From the day i first called Summerside Toyota checking on prices on a new vechile i was very impressed with the way i was received. When i spoke to Rob MacDougal it showed that he had great time for customers even from out of Provence.Rob passed me on to a lovely lady Helena Banks.Iwas once again welcomed with open arms. I had several conversations with Helena durning the purchase of my new tocoma. She was very knowledgable about all the aspects of my purchase.It was a real pleasure to deal with her.From Helena i was passed on to Connor Gagnon in the finance dept.Again another great experence Connor is one of a kind meaning after a few short questions i felt like i knew Connor for ever.He as well knows his stuff.VERY VERY Knowledgably in the financing aspect along with all the presentations which all new customers have to be offered when purchasing a new vechile.What i really liked about Connor was when i was not interested in something he was ok with that which i liked.In ending all i can say is thank you very much to Summerside Toyota and i look foreward to picking up my new Tocoma. If you weren’t already convinced a Toyota is one of the best brands for your value, the sales team at Summerside Toyota know their stuff. No fluff, no frills, just honesty about finding a vehicle that fits your needs. My girlfriend and I are first time buyers, and were very nervous moving forward with such a large investment. I had contacted Helena about a used 2010 Tacoma of which she promptly replied to me about and arranged an appointment, and even stayed late to make sure we had all the right info. Helena was amazing at helping us find the right vehicle for the right price, at the right value, sending us home in a 2017 Tacoma that we never dreamed we could afford comfortably. On the financing side, Charles was completely on point with our interests in terms of payments and extra costs such as extended warranty and undercoating. As a couple who appreciates finances being clear, concise, and fair, we once again couldn’t be happier with our experience. Between Helena and the rest of the staff at Summerside Toyota, our journey through this investment was stressless, and meticulously brokered making sure we knew absolutely everything and more about owning our vehicle, and the service that the dealership provides. Out of the many we went to in search of the right vehicle for us, this is easily one of the best dealerships on the island. 10/10 recommend purchasing from Summerside Toyota.

I had been wanting to purchase the new 2022 Tundra and finally decided to go ask about it!! The salesman was extremely helpful and told us that if we did order one it would be at least a 3 months wait.. So we decided to build/design the truck that would suit me best! Well obviously that took a bit but figured it out! We where waiting for the finance guy to call us for our information, Im assuming he did at the end of the day because I had a missed call about 15 minutes before they closed .So after the weekend/holiday I decided to text the salesman and ask if they where opened.. he said yes so then I asked about my missed call who might that be? He said I’ll check it might be blah blah.. I waited for a reply and thought they might be busy so I’ll wait and not bug too much.. so I waited and waited for days ..I didn’t want to harass I felt like a bother .. anyways just to let you know you lost a huge sale HUGE!! Decided well I guess we weren’t good enough so we went elsewhere and purchased a new Ram and a new Wrangler. Thanks for forgetting about us and not even trying to follow up .. you definitely did us a huge favour! The other dealership was quick and determined to make a sale so they didn’t make us feel like we bothered them! And another thing the manager had so much fun driving the demo we couldn’t even see it!! Thanks Louise Mackinnon Have a great day

Not a great experience. They were not interested in making a deal . wanted well over and above the asking price of the same model ,year and kilometers of many other vehicles I researched online . They also were well below the trade in price on my vehicle . with that being said I gave them two stars for being friendly and courteous.

Was lied to and brushed off about multiple issues within my buying experience and when I reached out most recently and was promised a call back all he did was send a text to me saying he was unable to help.
