Flight staff and ground crew were lovely, and one of the nicest flights I've been on for some time! Had 2 experiences with the cargo team so far, one was amazing, and one was infuriating. Can't win em all, I guess. Certainly my go to option for Yukon flights.

Be careful when purchasing tickets and in particular passes on this airline, they will misrepresent I ended up overpaying for a single flight because I was told if I bought a flight pass I would get 2 round trip tickets for the price of one round trip and a one way flight. I was told I could use the pass in March and it expired in February. The do not contact you in any way to let you know they expire. When you tell them about it, they tell you it's in the fine print on the reciept you get. Well I already purchased it based on the fact I could use it when I needed it so your stuck. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Worst experience ever, they sell passes by saying “book your flights 2 hours prior to travel, make the travel easy” thats totally wrong they DONOT care about their customers after selling air passes, trying to book flight from air pass but customer service says flight not available, however flights were available if you do regular reservation. Worst experience ever, when you can’t travel back, they don’t even let you use your own money, that is being hold in air north credit. They do-not care about customers time.

Friendly, down to earth service. Older planes but comfortable with slightly more leg room. Sandwich and snacks even on 1-hr flights. And those warm cookies! Makes one reminisce about joys of flying unlike with how other carriers are these days.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, love the service you receive on flights. I have never had a flight cancelled due to weather and when other airlines cancel their flights, Air North staff are there to help you get to your destination. I will never use any other airline in the north.

We booked a travel package with Air North and Gold Rush Inn when we visited Whitehorse. Great deal, friendly service with the airline. The free sandwich and warm cookie were awesome.

Good staff and service but they really have to get it together. After years now flying intercity they still can’t coordinate their flight departures from Whitehorse. Why they insist on flying everywhere at exactly the same time from two improperly unmarked gates is beyond not just me I’m sure. Through many flights this summer I learned you have to ask security which gates their flights are departing from then sit and watch the zoo with patrons running all over when boarding announcements are taking place and they try boarding the wrong flights. Come on you guys.

(Translated) Great company with attentive staff, I ate the best meals served on board a plane (with fresh vegetables, crusty bread that had been reheated and a cookie for dessert reheated as well). The schedules were well respected. The fares are lower than those of air canada. (Original) Super compagnie avec un personnel attentif, j'ai mangé les meilleurs repas servi à bord d'un avion (avec des légumes frais, du pain croustillant qui avait été réchauffé et un cookie en dessert réchauffé également). Les horaires ont bien été respecté. Les tarifs sont inférieurs à ceux de air canada.

This airline goes above and beyond the industry standard to serve their customers. It is refreshing in a market dominated by dollars and imaginary cut off times. Would use them over their competitors 100% of the time.

My flight with Air North, was the best flight I have EVER had! They served us sandwiches and a hot cookie for dinner, they were fantastic! I loved it so much, they were very nice, always smiling. Awesome flight, I would definitely recommend them!

Best domnestic flight ever. Planes are old but that gives you the benefit of extra legspace. (I am 199 cm and had lots of space) Never had such a fresh and tasty breakfast, even in long international flights. Staff is super friendly and motivated. Well done „Air North“!

Remember when an airline cared about you? Simply the best airline in Canada. Still treat you like a guest and a human rather than a sheep. I wish I could fly Air North everywhere. Takes me back to when airlines provided service. In flight snacks were delicious and clearly cared about by the cooks. All support that I had to go through was prompt, courteous and professional. Flight was cancelled and they took care of getting me where I needed to go. Absolutely amazing. Please make a cross Canada flight from Kelowna to Toronto! Long stretch, but I can dream. Will always fly Air North any chance I get. Special thanks to Ben and Obi for all of your help this past week Getting me home. Top notch service.

This review is for overall experience, Airnorth airline is hit or miss. The flight staff are excellent, trained well, professional and hardworking. The routes are direct however sometimes there is a layover. The menu has been the same for years....maybe offer something new. Standard fare (but it’s complimentary) Finally the CS staff (check in) -who one occasion feel obligated to reflect upon the ‘proper way to act’ reminding you how to conduct yourself accordingly. Really? I gave you my ID, please just give me my ticket, I am bigger than 5 years old-(no need to ask If I am ‘ok to fly today)
