We were a last minute drop in, and were well cared for. The only draw back were the lack of extra outlets for my wife to plug in her CPAP machine. Breakfast was quite good. I'll come back next time I'm in Thompson

Have had good stays here in the past. Did not this time as I had staff open my room door twice when I was sleeping, waking me up to tell me there was confusing as to who was supposed to be in that room. First time they said they were "checking to see who was in the room" and the second was to get my information. I have to be up at 2am and my sleep is ruined. I paid over $200 to stay here.

The hotel is fairly new and no issues there. I attended a work conference and the space was a little cramped (not really the hotel's fault). However, the room was either too cold or too hot. They struggled to maintain a comfortable environment. If you are utilizing the space; DO NOT USE THEIR CATERING SERVICE. Our group was fed veggies, fruit tray and sandwiches. The sandwiches were made using white bread and the quantity of meat included a single slice of thinly sliced meat. It was by far the cheapest made sandwiches I've ever had and would be ashamed to serve the food to any important guests.

Great place to stay in Thompson. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and have all the amenities you could need, and the free breakfast is great. I would definitely come back.
