Tried their Hoppy Lager on tap in Charlottetown. Not a fan, seemed more bitter than hoppy. Have no issues with hoppy beers, however this attempt at a hoppy lager was marginal; hopefully this isn't their niche beer.

Corn chowder was great, those some of the tots were juuuuust shy of Al dente. Seared salmon was a perfect med-well, buttery lovely potatoes, and some pleasant roasted veggies. Home made cheesecake finished it all off nicely. Definitely recommend the Malibu Sour. Little weird at first, but it grows on you (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*.✧

FireStar Night

Shout out to the amazing bartenders who are very welcoming to customers. Comfortable bar setting with an open air ceiling and soft lit lighting. Great venue for small touring bands and stand up comedians. Beer is made on site and you can view the brewery from across the bar. I am acquainted with the owner/operater and is a swell guy. Very enthusiastic with his venture and shows in his excellently brewed house beers ready to drink on tap. Food is available on select days.

I love the lighting this venue has and how beautiful it is indoors. Its very small so I suggest a small wedding for this adorable venue.

The place looks awesome, the setting was great but the beer was a bit disappointing. This brewery is built in an old train station, so the place is nice, roomy and very welcoming. The brewing area is nicely displayed and the bar looks really good. The brewery is still very new, which may explain the lack of beer quality. This place does not serve food. If I go back to that area in the future, I'll try this place again. It has great potential, so I hope they'll continue improving their craft.

A fantastic space for an evening out. I had the pleasure of attending a get together which was hosted at the Brewery. The atmosphere is relaxed, not cramped in the slightest, and quite welcoming. The staff member on hand that night (sadly forgot her name) was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding the right beer for my tastes. Overall a very positive experience and I will be sure to visit more often.

Very nice building. New interior. Food is expensive and only tastes mediocre (beef was dry, vegetables were only partially cooked). Their beer is good and staff are nice.

This is one of the best places to eat in PEI. The pizza was amazing and so was the fish and chips, the chowder tasted great. The waiters were very nice and the food got to us in about 20 minutes. You also get popcorn for free to snack on while waiting

The only reason I gave it a one star is because they have a good selection of brewed beers. The food was disgusting, we ordered two pizzas and a seafood chowder; the pizzas were not even properly baked, and the seafood chowder was very watery.

I had the Club Med pizza. DEEELISH! Grapefruit Margarita was lovely as well! Live music at 2 on Saturday was a special surprise! This weekend was Irish trad music. Superb!

Cute little place! Great beer! The atmosphere was spectacular and they told us we’re we could car camp for the night! We ended up catching a wonderful sunset and sunrise! We got a growler for the night and it ended up being a very enjoyable time!

A splash in the glass, this is a cool little brewery in an old train station, #Evermoore brewing company Summerside PEI, Tim Hortons should take over this particular beer, Port Tack Porter, Wicked rich coffee flavor. Tried the Malibu sour, castaway IPA, and a rockstar beer new never tried before Bayberry Gruit, which had a nice clean taste. #YouGotADrinkHere

I will never go back. When the 5 of us arrived at 6pm we were told there were no tables becouse of reservation which was fine when I went to leave I asked if he had a card with there phone # I was told they didn't have cards and he didn't have a phone. I asked how I could make a reservation the owner told me that he hoped I didn't. When I asked him "do you not want me to come" he said I hope not that he was tired and needed a rest. I told hlm I'd be sure and tell my friends.

Happened to to be walking around the downtown area, and decided to pop in for a flight of beer. Classy old train station and has lots of character. Especially liked the vintage decor and funky. Bathrooms were very clean. Staff was great and the beer selections were tops. Cheers!

Food was pretty good. Beer (Cast Away) was pretty bad. Tasted chemically, the head was 1-2 soap bubbles. I don't know if the beer is bad, or your dishwasher needs adjustment, but if the food is the highlight of a brewery, you're doing something wrong. *Edit:* I'm sorry you are upset that I didn't like your beer and that I chose to let other people know that I thought the beer was bad. Looks like I'm not the only one based on other comments here, and I wasn't the only one in my group. Maybe you should actually look into changing something. Good luck.

Beer is off/ borderline undrinkable, owners service is absolutely garbage. Honestly, I have never drank worse beer anywhere in the country. Congrats Evermore, you are officially the worst beer in Canada. 1 star is generous for this establishment. Some self reflection is in order here if they are gonna succeed. Condescending responses will get you nowhere. I realize you're new and I tried to give the most positive review I could to support you and you attacked that post. Time to admit that you suck at making beer.

2nd year in a row at Evermoore during the lead up to Thanksgiving. Excellent menu and delicious and rich food. Definitely not your average pub fare. Highly recommend.
