I really enjoyed my time here. I was with a large group of my coworkers for a work function, and the service was excellent. Food was wonderful and a unique take on gastro pub style dishes. The squid starter was sooooo good. I'll be coming back with the hub soon, definitely.

Used to be good. have been there on Wok Wednesdays probably 10 times in the last 18 months. Lately have noticed a major decline in both food and service quality. The last time we went we were completely ignored by the serving staff. No one visited our table in 25 minutes and we watched a table seated after us receive not only their drinks, but starters, so we got up and left and asked the front desk why we were ignored. No reason, no apology, just an apathetic shrug. They used to sell their beer in 6 packs out of their liquor store a couple doors down, but the quality went way down (this was award winning beer some years back) and then they stopped selling it all together. Too bad really I liked their liquor store, the staff is cool but I can’t support it anymore after how disrespected we felt after our last visit to the restaurant.

twice we have ordered our staff lunch (17-19 people) - both times no one asked to assist with carrying bags out to my vehicle. Today they billed me but forgot the wonton soup so I called to ask if they can deliver it to me. Replied no since they don't have a delivery service so I suggested they use Skip the dishes or another service they said No. They did offer a refund but that wasn't the point - a staff member was then left without a lunch ! When I explained to Heather that I didn't really agree with the fact that they wouldn't offer to deliver the missed lunch on such a big order... her reply was "well like I said I will pop the refund for the wonton in the mail" and hung up the phone. I do like their food but will think twice about giving them our business.

Service is always great and the food is to die for. The Clover IPA on tap could not be better on a hot day on the patio. We always make it a point to come here when the sun is shining and don't have enough positive things to say about this establishment.

It's a shame, because some of your beer is really well made. However, your service has gone downhill. Are you paying your management a fixed salary? If so, you should consider making it a profit-share contract instead. Your management doesn't appear to care if the food is up to quality standards. Also, getting served in a timely manner seems to happen according to the whims of your staff. Some days we get served quickly, others we wait for over 10 minutes before someone comes to take our first beer order (and this is on days where there are few customers -- no excuse.) Second beer order also can take a good 10-15 minutes of us sitting over empty glasses.

This place isn't worth the money to be honest. We got 2 appys and 2 drinks and paid 45 dollars. The drinks were watered down and the food was bad. Edible but bad. It had no flavor at all . We were in a group and mostly the feedback we got from everyone was the same thing. Save your money go somewhere else

Really good garlic fries. This is why I go usually, but the last couple of visits here have been very disappointing. My table was left unnoticed for a long time until a server came by to greet us. I don't know if I want to return to the restaurant for the next little while. They need to better train their staff.

Lots of parking and the service was amazing. The food was ho-hum. I found the portions very small for pub fare. The prizes were also high. I don't see myself craving this place again

I've only ever come here on Wednesday for their $13 Asian menu and I absolutely love it! Favourite dish hands down is the Chicken chow mein, I could survive on that dish alone. Will keep coming here as long as that deal keeps existing!

Great place for both small and large groups with a wide variety of seating and a menu to suit those craving American, Indian or Asian flavors. The menu has a large list of appies and includes salads, pizza, burgers and bowls. Portions are on the generous side so you might want to consider sharing an entree. The staff are friendly, accomodating and constantly on the move. If you're having dinner with a sports fan, they'll easily find a seat with a view of a game.

Went for drinks and food with my partner and we had a good time. We were checked in quickly and sat in the pub section. They didn't have the drink I wanted, but the drinks our waitress suggested were better than expected. We had the 152 pizza which was good. I would order it again. My partner had the red ale which was really good. Nicely balanced, not too hoppy or heavy. We will definitely be back

Good in house brewed beer. Changing recipies every few months and a special cask opened on Friday. Food is pretty decent. Top things are definitely their buttermilk chicken wings, pizzas and chow mien.

The hostess, Jayde greeted us as we entered the restaurant and then showed us to our table and then shortly after our waiter, Codie came and took our orders. She was very helpful with the menu ensuring a great first time experience. I will definitely be going back!

I have been to this restaurant several times and I've never had a bad experience. That being said, I don't look forward to the food. It's not bad by any means but the food is not something that stands out or makes my mouth water. The staff are always friendly, helpful and pleasant. The atmosphere is inviting with a variety of different settings (patio, bar, booths, etc.).

Was extremely disappoj yes. I have not been to here in years. Used to be excellent food. I had a burger which was 18.00. You can get a better burger at McDonald's for 1/4 of the price. Basic bun and patty. Extra $3.00 for crappy processed cheddar. They charge gourmet prices for a basic frozen patty and crappy bun. How do they justify this in today's pubfare world. Would never go back.

Quick service, friendly staff. But it's hard to find parking in the complex now with so many new businesses. My meal was brought quickly but missing an ingredient. My mom was brought coffee without asking if she needed cream, then there was no spoon. Everything was remedied quickly though by the friendly server Brian. We'll be back.

Go here for the beer only!!! 3x now I have been let down by the food. Most recently I ordered the salmon and it showed up smelling like rotting fish. I've never had a good experience both the food. On top of that the service was not to expectations. We had to seat ourselves and the poor server was clearly new doing his best to keep up with the lunch service. Definitely could have used some guidance and support. If you enjoy craft beer this is the place to be. Definitely a good fit for a few pints and an Appy. Just don't expect top knotch food and be cautious on your order. As mentioned this is not a review based on 1 visit, the experience has been consistent all 3 times.

Great food, and excellent service to boot! I did find it a little dark in the restaurant. The parking lot can be a bit confusing as the many of the stalls are labelled reserved. Thankfully there seems to be visitor parking as well.

Just ordered take out here for the first time. Something has to be seriously bad for me to waste my time leaving a review…..just had the chicken fried rice and it was the most disgusting food I’ve ever had. Chicken was slimy and was worse quality than subway chicken. The rice is was soggy and the taste was extremely bland. Had to fry the rice at home, add an egg and soy sauce for this to be edible. Ginger beef was gross as well Don’t go here!

Food was disappointing. The pulled-pork sandwich was very salty, a pretzel style bun put it over the top. The ceasar salad was closer to mayonnaise and garlic than a good creamy dressing. The fish tacos had 90% cole slaw and 10% over cooked chewy fish. The beer, as always was very good.

The last few times have not been great and last night was the worst...won't be back thanks to Chris the Manager. Was told that my 80 year old mom could eat off the kids menu, but by the end of the evening this became a problem. I also asked for a kids pop and they charged her adult pricing telling me they have two different size pops of which I have never seen. Her kids chicken fingers and fries were overcooked or more like burnt, was told that they come in a small package and this is the way they are suppose to be. Refused to do anything to rectify the issues and then decided to argue their point about, "the price is the price". Was told their main menu accommodates all ages she should be eating off the regular menu, good thing they accommodate seniors. Wow...great customer service after being a loyal customer since 1999. Poor service, not a good time to be losing customers.

Decent food. The beer is pretty tasty. Service has been hit or miss. After we had settled our bill we hung out and chatted for a while because it was quiet. The positive: they have a pool table which is a bit unique for a Brewpub and restaurant. Their location is also pretty good. The negative: When we went to leave a jacked up bartender with lots of tattoos and a shaved head confronted us in a brisk manner asking if we had paid our bill. The pub side of this place wasn't that busy so all he had to do is ask our server if we'd settled with her instead he acted as though we were dining and dashing. That in my opinion is an example of sloppy service. He could have asked his coworker a question or checked the point of sale computer instead he accused us of running out on our bill. Sloppy & rude. I'm sure they have had their share of surrey's finest dashing out on their bills but when you are not organized enough to know whether or not people have paid you should put a little effort in figure that out before you turn off more customers.

The bartender chose to hook up the 2 people I went with, with cheap shots then told me he couldn't it for me (charged me 7$ for one shot and them 7 for 2, me a female them both men) when I asked management he said "sorry I'll talk to him" it was a strange situation to say the least. Very little consideration for making sure the customer left happy. That will be the last time I go.

Good place if you like beer. Daily specials are permanently set by day and viewable on their website. The wings are above average for pub fare and on the better side though heavy on the batter. $10.5 when on special. Ask for a free food loyalty/reward card. Avoid the Asian food options.

Super dissapointed with take out picked up last night. Left on a little table by the front door, which was constantly opening and closing. Got food home and it was ice cold. Not lukewarm, inedible cold. Working and living near by, we've often frequented Big Ridge and wanted to support local, given the current situation but this will make us think twice before returning.

I think it was a pretty good first experience. It's very nice inside and very clean. Our waitress was super friendly and had a great sense of humor! They have a wall decorated with beer cans and big growlers - it looks very cool! They refill your growlers here too, so you save money when you do that. We didnt have any of the beers so I can't comment on them but the food was pretty good. I got a beef Curry, it was good. Lots of veggies in it and not enough meat though. My husband had the chicken Chow Mein it was a massive serving and tasted very nice, it had a hint of sweetness to it.

Came here again... For a few drinks and appetizers with a friend. Had a really good experience the gentleman behind the bar was very friendly. The appetizers were good the onion rings were a little bland other then that we had a good time. We will be back for sure. 3 years ago... Good dinner menu, and they seem to always be busy. They have good food and good customer service. you have to try the CHICKEN CHOW MEIN its amazing. The restaurant is reasonably price.

Service was just horrible, place was empty and still took well over 20 minutes to get our drinks, then proceeds to spill on the table and left us with the mess, epic voyage to try an d track down somebody to clean. Horrible job at that even , cleaned up theyre mess ourselves. Dont even get me started on how difficult it was to find a spoon, was basically self service in an completely empty restuarant.

I hesitated offering 4 stars to Big Ridge. I really like the ambience, their seating offerings (bar, lounge, patio (in summer)) and their food - haven't ever had a bad dish here. (On Wok Weds go with the Singapore noodles). Staff is awesome as well. My beef with BR is that the only beers they have on tap are their own and there are only a few to choose from. For fear of sounding like a hipster, I reluctantly gripe that their seasonal offerings aren't really seasonal in that they actually change less frequently than the seasons, so if you go a few times a year, there's nothing really new to select from. I'm not an uppity beer snob, but I've noticed that what used to be considered a good beer selection 5 or so years ago, just doesn't cut it today. In that this is right in my wheelhouse, I would love to see some more offerings as I think they could do a lot better. Perhaps this would entail bottling and selling smaller batches so the taps are more rotational in nature. In any case, it's a great alternative to the chain restos around, but I often find myself torn between here and the Brown's strictly because I want something a little different in the way of a frosty beverage.

Was there the other night....there was a big mix up on our large group reservations. The staff though handled it very well and the service was very good. The ambiance of the place is nice enough. However the food was terrible!! I ordered chicken chowmein and it was tasteless and the chicken in it tasted horrible! Very funny rubbery taster. I thought it was just me but I asked a couple of people in our party how there dinner was...and the both said it very bad! Same complaint...one ordered the chicken ceasar salad and said it tasted very bland and that the chicken tasted weird and gross...the other person ordered a prawn/.chicken rice dish...said the prawns were ok but the chicken was gross! It's too bad....such an interesting menu....but the moral of they story is just stick to having a beer and maybe a burger.

the worst food I’ve ever had. I don’t know if it was an off day or what... but everything we ordered was terribly cooked and made with very low quality ingredients. Squid was undercooked and hard to eat. Night market noodles was all noodles and very little of anything else. Pizza looked and tasted like something my 8 year old made. Ordered three types of beer and They were all flat. This place used to be good but it seems like it was hit particularly hard by covid. Manager was pacing around the whole time like something was wrong behind the scenes . Honestly, it seemed like the entire kitchen staff was there for their first time ever in a kitchen . The wait staff was great though.

The beer is really delicious, fresh and crisp! The food on the other hand, not so great; the tuna poke tacos I had were really sticky and didn’t taste fresh.. (no wonder my tummy hurt the next day) the deep fried wasn’t good either. When did you last change out the oil?… YES I can tell you served us freezer burnt squid. Why would you do that? Not fresh at all. Wouldn’t eat food here again however, the beer is great as always.

Great layout and space. The selection of beers and appetizers is great. Ordered the black bean sauce chicken and shrimp with jasmine rice. Everything was great expect the rice, very bland and brought no flavour. I suggest getting the fires in beer batter, game changer. Service staff were great and attentive.

First time at a restaurant in 2021, and it was a great choice! Ordered a Moscow mule, fried pickles, the beef dip, and cookie skillet. Everything was delicious, and the staff were all very friendly!

I would have given this place a zero but there's was no option to.Went to have dinner on a Sunday night waited 1 1/2 hours to get the food I almost walked out but as I was zipping up my jacket and then the food came, so I sat back down to enjoy my burger and fries and my 152 lager. Burger was burnt so bad that it was left on the grill the whole time I was waiting and my fries were still frozen and the little silver portion cup what they use to serve you ketchup in was Sriracha sauce in stead. What the hell I thought I was on a hidden prank show because no one can screw up this bad. No visit from the manager to my table to apologise for the uneatable food. Had to go to the A&W next door and wishing I had that 2 hours of my life back.

Consistently great service and the menu has something for everyone. This establishment has the brewery on premise and they offer large beers with alot of flavor with growler fills available. The pub side is smaller but usually packed. There chicken Chow Mein is famous. The garlic squid and deep fried pickles are tasty. The servers are very friendly and don't rush you. Great place overall.

Friend and I ordered chicken chow mein with shiitaki mushrooms. There were about five tiny pieces of chicken and mushrooms. We were both very disappointed. We met for lunch and we had hard time to find a parking space. We are definitely not going back. I am giving it one star only because if I leave it blank, it won't let me post it.

Good food and a nice place. Been here only a couple of times. Nothing extra ordinary happened - negative or positive. Would not mind going back - but there is nothing pressing to go there either. Very neutral. I did a negative review and have promised myself to do 10 positive reviews for every negative review. So if I do a negative review, it is more taxing on me.

I stopped drinking here some years ago because I actually enjoy talking to the person next to me and it's nice to be able to hear them. At the time, and I don't know the situation now, the average age of the customers in the bar between 5 & 7pm on weekdays was I guess, 55. We didn't want a disco, but they wouldn't turn the music down despite the younger crowd not turning up until later. I was told people drink more with loud music! Now the management have barred their longest serving customer, the guy who helped with advertising, organised games, and was a well known and much liked local character ...... just for airing his views! OUTRAGEOUS !! Can't take adverse criticism MJG ? .... listen, grow up!

One of the joys of this place is that you don’t have to go to the noisy Sport side! However, at times some ignorant staff on the restaurant side insist on having loud tv sport competing with the piped in music ???? Great pizza (this is the vegan option????????) and the Clover ipa is always amazing. Look online for specials. I’m NOT a sport slob so the sport castings TV’s in the restaurant side are a huge downside. It hey…Surrey right?

July 11 2016. Beware of worms or some type of larvae in the draft or glasses! I've been here many times before. Usually a pretty good experience. Today my friend and I ordered 2 draft beers. When I noticed specks in my beer and larger specs in his we removed one of the specks. It was a worm or larva of some sort! When we examined his beer more closely there were other larvae moving at the top of the glass. We ordered a bottled beer and left. We advised staff of our concerns as well.

Big Ridge is all about Wok Wednesday where all their asian-style dishes are discounted. The chicken fried noodles can feed a family. The food is only okay but it's good value. Spring for the deep fried squid but make sure you ask for sweet chili sauce on the side.

Headed out to the Big Ridge after a movie night with the boss to grab a bite to eat. Decided to go to Big Ridge because I remembered their garlic squid was good. Well clearly a Friday night at 9:30 is not the time to go. Service was good, well honestly it was ok. Where they lacked was in the food department... I eat anywhere, don't concern myself with ambience just good food. We ordered the calamari and green beans to start ( not happy hour menu items) and were treated to a lengthly wait but eventually food came out. The garlic squid was at best ok, looked under done, but could be the way they do it. The green beans were very good, hot ( as in heat ) and spicy. Against our better judgement we forged ahead and ordered deep fried pickles and fish tacos. Fish tacos that resembled captain high liners fish sticks - really deep fried. In fairness - yes fried food not the best food choice. The deep fried pickles where super greasy and oily. The pickles themselves where limp, have had many where the pickle was crunchy and the batter also crunchy not soggy. Even our caesars ( drinks) where ordered exactly the same way but came out night and day of each other. Maybe an off night? Not sure, have been there in the past and memory fades as one gets older I guess. But likely not this time.

Restaurant was adhering to Covid protocols and distancing guests accordingly, so we felt safe dining in. Our server Lucas was great - but the kitchen fell short on their end by messing up our orders, as our burgers arrived missing ingredients and wrong sides etc. Tough to flag down staff to ask for napkins or even a drink menu, and we ended up getting those after we received our food. Doubt we’ll be back as the menu selection was not that impressive.

I have come here occasionally over the past few years and its been OK. My recent visit was a bit of a let-down however. The menu has a key at the bottom to help customers identify vegan, vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free options. Nothing on the actual menu is listed as vegan, though! When I inquired about whether some of the options could be adapted to be vegan, the sserver made some trips to the kitchen to check. Veggie burger? Nope. Spicy chili tofu? Nope. No explanation of suggestions. I was told they could make me a salad. I said sure, something with nuts would be great. What I got was a plate of lettuce, a few bits of chopped tomato, some capers (??) and a little cup of peanuts on the side. No options of dressing or literally any other vegetable in the kitchen?? Very disappointing in 2020 to have a restaurant - with a VE code on their own menu! - be this ignorant.

Top notch service, it’s very nice when you go to a restaurant where a waiter can explain to you about the brews they have. The quality of food is very good. Was impressed how fast the food comes out, was a delight not having to wait long times. The decor of the building is very beautiful and nicely done, while inside not loosing the comfort for seating. Their late night menu consists only of overpriced Chinese food and wings and the response to complaints from their management team is almost negligible. I have been to big ridge last year and now i got a chance to go again and i must say , it is great place to eat, drink n be merry. Any restaurant food coupled with an amazing customer service just cross the bar of excellence and this place is such a place. They have beautiful and warm patio ready for covid restricted protocols. But the interior is amazing as well. Loved the customer service. Many drinks can be customized but they do have good choices of wines. Vegetarian people would not be disappointed as the menu has vegetarian options . Almost every other dish can be substituted with tofu. I would love to go again and enjoy interior pool and game zone once the restrictions are over. In fact the bar is great for calling the night off with a glass of wine.

personal experience wasn’t very good. food came out literally 3 mins after we ordered it. burger was 100% frozen and not fresh, and was probably sitting under a hot lamp for a while. this one guy who works here literally spent 20 mins reorganizing and cleaning 3 tables. he looked high as hell and had his underwear sticking out.

Was in with a big group for a fundraiser, and obviously expected things to be a bit slower. But my table waited over an hour after we ordered, so we asked our server about the wait. She said and I quote “let’s play a fun game, you poke your head in the kitchen and see how many bills we have.” There was no excuse for the continuous attitude we received throughout the night from her and I will never go back. If you can’t hansle serving a large group and being pleasant to your guests, maybe don’t be a server. Highly don’t recommend. Very disappointing.

Went here on Friday night for a friends b-day as a group of 24. My wife and I waited at least 20 minutes for service and managed to order only 2 drinks over a two hour period. I had to ask for a menu and waited a half hour with no further service before my wife lost her patience and talked to the manager. Everyone in our party spoke of the poor service after we left. Two of our party work as servers elsewhere and pointed out a few major issues. 1- serving trays don't seem to exist here, all servers carried only one or two (or none) glasses at a time. 2- we watched servers taking drink orders one person at a time, returning with the one beverage, then moving on to the next individual. Have they not been trained to remember multiple orders? 3- for the amount of workers walking around with empty hands, nothing was getting accomplished (used food dishes, empty glasses, food orders, drinks). After a night of terrible service they have the audacity to slam an 18% gratuity on the bill. Don't waste your time here, period.

Have been going here for years, dating back to it's previous location. Big Ridge has been a perennial favorite and that changed today. There was a misunderstanding with seating arrangements and rather than handle it gracefully in these trying times, the manager came over and was very rude. It ruined the evening for us and we decided to leave. The staff then took 15 minutes to get us a bill after we clearly communicated we were leaving. Hard to to hear it coming from me, but I will not be going to big ridge for a while.

I wouldnt even give it one star. None of us could finish our food it was so bad. My "Salad" was a whole uncut tomato, slice of blue cheese, uncut bacon and chicken with a handful of lettuce thrown on top. Zero care about presentation or taste. The service was just as bad. After taking our order we didn't see server again until we paid. Terrible experience.

The place was nice. Service was good. I liked my tacos and my buddy liked her salad. But the parking in this complex is dumb. Half the spots are reserved for the businesses and theres barely enough parking for the lunch hour crowd. We went on a weekday too! I had to drive around a lot to wait for a spot.

Food is priced ariund same as comparibles, ie.$15 for burger and fries, nothing special on the foods. I went with a group and no one was really happy with the food. Staff was okay and easy to deal with however service was a bit slow.

Beer is really high quality as is the food and the service. Good job guys. Only knock is the traffic noise but I think they've done about as much as they can already to mitigate that. I guess thats the flip side of having a great location. Seriously good beers!

This review is an ode to the "Brewery" under strip mall glare. Not sure if the $15 measly burger and salad came from the A&W around the corner but the term brewery has certainly been applied very loosely to mean a place that vaguely serves beer which was oddly hard to obtain. There's an expression about not being able to organise a party in a brewery so it is perhaps with some foresight that management decided to skip the brewery part after all.

Splendid service, the food not so much. The wings are beyond delicious. The rocket chicken.. Not so much. Jayde and Michaela, the two ladies that greated us as we walked in with big smiles were the beginning of the great experience my sister and I received. The waiter happily replaced our meals to something more tasteful. The customer service is definitely the reason I plan to come back to Big Ridge. The AMAZING waiter Codie turned our experience from not so good to amazingly four star worthy.

The gluten free menu is horribly stunted. With so many restaurants coming out and making their food allergen friendly, Big Ridge is not even interested. This is a family friendly eatery but when your kids are gluten free and not into the options of 3 salads and I'm not willing to purchase a $30 steak, options are limited and sad. On top of it, charging $2 for LETTUCE, to replace a a hamburger bun is a goddamn joke. I'm sorry you had to sit in the back and rip a hunk of lettuce out but that doesnt qualify Big Ridge to charge $2 for it. I can get better and cheaper burgers at A&W with free lettuce wrap instead of a bun. I will not be visited Big Ridge again.

Beer was good as it has always been with this brewery here and other locations throughout Metro Vancouver. Pizza was good but it wasn't the same thin pizza as those I've always enjoyed at Yaletown brewery for a decade plus. I'd still return for their $10 sunday pizza deals tho.

Subpar service at best! Managers to busy standing around talking about anything other than the business. Maybe you should watch what is coming out of your kitchen!! As you can see from this picture this pizza was a replacement for the first one which was worse! I have seen better 5.00 pizzas from the frozen food isle at Superstore! 22.00 for the pizza in the picture here. Does it look worth it?? One positive note was I had these last 3 pieces left to take hone to feed my dogs. Unfortunately they even didn’t want to eat them. Ownership your should take note of how poorly your business is being run. We will not be returning and I would not recommend this establishment as well.

So first time going here was for my boyfriends birthday, I heard good things about it because it serves many assortments of food. We all had something a bit different. The food was good and the portions were moderate. The inside is kinda rustic and has a cozy feel. Our waitress was not very helpful though. Couldnt recommend anything. Overall its an ok place.

I really like the pub and restaurants ambiance. The IPA is excellent. But the menu needs a complete overhaul. The food is average at best. The menu holds nothing creative or memorable for the palate. I would go more often if the food was better. I want to be a fan but they make it a bit hard for me.

Ordered chicken wings and beer. Beer was ok, but I got 6 almost burnt salt & pepper chicken wings with no salt and pepper for a whopping $16. They were actually the worst wings I've had in a pub. Total ripoff. Plus the server was nice, but didn't have a clue about anything. No knowledge whatsoever of the menu. AND the place was dead. Hardly a soul there. One of the worst pub experiences I've had lately. But I too know it's tough with Covid, etc.

Despite being friendly and polite with the server, alas poor service. Didn't know what tequila was carried, cest la vive. Served flat beer... Didn't know the ingredients in the beer, yet was overbearing trying to say that there was no such beer described as such when asked for a different beer. Brought back the same flat beer seemly topped up. Ignored offering others another drink. Alas slow food service, but the kitchen did alright. Solution: just offer the customer a bottled beer... why so hard?

Firstly as someone who is getting into craft beers i found this place interesting as they only had three beers on menu and you had to ask to see a small menu of specialty beers. Considering that this is a company calling itself a brewing co. This is more of an eatery and even then the food was not good for most of the meals at the table, the one thing that i liked was the artichoke dip and pita bread that was spiced actually very deliciously. But the beer i ordered was a sour in which i could only taste the fermentation and otherwise did not find enjoyable at all. And only drank it because it was beer of some sort. Definitely would not reccomend.

Extremely unhappy with the service at this place. Showed up at 6 o'clock. Was asked if we wanted drinks which was fine. Server seemed a tad busy but we asked when she has a moment if we could order food. At 6:50, the server still hadn't returned to take our orders and had gone to 4 other tables to take their drink orders instead. Finally she returns and asks if we want another drink... So not only do you ask for our 2nd drink after 50 mins, you also still haven't taken our food order.

I ordered the ginger beef with spicy sauce, it did not taste spicy to me, also didn't taste much ginger either?? plus my food was barley warm when it got to my table.. I would have loved to try their Cesar salad here though! they make their own fire roasted croutons. it sounds really good. I'd probably go back just for the salad ????????

Kids food was good, portions were good size, but ginger beef was similar to fast food style and the spicy Cajun lingcod was battered (not advertised as being battered) and in a cream sauce linguine?! The batter was bland, with a light dusting of Cajun seasoning, which wasn't spicy and when I asked for sriracha, they charged me $1 for it. 2 of 5 of our glasses had noticable chips on them, one was a kids glass. When I wanted to get the card for the manager the server mistook that I was wanting to speak with the manager. I waited a long time. She was running around because she was one of the only servers. She came back and apologized because she couldn't find them and didn't know where they were. I've worked in the restaurant industry for a decade and felt very disappointed that no one could help with this bad experience. Overall it was majorly lacking and very expensive for the return we got.

We went there to watch a football game and the server kept saying that the game will change to our station after the current game is done. We waited 3-4 min after the previous game was done but since it did not change to our game, we asked the server again and she kept saying it will change automatically. We lost almost 4 min of our game. Very annoying and unorganized staff.

Took forever to get out drinks and then forgot our straws for our ceaser so we waited again. Food sucked. I would only give it 1 star for their garlic spicy squid (the only thing worth paying for on the menu).

Nice atmosphere in the restaurant section. The fish tacos and prawn clubhouse were just ok. The clubhouse was on burger bun...thought it'd be on 3 pieces of toasted bread. Friendly service!

The outside was kind of strange - boxy and cookie-cutter-like but the inside was a very pleasant surprise! Beautiful, unique and comfortable decor. There are two areas - a bar area and a restaurant area. We had a late lunch so the restaurant wasn't very busy. Lucas, our server, was very helpful. Made suggestions and answered our questions about the menu. He was attentive and friendly. The food was tasty and nicely presented. I cannot eat wheat so they served my chicken burger on a bed of shredded lettuce. The chicken was moist and delicious. This was our first time here but we'll be back for sure!

Food is always good here and the beer selection is great. I highly recommend coming on their Asian nights, the portions are huge. They can be easily shared between two people... but I prefer to order my own dish and have leftovers the next day.

Great beer and a good menu. They brew all their own beer so it's nice and fresh. The menu has a variety of options from asian cuisine to pizza to burgers plus a large starter menu. There is something for everyone and the service is always good and the food is quick. It does get busy on the pub side during games but they have a large restaurant also so we've never had to wait.

Had our staff Christmas Party this evening! What an amazing experience. Matt and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had our own private area which allowed us to celebrate without effecting other patrons dining experience. That meant alot to us. Definitely will return for future gatherings. Oh and everyone loved the food. High five to you all.

It was a quiet day, service was great. All the food was amazing we had the Fried pickles (which are massive), edamame and sliders. The pickles were so dang hot i burnt the top of my mouth so bad it started peeling but that was my fault for maybe not poking holes in all of them so watch out for those puppies but a nice place for lunch. As well as the beers we tried were great to.

Awesome place with a nice patio. Came here on a Monday evening and had a great time. Beer is really good and you get a lot for so little. I had 2 pints and it cost under 10 bucks. Me and my friend both took a risk and ordered off the Asian menu, not something i typically order in a pub but saw it on the menu and had a craving, it was also really good. I got a chicken, onions and bell peppers in a blackbean sauce and it came with rice. No complaints, everything tasted good, servers were nice, only thing I would fix is having more of a beer selection. They say they brew their own beer but only have like 5 or 6 beers to choose from. Other places that brew their own beer usually have a lot more selection. But in any case had a good time and I will be coming back to this place for sure.
