It's a decent pub. Better experience than you could get at a chain pub like Boston Pizza. Great staff. They are fun and have a good sense of humor. You feel welcome and the place is not pretentious. It's totally a spot for everyone but the country music crowd definitely prefer it.

I've been to many Pubs in British Columbia, Canada over many years and The Whiteheart Public House is The Greatest Pub and Grill in all of British Columbia, Canada.The Whiteheart Public House is located in Surrey, BC, Canada and is run by The Hart Family which are The Greatest Management Team I've ever come across! They are very smart intelligent and very good treating every customer that's comes in to The Pub!,with The Greatest Live Bands that Play every Friday night, Saturday Afternoon, Saturday night,Sunday Afternoon and Sunday Evening!They also have Karaoke 1 to 2 Times a week in the Weekday evenings with a Great Karaoke running the Show! Also have The Best Cooks who serve only The Best Food with many items!The Rest if the Staff are very friendly and good workers and are their to make your stay a day or evening to Remember!I've been many and don't want to leave because the environment is The Greatest in BC, Canada and its feels like a Home Away from Home! So everyone come on down and have a Great Time.The Whiteheart Public House is Located at 8593 132 St., Surrey, BC, Canada ????????

So I ordered two fajitas from their entree menu and a regular poutine. I received some garbage fries with no gravy, some weird sauces, bacon, onions, not what I ordered. As for the fajitas well it's a chunk of god-knows-what with melted cheese and a couple of flatbreads. Called the restaurant and ask to speak to a manager, was told they won't be in till 5 and the little girl working basically had no interest in actually fixing the problem

This place is awesome ! i visited the white heart pub with my girlfriend and her family. right off the bat the costumer service was super friendly. I believe the guy helping us was named George. George was hilarious and very kind towards my girlfriends little brother. The food was great, I had the fish tacos which i highly recommend.

Was good Sunday breakfast . Was stayed to have a few drink. Was also a Elvis/Johnny show had no idea was going on. We tried to order food after the show started ...but I guess we would have to pay cover before we ordered. I just wish they had a last call or even told us we needed to pay cover. Oh well we finished our drinks, Tipped Elvis and left. But over all great place.

Please don't eat here. If you do just know you get what you pay for. I ordered off of skip the dishes, the food came pretty quick so that had me kind of impressed at first. I ordered a pesto chicken sandwich - the chicken was visibly dry and the swiss cheese they use is just a slice of white processed cheese. I ordered onion rings and garlic shrip as an appy - I love onion rings and they were the only good thing I ended up getting. I threw out everything else since the sandwich was disgusting and I found hair on a few pieces of the shrimp. The shrimp was just 6 peices of frozen shrimp doused in garlic butter and garlic bread. I only ordered from here since most of the reviews were decent. Please save yourself the hassle and eat someplace else.

I didn't care for a couple of the clients that were there tend to be little harassing. The bar stools are way too tall like way too tall. Not enough seating. the kitchen was closed and it wasn't even that late. However the staff was very accommodating and quick to serve.

Very unimpressed with the White Hart pub. Went there with my husband on St Patrick's Day for dinner and some green beers. The location is pretty sketchy, we were worried about leaving our car in the parking lot. I would not feel safe going there alone. We entered the establishment and there was no greeter or server there. There was a live band setting up and one of the band members greeted us. Finally an employee notices us and asks if we have a reservation, which we did not not, especially noticing many empty tables. He tells us he needs "check the book" before he can seat us. He took a binder into the back and we continue waiting to be seated. He comes back and takes us to a table and hands us happy hour menus only. We notice that there are many discrepancies in prices (35 cent wings on the menu, but on a board on the wall it says they're in special for 50 cents. Also $4 beers, but we got charged $4.50, etc). After having to ask for a full menu, I ordered a tasty sounding burger that describes having a house made beef patty, with Welsh aged cheddar. When the burger arrived, it was a tasteless, dry, patty with a slice of kraft singles processed cheese. Blegh, I had to scrape it off. Very upset at the completely false misleading description of the menu items. Also, the tomato slices were over an inch thick. The live band was good. We will not be returning.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Bar tending brothers George and Harry are charming and engaging with clientele. Service was prompt, even the bouncers helped out with clearing glasses. We only had nachos which were good, can’t speak for rest of menu but it looks like good choices. We went for the Hip cover band and it was a great outing! A casual and friendly pub.

It Was Open Over A year until I went In which was the last part of August this Summer I was Very impressed! I keep going back now. I Used to go to there Old Pub by bear Creek Park And wow what a Time This Family puts On Anywhere They have a location! The Band was Amazing, Food was Really Good! They had a band playing All 80s oldies And Its Just Such a Good Friendly Atmisphere. I work as A Frontliner All over The lower mainland with a Hazmat crew and I can tell you from my eyes Your very safe in there. Social Distancing, no dancing, plexy glass at the Bar, the Doorman Is on top Of Everything at That Bar. I highly recommend Going because You feel much safer then All these other Pubs. I Dont Feel safe Anywhere Else During Covid 19.

Why? - because I myself and my friends are treated with respect, the premises are clean & continually disinfected so we feel safe, the food is mighty tasty-hot-cooked with love, the live music scene they have created meets and exceeds all protocols, is entertaining & diverse, the door greeters ensure distancing and have the layout well organized, and at the end of the evening they ensure that their customers are taking a safe method home....just like family.

This used to be the Bear Creek Pub now under new management as The White Hart Pub & Grill. When we walked into this very small pub, it reeked of beer. We decided to sit out in the enclosed patio otherwise I couldn't have tolerated the smell. The patio was heated and there was a pool table in half the space. The menu is quite small but offers the usual pub food. It was the weekend, so we decided on the special - bangers and mash. The portion was quite generous but too salty for my taste. We came in behind a large table so our food took a little longer. There was only one server and a bartender so the service was a bit slow. The server tried to be friendly but was frazzled. The women's bathroom was messy. Don't think I'll be back unless the reviews show a big improvement.

First impressions are everything, when we first walked into the restaurant we were bombarded by the smell of chlorine, presumably from cleaning agent. Not a great first impression. Not crowded but the few people that were at the bar were loud, which is okay for a local pub, but they kept looking over at us during the course of our meal. Bathrooms were both ridiculously unclean, no toilet paper, soap dispensers empty and urinals looked unclean. Wouldn't take a huge amount of effort to clean it up, only one girl out front and she appeared to be a bit overwhelmed. However, the food was actually very good, especially for how reasonable the prices were. If you don't mind a bit of a dive, the food is worth a visit.

Ordered off skip the dishes. We live 10 mins away, food shows up cold after they needed "extra time to prepare." Missing the au jus for a beer dip, $13 for two tablespoons of chili with one cold piece of toast, and way too much dressing on the Caesar. First and last order. Yikes.

We attended the white hart on Saturday night, they had a band called the wing nuts playing. They were amazing! I ordered the Cobb salad and my husband got the fish and chips. Both were to die for. It’s not often you see pubs in Surrey with separate vegan menus too. I was very impressed and we will definitely be back :)

One of the main staff was a head case. Was yelling through his mask and upset at me when I couldn't understand him. A friend explained I was Deaf and that was why I couldn't understand him. Seemed to make him more upset. Food was horrible. I ordered the cottage pie and was served meet and half cooked potatoes with no veggies. Had to wait 20 mins for a small bowl of veggies. Altogether I would skip this place and go somewhere else or save your money.

This place is awesome. Chill servers that take care of you and respectful clientele. I came in because I had car troubles in the parking lot out front and they helped me out as much as they could with it. Let me leave it overnight and helped me locate local businesses that had tools I could borrow. They were accommodating, understandable and all with a positive attitude with a sense of humor. This place has risen above expectations and has my admiration and respect.

For the first time since the Coronavirus hit, I went out for the evening with a good friend. We went to The White Heart Pub for karaoke. Janet was cooking, and made me the best burger I've had In ages! George kept circulating throughout the evening to ensure that everyone was enjoying the evening while keeping the social distancing. He was also helping Val, who was the waitress. She was awesome, coming around regularly to ensure that everyone had everything they wanted. They have live entertainment regularly. Come check it out! I believe you'll have a great time! And make sure to check out their menu! Great food, great entertainment! See you there!

Food was good, with it being busy our service was lacking. The music was over the top loud. We were out on the patio and were talking very loud to each other. My husband waited a LONG time for a beer. A guy ended up getting it, and said he would pay for it. Not sure if that happened. It was my daughter's 23rd birthday and it was great that they allowed 16 people to sit together for her celebration. I had the yorkshire pudding and it was great. My husband had the fish and chips and had to ask a few times where his second piece of fish was. He said it was really good. My nephew had a Burger he was told was voted best in 2020 (I'll leave ya think about that one), he wasn't impressed. My son had another Burger he said was really good, but could have used more tomato. My daughter had the fish and loved it. Over all, I'm not sure I would go back ,but my husband said he would for sure. OVERALL, THANK YOU FOR A GREAT NIGHT FOD MY DAUGHTER.

I ordered a beef dip which arrived with 0 au jus, just a very dry hoagie with even drier beef. Requested my dressing be on the side of my salad so it wouldn't get soggy... arrived soaked in dressing with half wilted lettuce. Husband ordered a main size chili.. we'd have been better off ordering from Wendy's. We had high hopes for this local spot-- first and last order for us for sure.

Went on a Tuesday night for dinner. Typical bar setting with plexiglass shielded tables/booths. Staff wore masks, laminated menus for sanitizing, nothing on tables until customers require, with condiments separately bagged. Our server Carly was excellent, friendly and attentive plus accommodating when we asked for 3 entrees to be cut 3 ways for sharing. The kitchen went beyond and plated everything as such so we didn’t have to do it ourselves. Ordered Chicken Quesadilla, Beef Dip and Stuffed Yorkies, which are an order of 2. We asked for an extra 3rd, extra charge ok, but Carly came back saying they were smaller than usual tonight and would not charge us extra. Everything was delicious. Prices were as expected. It was trivia night, which started at 7pm we were advised, but at 7:30 it was still pretty quiet inside with a few customers seated at the bar. The establishment is set back off the road so look for signage. Limited parking in front with an overload parking area behind, accessed by a side road, with a covered walkway through to other side to main entrance.

The bartenders were taking shots of liquor while serving patrons, by the end of the night the bartenders were more drunk than I was I would like to answer the statement by the owner: I was never kicked out of the venue, I stayed for the majority of the evening. There were no female servers that night it was two males that were bartending. I believe one of the drunk bartenders had an accent ( I believe it was a British accent or something similar). But thank you for disregarding my message about your staff drinking while serving, you should probably take the time to reflect on both yourself and the establishment you run.

Great place for a beer and a quick bite! Use common sense when you evaluate previous reviews, someone getting a group of their friends to write negative reviews is childish and eliminates the entire purpose of a review system.

The White Hart Public House is by far one of the best pub/restaurants you can possibly go to! The staff are very accommodating and nice, the owner makes a effort to come out and meet you and see how your experience is while being there, and the location is great. If your looking to go to an restaurant where you can honestly enjoy yourself and make positive memories The White Hart Public House is where you want to be!

The owner and manager have extremely terrible customer service. The Covid19 safety devices are very poor. The bathrooms are about as dirty as can be. I wouldn't recommend the venue to anyone, not even an enemy

Went for some live music. Glad to see bars starting to support local bands again. Food was good , the service was good as well. The bartender was friendly and came around often . Only thing I would say is the bar needs an identity. It's got some 80s stuff and a golden oak bar. If you wanna do live music then rock the place out mirrors and a disco floor not working. But it's covid times and money's tight . It was a good night, but the bar needs a bit of a redo

Great experience, good food and welcoming host. Ignore the trolls and their negative reviews, they came in, started fights and degraded the servers. Their behavior was disgusting and as a result they were removed from the premises. So now they're posting fake 1 star reviews as form of immature temper tantrum. This is a great place to go for a pint and burger anyway of the week.

As a family, we have enjoyed the pub and have had many many family celebrations there. The staff have been very accomodating. We were there recently for lunch and were pleased to see that all Covid recommendations have been implimented. There are several entertainment opportunities as well....something for all tastes in music as well as age groups. Lovely to sit outside at the tables and listen to the creek going by.
