A nice small space to have a drink, lounge, and chat, assuming you can hear someone talking over the music. The staff were very friendly, and one of the bartenders gave me a free shot when I said it was my first time to Canada the first night I was in town. I felt very welcomed.

This is my go to place for late night drinks. Staff is amazing, the atmosphere is friendly and inclusive. What more can you ask for? Just don't ask for food, they'll send you across the street because their kitchen is just a tiny microwave for the staff. Love em.

this place is really great, it just isn’t for me: drinks are expensive and the space feels more like a lounge than a bar because you can’t do much more than stand and talk. With that said, the service is fantastic and met some great people so take it as it is I suppose.

Great little Gay Bar can be quite cozy but believe me, when the crowd starts happening the place really Rocks. They have a lot of talented Drag Queens that mess with the crowd and sometimes put a whole new face on Gay entertainment. When things start happening it's a really great place to be. **Friendly staff**

Highly stylized chill hangout environment. A small venue with a lot of mood lighting that appears to be tied into the gentle music. Accented with combinations of panels of frosted and transparent glass, mirrored surfaces, and wrap around plus seating. They project on to the wall beautiful slow moving landscapes and a pseudo disco star-field. Nice one person washroom available. Staff friendly but unless you engage them will leave you be which I appreciate.

A stand and pose bar in the middle of Davie St. It's got a clean, cool looking aesthetic. Narrow so can get crowded on the weekends. Good looking crowd, generally younger than the other bars. Boom-boom type music. Nice for an elegant bar experience.

Went to the van vogue jam (first time at 1181) and the drinks were great and I felt very safe. Connor provided amazing service and was super sweet! Had so much fun and can’t wait to come back again. Won’t forget this night!

Experience is good here as I can recall. However, I left my vancouver canucks hat, very new, I bought it on the day that it was lost and texted the owner on December 12th. I was happy that it was there. I said I was going to try get it on a Saturday, December 14th but I wasn't able to make it so I texted him that I was coming on December 19th. I kept my communication lines open. But the cap was already gone just after a week and they couldn't find it. Terrible experience on their lost and found customer service. The bar tender even told me that they may have donated my "new canucks" cap.

Trendy lounge in the heart of Davie village. Nice spot for a cocktail and conversation. Prices are reasonable and the bar staff are attentive. The place can feel crowded at the bar as it has a narrow layout - but there is ample seating in the front and back to sit and relax.

I wasn't very impressed - it was fine, but the layout is not great socially ( it is a long corridor with a big bar in the middle and two larger areas at each end - kind of hard to socialise). The staff were very nice and it was a fun drag show on a Tuesday.

I've been several Saturdays in a row for homework purposes. I can say is a nice place to stop by and have some drinks before going to a club also it leads to enjoy the time with your friends. ????There is not consistency with the smoking rules. I have been asked to smoke some where else but not on the sidewalk right out of the bar some other times we are allowed to do it right out of the bar if we consider that by law we have to smoke 6 meters away from the building but that means you have to do it in the middle of the street ????‍♂️???? so.. there is an improvement here to deliver an amaizing customer experience If you are visiting the city is a great place to meet more visitorsevery weekend I had the opportunity to meet nice people. ???? You dont need to line up to access ???? There's not cover ????Bar tenders are very attractive
