I eat here probably more then any other place downtown. Their is never a lineup to get in, it's relatively quiet...you can have a conversation without have to speak up and the food and service are always great. If your looking for good food without the typical loud dinning atmosphere, this is a good place.

Food was decent, the old fashioned I ordered wasn't anything special. Service wasn't great but it was forgivable considering we were there right after a jets game so it might have been busier than normal.

The food is decent and the coffee is delicious. The server asked us if we wanted to take two cups to go which was a really nice touch given that the price for coffee is a little high.

Try the Blaze burger with smoked bacon (the bacon costs extra). Absolutely fantastic. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and is accessible through the downtown path system.

Having eaten here for one overpriced traditional breakfast and two suppers I can attest that while the food is generally good, you can find alternatives at better prices all around. That said there are some standout items. The coffee is always amazing. They serve Starbucks Pike Place roast any time of the day. The service is generally good to excellent. The side options such as the barley risotto and the sweet potato mash taste excellent. Where Blaze loses me is on price for value. A standard two egg breakfast with coffee is $18. Nothing special about it. Potatoes are bland. Coffee is great. The fish supper had overcooked fish that didn't taste bad but also wasn't fresh tasting. The acidulated berry topping was mild and tasty but didn't do much for the fish. Where the pea shoots mentioned in the menu description were, I do not know. I did have a lamb shank that was tender and extremely tasty. That was by far my favorite meal. Overall, some items of worth. Eat your standard breakfast elsewhere like Stella's at Plug-in for a better food experience at half the price. Go to Nuburger for a better burger. If you want a classier environment, Blaze will deliver.

Had a wonderful steak sandwich here this weekend. Cooked to perfection and had a delicious Savory glaze over it that really rounded the steak out. Service was great with an excellent bartender! Great place for intimate 2-3 groups. I highly recommend.

Foods okay, but for what you get, you're paying way too much. There are better places nearby that charge only about 2/3 of the price.

Their sandwiches are good.Just avoid the burger because the pati could be super dry and take moist from your mouth. Their service could be super slow sometimes. but the bright side is great! Their green salada with feta cheese is the best side salad in the city!

I often stay in hotels all over North America and I have to say that this is one of my favourite restaurants I've had the pleasure to eat at. I had one of their burgers and it was to die for. This was my second time eating there and it was just as impressive as the first time. Another benefit of this restaurant is the server named Allen who also works the bar. I usually give the same standard tip to every service I get. Allen however, went beyond my expectations with his genuine friendly service. I am looking forward to my next stay at the Delta in Winnipeg so that I can have a meal at Blaze again.

Went today for the Burger Week special. The burger was absolutely amazing it had egg salad on it delicious. The waitress was so friendly and split the meal even the Caesar salad as a side In 2 for us. The restaurant is located inside the Delta hotel parking available and on a good bus route

Very disappointing ???? I brought my 7 year old granddaughter for breakfast to celebrate her getting her covid vaccine with no whimpers. There were 2 other people in the restaurant. She ordered a waffle with butter and strawberries. I ordered coffee and toast. Seems simple. Her waffle and my toast were so cold that the butter would not melt. I didn't complain because I didn't want to ruin her "celebration". We won't be back for her second needle.
