Reviews of Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Liskeard, an IHG Hotel (Night Club)

The rooms are fine. The breakfast was not available for us. The breakfast area was closed at 9:30am. We were not clearly informed about the later upon arrival and it was not shared with us in writing along with the room key like other competitors. When we asked for accommodations at 9:45 we received NOTHING for breakfast except this condescending response "Our kitchen staff is very efficient at putting everything away on time. We will inform our staff to let you know next time." We are wondering if there will be a next time ????. I was very disappointed since I had just mentioned that they were my favorite place to stay when traveling. I am wondering what kind of follow-up I will have after this review ???? and when I ask for my money back.

We recently stayed for 2 nights. Room was very clean and spacious. Excellent mattress for a great sleep. We fou.found it very quiet. Beautiful views of the area from our top front room window. Very nice staff.

A quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. With Covid restrictions the bagged breakfast was ok, but the water provided for tea was lukewarm, as well as the coffee. We do understand it can be a challenge in these times but hot beverages would have been nice.

Nothing great, the room was decent and the facilities functioned. Based on the amount of noise there are hourly guests do be prepared to not get a full nights sleep from slamming doors alone. The front desk staff are either feeble minded or cant figure out how to wear a mask and speak at the same time, yet insist you wear one.

Nice and clean. Excellent service from staff. Close to a verity of food services. Parking of truck is good not great for transports. But overall would stay over and over again.

After a long drive we arrived at the Inn and were made comfortable right away by the excellent and caring service by the staff. The lobby area had fresh cool water and hot water to make a quick beverage; very thoughtful and appreciated. Thank you
