A shisha lounge learning... They’re not like other shisha spots you’ve visited, they still have shishas that only last 15 mins, they are expensive but they’re starting out. The fact they are a patio is great, but being a location that’s so badly managed can be cancel out some of the benefits. For now, CoRonAvIrUs is still hectic, I would still go here, but places like The Spot are crazy at midnight on weekends ;)

WHAT A PLACE! ???????? I’ve been here since day one when it opened and I can say it’s the best place in Waterloo to come hang out at. To start the workers are exceptionally friendly and they make you feel like tour part of the family the moment you step into the building. Not only that but the customer service is off the top. On the other side of things the shisha they serve here is amazing as per always. Not once have I got a bad shisha ever. To say all this, everyone here is great. I can say this is a 5 out of 5 place.

Came here with a couple friends, it was my first time visiting and I was extremely disappointed. I had such high expectations of this place as I’ve heard great things. In particular, the blonde employee here. We were greeted by her with a terrible look on her face, didn’t say anything to us and pointed to the table we should go to. After going to the table and not having anyone ask our order for over 30 min, she rudely comes over and asks if we’ve ordered. We respond that we haven’t and she asks us what we want. Our shisha takes over 20 min to arrive, only to pay at the end of the night and be charged for 3 shishas instead of 2. Overall seems the place is run by poor management as this behaviour by any employee in any establishment is completely unacceptable.

My friend and I stopped in Friday evening for some tea and shisha. It was our first time visiting, and we were very impressed. The lounge was clean and well-organized, good ambience and music. The staff were very friendly and seemed to be enjoying themselves. They were very attentive and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly our orders were prepared, and everything was done perfectly to our satisfaction. Meedo went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the service and made us feel at home. We will definitely be coming back.

Didn’t feel like it’s a safe place, overly crowded patio many times zero distancing can’t believe they are doing a dancer with covid19... shame on these people. Patio is nice Shisha is okay but how clean is it... anyways my personal opinion... will not be going back there. Other lounges are staying closed seems smart of them...

Been coming here ever since I moved to Cambridge a year ago. Staff is so great and atmosphere is even better. Outdoor patio that can get super busy if you come after 8. But always got a seat inside or outside. Definitely visit if you're in the area. Shisha flavors better than most locations. Go-to place with friends!

We came to sit down and they said they where full outside so me and my gf had to wait for a table so we didn’t mind, we sat down waited almost 20 minutes and the server took someone else and there friend to sit down even though they came after us when they just newly arrived. How rude and unprofessional that was to us, not to mention while he was gonna seat them i called him to let the server know and he didn’t do anything about it other than “well find you another table”... i wish the owner was there so i could have spoke to them. Rude and unprofessional.

Really nice Sheesha Experience. It costed us around $20 for the Sheesha and the staff was really proactive to ask us for a coal change. Really appreciate the efforts. Must try the Chocolate Smoothie, it was an absolute delight We also tried the Pasha Special Cocktail, but didnt really find it as special. Its just a mix of different flavours so try at your risk.
