Best beer in town. Well I do say that about beer a lot. Awesome place for a drink, can't go wrong.
Love this place Awesome beer Even more awesome staff Great atmosphere And the fact that dogs can be on the patio... freaking awesome
An interesting, independent brewery. Good food. Good flavour in the beer.
So happy to enjoy beers again! As always, the staff are friendly, customer service is amazing and they are taking proper precautions.
Purchased a variety of craft beer for Xmas gift. I do not drink beer, so the person at the counter (who I am assuming is either the manager or owner) was extremely helpful.
A great place to drink your worries away with a great selection of brews. Love the vibes inside as well. Buddy working the door was super friendly too. The pretzels that come with the flights is a nice tough. ????????
Great place to go! Fantastic beers and ciders and great vibes
Great beer, excellent service! Walked in and requested to purchase a six pack. Beers are sold as single 750 ml cans to build your own pack. I was able to sample a few beers and left with 4 incredible cans. Highly recommend and I will be back!
Great selection of beers, the New Zealand sparkling pale ale is very tasty.
First time visiting and was super impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The layout is interesting and unique. Regrettably I live outside the lower mainland or I'd visit constantly.
Normally 14 different beers to choose from including a choose your own flight of 4. No table service so sometimes the line is long. Very nice set-up usually busy and good energy
The staff have done a good job to make this a safe environment. Really nice beer. This was my first visit and I’ll be back!
Great beers and food. Cool place to chill
Great in house experience. Warm atmosphere, accommodating staff, and generally friendly vibe. Only critique I can even think of is that when it came time to fill my growlers with their awesome brews, some that I had tried were not available for fill outside of filling a can. Otherwise awesome place and I would visit again.
We stop by 3 Dogs every few weeks as it's on one of our main walking routes through White Rock. We've tried a few dozen different beers there over the years, and we've enjoyed all of them (the blue margarita below was one of my partner's favourites). Service is always friendly and it's a cozy spot to hang with friends. We occasionally grab a snack at 3 Dogs as well. My partner especially enjoys the scratch made pretzels, and we often will get a couple of hot dogs because, well, why not? For a small kitchen, the food is both tasty and good value. This is a gem of a spot in White Rock.
Great beers, great service and their Buffalo blue cheese hot dogs are a must if you enjoy a good Weiner ;)
The space it's nice but I can't say that I enjoyed any of their beer unfortunately. If I were them I would focus on 3 or 4 homestays. Having 8 beers on tap is too much for a brewery of this size. Also, charging 7.50 for a 16oz pint is over the top. My wife even said my Homebrew tasted better, so maybe I should open a brewery.
Probably the best dog and family friendly craft brew pub I've ever been to in BC. And they have lots of board games to play too. What was really cute was that they served the food in dog bowls! Hilarious! Everyone was so chill in this place including kids and dogs. What an atmosphere!
Good vibes. Relaxing ambiance. Amd the best part is it's just 5mins from my place.
Love this place. They've made a really difference to the community with, with a great space, quality beer and friendly staff. Good luck in the move! Cheers
Awesome stuff, cool food, cool cats
Great Beer! I do not like them blocking the sidewalk on north side of building, blocking access to the other businesses for those with mobility issues.
Good community vibe about this place. Games, beers and friends... Including your pups! Dogs like it as much as we do. ????????
A Beer Lover’s Hangout This is one of those places that you happen to discover by accident and...Bang, you’re hooked. The beer selection suits just about everyone’s taste. Food selection is great and there is an open-mike on sundays!
Great little taproom. The beer is varied and fantastic, and the owners take great pride in their place and craft. Highly recommended that you pop in for a pint
My friend's Happy Place ????
Double IPA is great!!! Modern and comfortable ambiance. Really friendly service! Good variety of food, too!
This has become my favorite spot in town, hands down ???? Good selection of beers for a small tap house, usually 4-5 3 Dog brews and 1-2 guest taps. There's bar snacks such as chips, sausage, pretzals and more for sale or you can order takeout and enjoy it at your table. If your not hungry grab one of the many table games available. Big high five to all the staff, your awesome! Thanks for the hospitality.
With a gorgeous interior, woody and warm, this place is as inviting as can be, and their beer selection is large, creative, and delicious!
Great place. People were great and the beer was awesome . Will be back for sure.
A fun place to be with a good vibe. Too bad the beer is not great. Would recommend the cider on tap
I had a hot dog, hot dog that it probably been overcooked. But hey it's covid, so we got to give small places like this a chance
Good beer, great people/staff and I like the atmosphere for being such a small place. Looking forward to seeing the knew place in November.
Great beer, great space and great service. Lots of fun board games to play and it's awesome that you can bring your kids and your dogs. Awesome live music too!
Good beer, good food, good ambience, but my biggest complaint is they think 16oz is a pint. (According to Canada's weights and measures act a pint is 20oz. +/-.0.5oz) This won't keep me from buying the occational beer, but I will gripe about it.
Top neighbourhood haunt. Great beer, best nachos, and of course my favourite Whisky Wednesday!
As a regular, it’s great place to come for a beer. Good selection, very friendly staff. “Service” Dog friendly. I would have rated it higher but the music on Sunday is a massive letdown. It’s the same guy every week (yawn) and he’s “insert old man voice” WAY to loud. You legitimately can’t have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. Other than Sunday’s “live music” hours it’s fantastic and I highly recommend this place.
Great beer assortment, tasty light menu options to pair with food, great atmosphere and frequent live music and trivia nights. Get a growler to take home!
Just about everything you want from your neighborhood brewery! The beer is fantastic, always tasty bar snacks to be had and a very friendly staff. They also have a couple larger tables and board games so bring a crew and drink some brews! I'd give it the full 5 stars but the place is a little small so finding a seat can be tricky at peak hours.
3 dogs is an awesome craft brewery in uptown White Rock! The beer is excellent and the owners great local residents, definitely recommended.
Fresh, cold, microbrews, a good assortment of tasty pub snacks and always friendly service. Don’t forget to order a couple cold to-go cans to take home after
Beer's alright, food ok. Nothing I'll reminder or forget.
I used to loveee this brewery but... last time i went we brought my sister puppy and he was very excited and made a small bark. The owner then asked politely to take the puppy outside because they dont allow barking (reasonable!). So as my sister was taking her puppy out he barked again on the way out the door.. then owner the of this brewery came out behind the counter and hit my sisters dog. WILL NOT RECOMMEND HIS PLACE WHAT SO EVER!!! I tried to go back after that altercation and the owner was VERY RUDE!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
The place had a good amount of outdoor seating which is nice on the warm summer evenings. The beer was a reasonable price and there was good variety. I had a flight and enjoyed the different flavors. I didn't love all of them but I normally don't anyways. The pretzel sticks served with the flight were a great, tasty touch. We played with a game from their large selection of cards and boardgames which was fun.
Really nice atmosphere and vibe, also dog friendly seating outside!
I just keep coming back to this place now that I was introduced to it. So good and a great atmosphere. Lots of games, snacks, seats and of course the beer is fresh and delicious. The Radler is without a doubt the best I have ever tasted. It’s the beer of the summer.
It's been great to swing by and visit every so often to see how a local brewery has progressed, the beer has come a long way from before! Keep up the good work gang!
Lots of changes at the new 3 dogs location and the biggest change is their hours. Now open 362 days a year. Another change is no outside food because they now have a nice selection of food along with wine & ciders. This family business is local and a permanent fixture in White Rock. Thanks .....
Great beer and friendly front/counter staff. Didn't get a 5 star as I ordered a hotdog that took over 25 minutes (but was very tasty!).
Decent space, lots of social distancing, order your own drinks up at the bar. The beer selection is great - 13 beers at the least to choose from (including guest taps, ciders, seasonal) and a good variety of snacks. A flight comes with a little bowl of pretzels which is nice for enjoying your beer with. The orange ale was decent, and the dinosour raspberry ale was all the rave last night. A good experience for someone looking for a nice place to get a drink and get into craft beer.
Great hot dogs and drinks at a good price, nice people!
These guys nailed this brewery. Really solid atmosphere. Really good beers. It’s been a big addition to our neighbourhood. Can’t recommend enough.
Small space, but awesome atmosphere. In house brewed beer all in small batches. Great connection with the local community and supported by the community! Definite must see and taste!
Friendly staff. Good beer. Very small food selection but with a dog friendly patio how can one not give it 5 stars
I heard dogs aren’t allowed inside anymore. Luckily they didn’t say anything about pigs. Hot dogs are large and in charge
Not a bad little brewery. With great helpful staff and great beer selection. Would have been a easy five stars, but unfortunately the snack and food selection needs a lift in my opinion. Other then that it's a great place to hang out and enjoy White Rock.
Great place for one beer. Any more the cost out weights the purpose. Hope they don't price themselves out of business.
I was hoping for a good time with friends but the door man and security showed no uderstanding for our situation. My wife came 10 minutes late and the pub was "at capacity" so they wouldn't let her in, which is understande. We asked if they could make an exception they denied. I asked if I can come out so my wife wouldn't wait alone and they said if I leave someone else will get in and I wouldn't be able to come back. But then someone came out, we asked if she can enter now and they again said "it is at capacity". They very clearly didn't want us there for whatever reason. My impression is that they perhaps wanted to have other (more regular) customers instead of us. We all left with half our drinks full. I will not come back to this place.
Worst place ever !!! Never take your little puppies here. The owners claim it’s “dog friendly” but it isn’t. They got so mad at our puppy barking…if it was a “dog friendly” place I’m sure the barking wouldn’t have bothered them. Never coming back here ever again, never bringing our puppy back here ever again. The servers were super rude, they wanted us out ASAP, we never got to order our food cause we technically got kicked out with our puppies which is so unfair. Would never recommend this place to any dog owners. The staff is so rude for nodding and rolling their eyes at us. I really hope this gets through to the manager.
Happy to finally have something local! Atmosphere of the brewery is great, staff seem really good. Beer is quite good, hoping that they push the envelope once they get a bit more established. Don’t get me wrong, they’re tasty, but I think they could do with some more offensive (to some) flavours. More hops in the IPAs and malts in the dark ones, and more experimenting would do this place well for the craft beer scene. All in all though - a great spot with a cool name/story, and a much needed addition to the Surrey/White Rock beer culture. Have been a few times and plan to go many more!
Great patio with good spacing setup. Loved the nachos and beer. Overall, a lovely experience.
So glad we found this place! So much fun, great atmosphere, and amazing beer selection. Would like to see some more ciders. The games are a excellent touch ????????
Many covis safe tables around and behind the place. Pretty wide selection of beer with a couple gues taps too. These places use the giant cans for rake away (750ml). Had Rosie's (a Raspberry lemon zest wheat beer) and a plate of nachos. They have buzzers so you know when your food is ready but mine didn't buzz, so they came and found me. Thank you! Getting seated without moving the chair was a little tricky (kidding! See the sign on the table). A popular place, it was pretty busy.
Loved it and i’m not a beer drinker, or maybe I wasn’t. Had the sampler, all delicious and different. Once We took 6 big cans home for a feast and liked them all. The place is beautiful, so nice to have that right here. And best of all Dogs are Welcome! It’s about time we catch us with France.
Great place to go if you're looking to sit back, relax and have a beer or two. This rarely happens, but I enjoyed all of the craft beers I ordered on my flight! I'll definitely be back again.
My favourite place to get a drink in white rock :) Staff are so friendly and their beer is great.
Great beer and atmosphere. The cans of beer are quite pricey if you compare to a liquor store or a growler fill.
Love this place good people good service great beer!
Great beer and excellent service. They ensured our patio table was freshly sanitized! Overall, felt they are taking Covid-19 precautions very seriously. Felt very safe. Deliciously seasoned pretzels will be bringing me back very soon!
I normaly order our food and because they are across street we in this kind of life we are now , of up and bring the beautiful delicios food and eat at home
DO NOT VISIT WITH YOUR DOG. Terrible experience today at this place. We travelled from Toronto and looked specifically for dog friendly restaurants. We came across this restaurant and the service staff on Monday, Aug 30th at 8 pm were rude and have zero customer service. We came in with two dogs, given that the restaurant is tailored as a dog friendly restaurant - yet the owners/service staff were rude and rolled their eyes when one of the dogs barked. Don’t advertise that you are pet friendly all over your Instagram/post pictures of dogs but can’t tolerate one small dog barking. The staff were rolling their eyes, seemed obviously annoyed that we came in and we weren’t able to order our food/drinks. TERRIBLE service tonight. So disappointed with our experience at white rock because of the horrible servers tonight. Would not recommend- don’t let the Instagram posts fool you.
I have given this place a multiple chances as I love craft beer and I live close by. Every time I have been there, it has been extremely difficult to get over the experiences with an unfriendly and rude staff member. It's usually the same older guy that I have dealt with, but have also had other staff members with the same attitude. Most of these times I have just let it go, but over this weekend I went there with some friends...I finished my beer, then noticed a sharp chip along the brim of the glass. I made sure to let this same staff member know about it, as I wouldn't want someone to hurt themselves. He just proceeds to snatch it out of my hand and take it without even acknowledging it. I wasn't looking for compensation, but a simple sorry or thank you would have been nice... I honestly don't know what I was expecting from him, but was still pretty shocked the way he handled that. I won't be back here
Great to FINALLY see brew pubs come to sleepy White Rock. Tourist spots are so lame after a while. Good spot...however....they really need to perfect their beer. It's just not that good. I believe that is the issue with the other White Rock brewer....it's just not great beer. This bar at least is a good spot to hang out, interior is very good, but service was awful when I was there (its basically a place where servers know most of the place and they spend time going over their weekend plans instead of serving people in line). I can wait, no problem. But when the beer comes, make sure the beer delivers and unfortunately it doesn't. I think they will get it but right now it just tastes like a basement home brew. Maybe the other choices that were sold out on the board will be better and look forward to trying their full line.
Good variety of craft beer that regularly changes, good appetizers, small patio and best of all dog friendly.
Excellent beer, great atmosphere and nice staff. The food was good too.
Such a great concept. This place is busy and the prices are fair. We were not sure what so get so the guy behind the bar suggested two flights. The beer was amazing. Hard to believe it’s is all made there but it is. All brewing equipment is there to see. We will be back and looking forward to it. They allow dogs in the building so just be aware. We also thought it was great they feature Hardbite potato chips there which is locally made :)
Great variety of beer. Delish nachos. Patio seating. They do also have wine.
The customer service was horrible. They seated us outside and walked away. The worker didn’t tell us that we need to place our order inside. All he said was “you better hurry up, you have 12 minutes to order food”. We eventually went inside to order food when no one came, and he got mad that we brought our dogs. He was making rude comments and he basically didn’t want us there. I do not recommend this place. The food is not worth it. The workers don’t like our dogs even though they advertise to bring them. Don’t waste your time or money.
Best local brewery. Great atmosphere. Classic board games. You can talk to a random girl in there and not get the snobby eyerolling 'oh my god a random guy is tslking to me' face. 3 thumbs up
So happy to see a cool hangout place like this come to White Rock... finally! This is what we’ve been waiting for! Beers rotate and they’re good, wide selection. Lots of salty snacks and games and a cool atmosphere. Looking forward to making this a regular hangout spot.
Friendly and fun atmosphere. Great beer. Limited selection of food but very good options. Have to try the nachos and hotdogs.
Love to stop by here every so often! Amazing combination of great beers, friendly service, and a homely feel! Can't forget their perfectly seasoned pretzels with every beer flight, yum.
Excellent atmosphere and excellent brew pub. Lacking a matching food experience.
Food is phenomenal here and so are their brews. Nachos are fully loaded, beer flights are served in a cute paw shaped tray with pretzel sticks (surprisingly addicting). Nachos come with sour cream and guac and salsa, fully loaded with cheese; it is quite a big portion to share with a friend, very satisfying. Would love to come back and try their other food items (their menu is spectacular). Nice atmosphere and indoor decor, very nice place to hang out with friends or for a date night (food is diverse enough for dinner). Extremely dog friendly patio area! Nachos: 5/5 Pretzel sticks: 5/5 (great bar snack)
Just found this place. The atmosphere is great. The home brewed beer is very delicious. The staff are very knowledgeable and great to talk to.
Headed out with Hubby out to Whiterock for Funday Sunday.. Came across this little gem, great beers, great ambiance, really friendly staff and they love dogs, what more could you ask for.. And their pretzel sticks you get with a flight are super yummy. Most definitely will be back
Such a great place to go for a quick beer or two. There are 12 or 13 on top to choose from, which is perfect! Can't wait to come here with all my friends once COVID kicks the dust
3 Dogs is one of my absolute favourite places to have a beer in White Rock. The staff is friendly, the beer selection is terrific (and always cold), and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. They've also done a wonderful job during Covid-19 of ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for their customers.
Staff was very friendly. Not a fan of the dogs being allowed inside though. If you like lagers, this isn't the place for you. I have a hard time recommending a brewery that only serves one (bad) lager.
Very quiant. Not alot of seating. Very good beers. The food was seved in a dog bowl which turned me off. The lamb shepards pie is sweet potato which is fine but its dry with ground...lamb? Super weird with the dog bowls.
