Great atmosphere very laid back???? Love the vibe. Good Music. The interior design is very nice, almost has a backhome middle east kinda feel to it. I love the lamps all around the place. So many flavors of shisha. I would recommend the COCONUT VANILLA MINT mix it has a wonderful taste.

Great Vibes and decor but as a hardcore Shisha guy I would definitely say there are better places to have a good Shisha so it depends on what you want if you want the setup and you don’t care that much about the Shisha it would probably be a good choice for you, if you care about your Shisha I suggest you keep exploring

My friend/s and I go here between 3pm till night time and we always enjoy the ambiance and setting. We tend to go earlier just to avoid the crowd because it tends to get busier after 5PM. We really enjoy this place because the staff are friendly, accommodating, and funny! They also have a restaurant right next to it, so you can order food to munch on the side (Poutine is great, just like costco's poutine). If there is a game night, they would play it in their huge screens otherwise, just music on the background. This is a very chill spot to hangout in Scarborough and very close to everything else you need (restaurants, coffee shops, takeouts).

A whole lot better than Habibiz 1 (go and check my review and pictures). Great decorations, comfortable seatings, better service. A definite upgrade. The shisha heads are significantly bigger with the orange head. No loud music, which is a breath of fresh air. Cons: Everything is overpriced. The inside could be unbearable for a non smoker! We could hardly breathe and may be sick now. It’s so smoky inside that you will have a hard time to see the tables near you. It could be a health hazard.

This place doesn't deserve any star. There was no people to host this place. And the employee wasn't nice. We asked for help with our shisha, he heard but didn't came back to our table to fix it. Such a horrible experience. I dont want to spend a penny in this place.

The shisha was good but the food was absolutely trash. Literally asked for only garlic sauce and lettuce with my chicken shawarma sandwich and got a bunch of other toppings and sauces. If that was all I'd be ok but the entire thing was soaked and soggy. I decided to attack the thing with a fork and it was old, dry chicken swimming in sub tier sauce. I've had my fair share of shawarma and I have to say this was the worst I've had. I just threw it out not even half way. Made sense that I was the only person eating in there.

I was there for the first time and I liked it. Here's the quick low down: - Shisha: it was pretty good. No complaints there. They have a decent flavor list and choice of regular or fruit head. - Value: pretty good, $23 for a shisha (regular head) and 2 Barbicans. - Ambience: the place is nicely decorated and the music is pretty good. It's just that the arrangement is a little messy when busy. Also the ventilation needs work, as you're greated with a thick cloud of smoke the moment you walk in. - Service: Not bad. Note that unlike most similar places, you have to go up to the cashier to order (a la fast food). I was there at a relatively busy time and our orders didn't take far too long. - Menu: Very limited. This is not Shishalicious. There's basically just Shisha, pop/Barbican, and tea pots. And you're not allowed to bring in food. - Life: it's pretty banging. We got there at 1am on a Friday and people were still coming in. Pretty lively and mixed. The ages are a little bit on the younger side, but not too much. - "Arabic Appeal": Between the decent shisha, good tunes, and the middle eastern touches in decor, I'd give it a B+, only because of the lack of food options. - Girlfriend appropriateness: Yes you can bring your girl! I suspect not every girl will be comfortable at every visit because like I said earlier, due to the poor ventilation and occasional younger crowd, it can feel a bit uncomfortable. However, there are usually many groups of women and several couples, so mostly ok. It's definitely not a sausage-fest. I would go again for sure.

I am giving this place 3 stars because although the Shisha is good and I don’t have any issues with it, there is significant improvements to be made in the area of customer service. Not every guest is treated equally and it is very evident. Staff should be more attentive to customers’ needs and concerns. When staff do come around to check up on customers, not every table is attended to, few times my table was ignored. I highly encourage staff to reflect on how to treat every customer equally and with the utmost respect and hospitality.

Pretty good shisha but expensive. Also the "outdoor patio", which is basically the parking lot is way too small for way too many people. There's no 2m distance between tables.

The newly renovated (about 2 years ago) sheesha spot that Drake and the OVO crew popularized lives up to the hype. It's got ample seating (yet gets very very busy on weekends) and solid flavour options. Expect the regular sheesha place fare for drinks on the side but you mainly come here for the sheesha and some dope beats in the background.

The place itself is great, the decor is amazing and space gives off a good middle eastern vibe in my opinion. But the lounge lacks good customer service, there was once a time I had to go to the counter to ask for new coconut coals at least 6 times before they actually showed up. Other times I’ve noticed that they take forever to make the shisha, I’ve often have had to wait more than 35 mins just for the shisha, I’m glad the vibe is good and I don’t get bored enough to go ask for a refund and leave. Please improve the customer service, Habibiz is almost a daily for me, and I want to keep visiting it, but with the current customer service, I sure am exploring more and better options around the area. Customer service is the only reason I go to Mississauga for shisha, haven’t really found a good place yet in Toronto.

It is clear that their staff does not have any training on customer service, as they continuously disregard customers in a risky way. Also, theirs flavours are mediocre and theirs coals are really bad, they burn out in no time and have a weird smell when lighting them up. Just a bad vibe overall.

Shisha is better than average but I would personally stick to regular head rather than the orange head which I initially ordered. It was quite stuffy and busy in there and I personally was not too fond of the crowd.

It was my first time at this place. We went on early Friday evening it was cold but they have a heated deck. We wanted to experience it and asked about it. They were yet to open it, but they accepted our request and started warming up the deck. Then we were moved there and had 2 hookahs the service was to the point. They do not have food options in house but have a middle easter restaurant just next to them who provide table service. The shawarma was awesome. They accept only debit or cash. The place get filled up pretty quick so do make sure you give yourself some time.

shittiest customer service ever...I ordered something for my "table", the bearded guy at the front desk made me walk to my table twice which you can see from his desk to bring my friggin number...lol...secondly,he pushed my debit card in the machine without letting me know there is a 50cent charge for debit purchase like a small convenience in shabby areas.i asked him you didn't tell me there was a charge I could pay cash...his response - "Now you know..."....hahahahaha!!! nice....I hope the owner is seeing this. A friend of mine said...it's Drake's friend's or is affiliated with it. Doesn't look good on him then.

Good place to chill with friends had visited more than 5times but recently came to know that we can dine too. During the recet visit they asked to buy two for 4 people which means 2 pax 1 smoke. Sheesha is good. I dont like the fact that we are not allowed to bring in outside food. The food from habibiz restaurant next door is mediocre at best. There is a lot of wait time in order to be seated so that's another negative point. I would give them more stars if outside food is allowed

Interior is pretty interesting. Service was slow. Liked the mood, but the shisha wasn't as smooth. Music was too loud. Our server was great, really cheerful. You need to buy 1 sheesha for every 2 people--- sometimes people in the group don't smoke or people don't want to smoke as much. They usually end up buying something else anyway but that doesn't matter you need a sheesha for every 2.

They play youtube videos for entertainment but really they need to get youtube premium for $12 a month because there are ads between each video which often don't get skipped and it really kills the vibe. Bit of a wait and things seem disorganized at first but once you've made your first purchase and have a table things get much smoother from there. Prices are reasonable and staff is helpful. All in all it was a good night out and the vibe of the place is just the right combination of buzzing and chill. Strongly recommend to anyone who enjoys hanging out smoking shisha.

Habibiz is my go to shisha place in Scarborough. Over time the staff has become friends, like family! They are very welcoming (Ahmed, Gagan, Mahmood, Bilal, Faiez, Karan, etc). It’s very spacious, has a great mix of music genre. Enjoy hanging out with friends here. The Habibiz House shisha mix is really good & the OVO mix is amazing! Pre-covid the entertainment of Belly Dancing with the fire and snake would be pretty cool. Posted quite a lot of pictures and videos (I still have a lot). Thanks Habibiz! :)

Visiting from Texas and this was one of the 2 hookah bars I decided to check out. And I must say I was not disappointed! I absolutely loved the atmosphere, the way the hookah bar was organized and decorated, the space you get while doing hookah, the flavor options, hookah, and the music. The only thing I wish they had was food. Food would have turned my great experience to an excellent one! But I would definitely be back here. But if you're over 25 and don't like standing in long lines for an only okay shisha, there are many better places in the city. Review of Service Date: 26/09/2020 Time of Service: 8 PM - 11:30 PM I have been to many Hookah lounges both in Canada and in the US so when I say this may be one of the worst hookah lounges, I am talking overall in NA. Contrary to what I just wrote, the shisha is pretty okay. They did not have any Fumari or Starbuzz flavors so you only get to smoke AF (the regular options most hookah bars have). But as I stated, they are one of the worst "hookah lounges". Upon waiting in line for 20 minutes patiently, three different group of girls were all seemingly allowed to cut in front of us and interact with the server at the cashier despite there being 10-15 additional people in line. Considering they were asking far too many questions, it didn't seem like they were regulars. What was more baffling was that the server took more time flirting out with the girls and trying to get their numbers. So having to wait an additional 25 minutes because the server wanted to spit some game with any girl he can see just seemed whack. Mind you, the line up was due to the server not taking orders at the front, NOT because there were a lack of seats. The server's forces you to pay for the service before having received it so when you are seated and your hookah is brought over - no additional attention will be paid to you from the staff. This made it increasingly hard to order any drinks/food/tea or even get spare coals. We were also seated outside despite the request to be seated inside. I won't be too fussy about this since it was inevitable and with COVID-19 around, its probably better to be smoking outside due to increased natural ventilation. The washrooms are not maintained nor clean. The shisha itself was okay, there was nothing special or significantly great about the shisha but it wasn't horrible either. So i was surprised why they were charging $22, when street price for a 250g of shisha is around $25. The service, atmosphere, treatment by no means justifies this increase in price from regular shisha. Server is more interested in picking up girls than picking up orders. Staff do not look after your needs and you have to wait nearly 20--30 minutes without smoking for additional coals. I tried to order tea but alas I never received it. Washrooms looked like a few kids went in and it's never been maintained nor cleaned in a week. Habibiz is overly-priced, poorly maintained, terrible customer service where the intention is to give you as terrible of an experience as possible. But due note, if you just want to smoke regular shisha and pay extra $7 on top of the usual price, Habibiz is the place to go. They ensure that the mixes are consistent which is the only positive to come out of this. Thanks, S

Customer service is horrendous. Please tell your staff not to bark at the customers - this is not how you build loyalty. Ordered 2 shishas, two poutines and shwarma and there was nothing better I could have asked for. Shisha was smoking great, poutine was delicious and hot. Customer service was great shisha came within 10 minutes despite the crowd there was. Staff are polite and open for friendly conversation.

Shisha used to be really good here, now a days since January, shisha is horrible, like 2/10 score. They don’t wash the pipes, they don’t clean the base or put fresh water in it, the flavour has no taste, seems dried out. They’re more in a rush to get shisha out then serving quality shisha. The atmosphere and lounge design is great! But if your shisha sucks then customers won’t come. For the employees take your time, I’ll wait an extra 5 mins for a better shisha????????‍♂️

We had 5 ppl so we got two shisha as it was the rule 1 yr ago before 15 mins of leaving the guy who is alway yelling came and was rude and told us to buy an another shisha even if the 5th person doesn’t even smoke shisha. I been coming here for 3 yrs now but never coming back again had enough of that guy is only favours Arabic ppl and rude to others. The shisha places in Richmond hill have better service and clean.

Great service! Was very friendly and accommodating to my friends and I. Waris(Ghaith), one of the employees, was very respectful and professional. He checked up on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Him and Mahmood, always had positive energy towards customers and made us feel welcome. A very nice place to hang out after hours. Conveniently located near other restaurants....if u need a drink or food. The environment was welcoming and comfortable. It seems more suitable for larger group rather than individuals. Service was good.

Shisha is great ice hose offering would be greater. Power outlets at each booth would be beneficial in case customers have laptops or devices they need to charge. Patio with cover is a nice bonus!

If you're from Toronto and don't already know about this place, you probably don't smoke shisha too often. If you don't smoke shisha already, DONT START. For the shisha smokers, it's pretty live. Open till late, and they alternate between drakes music and Arabic stuff. Shisha in general is f-in garbage and horrible for our lungs......wish they could capture the atmosphere and "chill" factor without having us smoke our lungs away for hours at a time.

I got severe food poisoning from their poutine 3 days ago on Christmas Day 2017. My friends also got sick that day. I am still sick and I have not since recovered. Avoid their food. They had slow service and forgot one of our shishas. We had to track someone down to get it for us. Avoid this place completely. Jeopardizing your health isn’t worth it!!

Truly the most classy shisha bar in Toronto. The first one is great, but the new location has a great middle eastern vibe to it with the Afghan rugs (representt ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????). The staff are great and attentive and you’ll see me here twice a week

My husband and I always come here for shisha. Decent shisha for a reasonable price. Sometimes there’s a wait but the line moves relatively fast. Saturday’s there’s entertainment like a belly dancer with a snake. Music could be a bit more diverse, they play Drake a lot. Lost a star for washrooms - always dirty, no toilet paper half the time and out of service.

Not a shisha fan, only go to shisha Lounges because my friends love shisha. The decor was definitely beautiful and great atmosphere. We had Blueberry mint vanilla shisha it tasted great! I think they should have more food sharing items and a server to be on floor at all times. You'll make more revenue that way.

I have been coming to this place for almost 2 years now. We have never felt this disappointed ever in two years. Worst customer service ever. We were 4 of us and only two people smoke. The guy who was allotting the tables asked us to find another place cause we said we will be getting only one shisha. He demanded us to take two or else we cant enter the place. We were ready to pay cover charges if required. He was extremely rude. Just because the place earns fame doesn’t mean you treat customers this way.

I’m giving this place 4 start for the atmosphere & the manager Ahmad with his positive attitude . I have visited this place in the past few time and recently start going very often due to this COVID situation . The atmosphere was different without Ahmad when I visited few days ago. He is always making sure customers got their shisha, always asking if customers need anything.This place is a must of a visit with friends! The 1 start is missing because of the individual by name “Warris” tall guy who is always in bad mood.like I said been visited this place in the past this guy still the same face. Always ignoring, yelling at people to put their mask on, there is no such a respect or good customer service and have witnessed how he asks a customer who paid for their shisha to leave the place just because he was extra in a group of six. This is very rude of the employee to a customer! He needs good customer service training! Please if you reading this smile more often! People pay to come and enjoy their time. You can’t be rude and rule your customer order them what to do!

Place is alright. Music is super loud, can’t have a decent conversation. Limits on hookah is a pain, some of us weren’t smoking and we were expected to buy a hookah. Nice atmosphere though. I think there are better places out there. Oh they expect you to pay prior to order, no trust in their customers, haven’t seen that before

Should be a one star review, but giving 2 stars because so many others are giving it a good review (apparently because the shisha is good). But as a business, this place is laughable. Service is a complete miss, the staff don't really care that much in that department. So, if you just need a shisha go for it, but if you're looking for an experience; wrong place. I was given a table after struggling to deduce who works there , sat for a while waiting for staff, figured out on my own that it's a pay-first service (a sign would be nice) and you order near the kitchen. By that time I already knew it was time to go.

Very horrible customer service. They told me and my friend to leave after we waited almost half hour to get a sheesha pipe which we never got. We were just having a good time and they told my friend that we had to go. The staff is very racist and my friend also got the vibe that they didn’t like coloured people and that’s the reason why they told us to leave. Very horrible disgusting people. I hope they hire a new staff which treats everyone the same.

What a great place for sisha hang out. Water melon flavor is awesome. Green tea was served in a big pot which was very traditional with extra glasses. I want to thank you very much for friendly staffs for providing awesome service. Music was mixed with the songs in english and arabic languages. Mostly when we go to sisha, lounges are not very comfortable. But this place has very comfortable places to sit and enjoy sisha. Thank you yala Habibiz for a great evening!

The wait staff is disengaged, disrespectful and generally aloof. My wife and I were made to wait 30 minutes with the perpetual carrot dangling of "your order is on its way" And when we finally got sick of waiting and decided to leave, the employee dismissively walked past us and would try to use every excuse to brush the situation off before misbehaving with my wife which was followed by a pathetic apology. Speaking to any customer in such a manner is unacceptable! While I understand Drake maybe a patron, regular customers are the main source of revenue not Drake. The customer service is appalling and the wait staff has an attitude which will drive customers away over time. We will certainly not be returning to the establishment

Waris is the one who took care of us, he is realy the best there, he’s a very nice respectful guy, always smiling and delivers amazing customer service, gets you what you need before you ask and always paying attention to the Respectful customers! I have been going to this shisha place since it opened and have had decent service and the shisha has always been excellent. My friends and I usually order the orange head with coconut coals because that usually lasts the longest (when compared with the instant coals). I am just leaving the place this evening and am actually utterly disgusted with the way they treated us. We paid $22 each for two shishas (orange head with coconut coals) and we had to constantly ask them to replenish the coals when they were dying down. After being there for ONLY two hours we were told that we were there for too long and that we had to get two new heads if we wanted to replenish our coals. Mind you, they replaced our coals only three times at this point. We were told we were there for too long and they would not bring new coals if we did not order new heads. No one else around us was asked to get new shisha heads. We then asked them if this was a new policy and why no one else was asked to replace their heads. We understandbly felt that we were being targetted. We asked to speak to a manager and no one came. Instead the guy replacing the coals wanted to argue with us back and forth, displaying gross unprofessionalism and neglect. If you value yourself and want a good shisha experience do NOT come here. I will not be returning and we are quite honestly disgusted by their lack of respect. They were not busy, there was no line up. They just did not care to treat us like the paying customers that we are.
