Cold turkey is by far the best vape shop in Winnipeg hands down. They always go out of their way to make the customer happy. The online service is amazing with same day delivery. I am so pleased with them i will never go anywhere else. Today i ordered a new vape at 6:00 and within minutes (that said with a little luck) its already in my mailbox. Very great experience at the shop. Stopped in quickly for some coils after doing some work training. Wasn't quite sure what I wanted as I'm from a smaller town and they have a massive selection compared to my local shops. Curtis helped me quickly find some flavours that were nothing but spectacular and exactly what I was looking for. If you're looking for a good shop with knowledgable staff I would highly recommend.

Gave cold turkey a quick ring w a couple questions about a juice I saw on the website. The phone was answered before the first ring even finished. After talking w the associate over the phone (Jacob) his customer service was knocked out of the park and I came down to pick up what we talked about over the phone. I was a minute or two away from the store and when I pulled it my stuff was already waiting at the counter . I’ll be switching stores and go out of my way to buy from cold turkey. Very slow service (stood there and waited to be acknowledged for 5 minutes). I was not greeted upon walking into the store, I always have been at the other locations. The selection/product knowledge was very poor at this location. They didn't have my usual juice or nicotine level, and they didn't seem to know much about even the local brands I inquired about. I understand this store is newer, but that is not an excuse for any of the above mentioned. I will not be returning to this location (even though it is much closer to home than Cold Turkey's McPhillips or Edmonton Street stores). I recommend you visit one of Cold Turkey's other locations and avoid a bad experience. Or try another shop all together, if distance is a factor in where you shop.

Very nice people , unfortunately the kangertech products they sold me leak uncontrollably. And spent 50 $ on a 100 ml bottle of juice first use end popped off exploded everywhere and refused to exchange it even though it was 5 minutes after purchase. Givin ive spent 100s of $$ there kinda sucked and ruined the experience for me .
