Absolutely disgusting. Dirty dirty dirty. Vomit in the hallway. Used/dirty woman’s sanitary napkin in the exit hallway. When we complained they did nothing to address issue. Stay away.

Happy hour is cheap however, they charged us 28% of so called "taxes and services" and indicated the 28% does not include the tips. When we asked the server what is the 15% on top of the 13% tax, we were told that the 15% is the service fee charged by the KTV but is not going to be distributed to the server. Does the KTV have the right to charge customer the additional 15%?

Staff stole a phone in our group. Manager would not ask his staff and did nothing to help get the phone back. Very dishonest and poor customer service.

Happy hour is definitely worth the price, yes there will be service charges and tax but it was totally reasonable, as it comes with a drink. Really nice service, the two male staff was really welcoming and provided assistant when there were technical issues. Wifi was a bit busted that caused the tv to lag but it's probably caused by weather. - The price for each person was around $17 with all the tax, service fee and tips, stay time is 2pm - 8pm (On a weekday, price on weekend might vary). It is a really fair and cheap price, as the other two stores I went were asking $25 per person (fees and tips not included), while one of them their hours ends at 6pm. Great experience overall!

We were charged ~28% "T&S" on the bill for happy hour and when asked, we were told that was only tax, no tips included. I was really suspicious but still paid 10% tips on top of that. Really expensive and won't come back.

I went to label KTV during the happy hour on Saturday, it was so cheap and the database for songs is big enough. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends who love singing songs!

First off this was my second time here. The security guard Frank was amazing we felt extremely safe and comfortable. The staff was great to and the place is very clean. Way different from the old place.
