Staff here is always bubbly, and they have what I'd consider the finest selection of live music in the city at this point. Small but cozy, and very well-priced drinks. A great place for a date or to wander in alone and catch some live entertainment.

There are so many reasons why this place has been one of the longest standing bars in Downtown Windsor. Their walls are constantly adorned by a rotating roster of local artists. The continually uncover hidden gems of musical talent both local and from out of town. They make a poutine that I recommend to everyone that hasn’t ever tasted one. There is always something good and local on tap. Their staff is down to earth and understands the cultural and artistic beat of Windsor. But the best thing about it is every time you visit, you always find another reason why you should go back again.

Beer selection is nice. Staff is one of my favorites in the city. The live music is probably the best in the city for a local...more alternative crowd Poetry nights are exciting with the enthusiastic contributers that come. Overall, I love this place

Reliably cool place to hang for all (legal) ages. Check your 'tude at the door and explore the wide and ever changing beer list, take in the excellent (albeit occasionally eclectic) music on offer almost every night. Loses one star only because of the washrooms....did I mention to check your 'tude at the door? This is one seriously great place once you get to know it.

I like a bar that plays hard to get. Phog at first glance says you want me but you will never have me, you see if you want a piece of this you need some unshaved pits. But who are you to decide if unshaved pits are for everyone. You know what is for everyone? Wellington Pomegranate Wheat Beer. Now at the Phog. 5$ pints Mondays, pit inspection required.

Phog Lounge is not like any other bar i Windsor. It' truly unique and stands out from the rest. I watched a few lovely jazz shows this past summer and I would highly recommend Phog to anyone whom desires something different and refreshing.

Good selection of drinks. Friendly staff. Some local brew options. A little on the pricey side in my opinion but still a good place to see live, original music if you're not looking for a high class venue. It's dark and dingy and full of character. Depending on the band, bring earplugs. It's a small place and it can get really loud. Lost 1/2 star for drink prices and 1/2 star for the sound system. If you're gonna have live music, I would advocate for a decent PA and someone to at least help with soundcheck. Aside from that, keep supporting local music!

Sunday evenings at Phog feature the incredibly talented Coffee House Combo, fronted by Natalie Culmone, who has the voice of a Jazz Angel! They serve a wonderful vegan poutine, and although they have a complete bar, I always go for one of fifteen or so craft beers. Walkerville Brewery's Russian Imperial Stout is my most recent favourite. The bartender, Charles, is tremendous as well!

Favourite bar to grab a few drinks and listen to cool music in Windsor. The first time I came here, The Smiths was playing and I knew I had found the right bar. I’m from London and kind of hate the majority of the clubbing/casino scene in Windsor, but this hole-in-the-wall place is a wonderful change from that. Great live music often, eclectic decor, and great beer and drinks. Highly recommend for music and beer fans looking for an escape from the usual Windsor scene.
