Have you always been told you were funny never, but you never thought you were good enough to do anything about it? That was me. I happen to also have some baggage, limiting beliefs and anxiety......so I had alot to work with! Hilarapy provided me with a safe, confidential space in which to work on my comedy, while building community, growth and healing. Having a safe space to perform where there would be no heckling was icing on the cake. The richness 'laughter healing' has brought to my life has been a catalyst that inspires me to share the wealth, so to speak and give back to Hilarapy and the community.
