phone? The manager wouldn't compromise with me; I asked him if we could get a percentage discount if I ever order from this franchise again. The manager said they don't do complaints this way; as I told him Chicken Chef gives percentage discounts if you have a complaint. Whatever, you as a customer; do not order their Chicken Finger dinners it's horrible and not worth the price. I can make home made chicken fingers way better than their so called Chef. We were regular customers and now I will never do business with any of their restaurants again. I am going to call the owner of this franchise to explain to him or her that their manager shouldn't have this job as he does not know how to deal with customer complaints and I would like my money back; we even tipped the driver extra spent almost $50 for a meal that I threw in the garbage. Santa Lucia Pizza is fantastic as can be. I’m blown alway by the deliciousness and presentation of the pizza. And the Greek Salad is banger. The calamari, I can’t describe it in words. Overall yummy in my tummy. It is great place for everyone it has restaurant and lounge, parking lot in front and the back of the building. The staff are amazing

We end up ordering all the dishes with lots of cheese, that's why we got full so fast lol garlic toast and pizza are my favorite, we should try the children supreme next time, also they have free birthday cake (a piece) that night for the birthday boy, pretty nice overall.

We couldn’t enjoy our meal because there were so many wasps. Roughly 10 wasps were swarming our table and landing on our food and drinks. We asked for an inside table but they wouldn’t give us a table. The only solution they provided was giving us coasters to protect our drinks but they were still on our food. We had to leave and take our meal to go. One lady at the table next to us got stung.

Everything about the place is so good. The restaurant is so decent and it has a wide variety of Italian and Greek food and desserts. The staff members are so friendly, and food tastes so good. Unfortunate circumstance turned sour by poor management. Blown away by the manager Peter and how he dealt with our table on the patio being swarmed by wasps. As someone with experience in the hospitality industry I couldn’t believe how he condescendingly told us that he “can’t control Mother Nature” when we asked to talk to him about how stressful our dinner had become with the amount of wasps on the beautiful rooftop patio. The poor lady to our right was icing her hand after being stung so we inquired about our options for any wasp traps or moving indoors but instead we were given extra coasters to cover the tops of our glasses? I deeply appreciate being understaffed and recovering from the pandemic but we had to pack up our meals and leave without any compensation. He told us that all customers were warned of the wasps which we definitely were not but changed his story to say that everyone was being told from now on. Any other restaurant would have maybe covered the cost of our cocktails that the wasps were feasting on. We love Santa Lucia and of course still tipped our sympathetic server but Peter needs some management training!

We went for a late night bite after a Jets game. It wasn't very busy and we were seated in the dining room quickly. Had the calamari to start which was good, followed by caesar salad which was also good. We ordered a 13" pizza (the Montenegro) and a chicken parmigiana, both were excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and took care of everything we asked.

Ordered some pizza and spinach dip from Santa Lucia the other night and was disappointed. We tried the Italian and the Gyro pizza and neither were good. Portion size was good, plenty of toppings, but everything tasted like pure salt from the meat, cheese, to the sauces. I was chugging water all night after we ate. The spinach dip was good, though the portion for it was small...way more chips than dip. Also they charge a delivery fee but don't allow their drivers to enter your apartment building, you have to meet them at the door. Even though every other restaurant as well as Skip the Dishes allows drivers to buzz up and just leave the food at your suite door. For the price we paid there are way better pizza places in the city, won't be back.

Came here for late Valentine's dinner as it was winding down. Service was lovely throughout the night; very attentive and polite. The Santa Lucia Special Pizza was really good. It had a nice crust to it and the spicy tomato sauce I substituted in worked well with the toppings. Great quality pizza that you know will taste great the day after as well. ???? (Got a 10" which is the small but only got through 2 slices). Mediocre flavours on the Greek side of the menu. Portions are huge! I would come here again if I had a bigger appetite. Overall, nice experience. A revamping of the decor in the dining area section would increase the appeal, but a solid staple to Winnipeg classics!

Great food and service. I have been here several times and haven't had a bad experience yet. The fried chicken was great. The steak I had the last time was cooked just the way I asked. Service was great each time, a good balance between not bothering you every couple minutes and never coming around at all.

I thought the name would suggest that the pizza should be decent. It wasn't. This is supersized American fast food without any sense for quality. I went for the Italian which was supposed to come on a thinly crust and I hoped it would be a little closer to what they call pizza in Italy but to no avail. It was overly salty due to the massive amount of toppings, including some gluey stuff they call cheese. I had a stomach ache for 2 hours after eating there. I even like American style pizzas, but any Pizza hut is better than this..
