Well it was the only place open at 9am for miles so not like I chose to go here but it is clean, good value and the server who was on was absolutely delightful so absolutely no reason not to give it 5 stars.

Found this place by accident and now I have been back multiple times. The prime rib and the stuffed Yorkies are both outstanding. Great staff and friendly atmosphere too.

Driven by this bar and grill numerous times taking the back way to Abbotsford avoiding busy 16 Ave. We had the BLT, Clubhouse and Beef Dip (the grilled onions and mushrooms are worth adding). Pricing was reasonable, service excellent (thank you Nicole). We split the beef dip and the cook separated our order and put on 2 plates. We appreciated that little bit extra service. Recommend holding off eating if travelling either to the States (Pacific Border crossing) or the back way to Abbotsford (or going to Surrey from Abbotsford or points east to west) and stop by this hidden treasure. Families are welcome. Please note they do have unusual service hours.

I went while on a training course and was pleasantly surprised. The Derby theme is very strong but the menu is nice and diverse. I had a rueban burger which was something I had never seen before and it didn't disappoint. The staff was friendly and accommodating of everyone's needs. Would recommend you check it out if your in the area.

This is a hidden gem. Never knew it existed. Just saw it on a Google search. We decided to give it a shot. Turns out the food is fantastic. Staff are great. You can even bet on horse racing here. Pretty great little hidden spot. Go seek it out and enjoy. You won't regret it. Try the nachos!

I love this place. Being a fan of horse racing really helps. Only place in the area you can place bets on the horses while enjoying your meal. It has a solid menu and the pizza here is surprisingly very good. A hidden gem and worth the drive.

So great, food is consistent and Friday night ribs rock, plus you can try to figure out betting on horses, and when you can't you come back in the morning for an awesome breakfast and see if you won..(I did not, but have a fun time whenever I go there) and kid friendly.

4 of us went there for dinner ,Jan 3 2017,,,,,,Service was ok ,as we were the only ones there,,,,the food , very poor , Two of us had fish and chips, very greasy , thick batter , I personally had the burger , it was over cooked , no taste , I ordered a side salad with dinner and that was the best part of the meal . I personally will not be returning .....McDonalds would be a better choice.

One of our favourite places - food is consistently good and atmosphere is very nice. Unique theme of horse racing - you can even place bets. Not open for dinner on Monday and Tuesday at this point.

Suprising nice pub. The food is top notch. My potatoes were cooked to perfection and the salmon benny I had was 100% spot on. Service was 110% friendly and timely. Honestly this place is 20 min from my house and I’m tempted to go there now for breakfast. 1 thing I would say is my wife Monte Cristo was cooked perfectly BUT was really bland. It was not bad but it just felt like I needed something more for flavor. The pancake was not like IHOP but more like something your grandma would have made. Fluffy but yet heavy. Flavor was good and it was very filling.

The food was good but the environment was uncomfortable. I assume it was the manager raising his voice at our server for the entire restaurant to hear. I noticed her leave the restaurant in tears, the poor girl. I think that's ridiculous and unprofessional that the situation wasn't handled privately and that the customers had to witness it.

Excellent food, I have been coming here for years with my family and I applaud the clean and comfortable atmosphere which promotes a feeling of safety when dining. As an immunocompromised person, I commend businesses such as this one who have looked out for their more vulnerable patrons by striving for a safe venue. One of the best restaurants in Langley hands-down. A lot of the other reviews seem to believe that dining in a restaurant is a human right. A restaurant would kick you out for not wearing shoes or for not having a shirt and they can kick you out for not bothering to vaccinate and thereby endangering others. Eating in a restaurant is NOT a right, it is a privilege. I am grateful that delicious and ethically run businesses such as the Derby offer top-notch service and food.

We had a short visit a while ago and the menu looked good so we returned recently. I'm a pizza fan and tried their Trifecta Pizza which is all meat. It was fabulous. The best pizza since we arrived in BC last month. My wife had the seafood wrap which she raved about. The waitresses are friendly and efficient.

They just lost 14 people plus, and all of their friends family and relatives, and maybe you too. They were turned away for not showing a vaccine passport. This is illegal according to Dr. Bonnie Henry. How illogical and upsetting. Never going there again. EVER!

I was really surprised to see a negative review on this restaurant. My husband and I have eaten here many times for lunch and dinner and have always found the food and the service to be exemplary. We will usually try the specials which are always very well priced and often include 3 courses. We have brought friends with us for dinner and have recommended it highly to many others. I hope the people who read these reviews give it a fair chance to prove itself.

Interesting Restaraunt and is a little hidden away by the Douglas Border Crossing, near 0 Avenue. Locals place for sure, but with children welcome. Friendly staff and "The Horse Theme" décor made this place different. Thanks, and we will be back.

Really relaxed and welcoming environment. The staff were super friendly and the chef came to our table multiple times to check in on the meal. They couldn't do enough to keep our kids happy with colouring paper, crayons and they have a very reasonable $7 kids menu. The food is restaurant quality at pub food prices and their homemade blueberry pie was awesome! The decor and memorabilia are spot on and complement the array of TVs showing horse racing really well. A must visit for racing folk and non horse people alike!

What a blast. When with a group of friends for lunch, drinks and bet on a few horse races. We had no clue what to do but the have a race "teller" who was very helpful. The beef dip sandwich was good and excellent fries.
